Ive been to Lab Corp a few times now & every visit has been the same, short wait times, extremely fast blood draws & courteous, friendly lab technicians. Results are returned in less time that stated every time. I only wish there was a location closer to where I live.

I recently found out that I was in contact with someone positive with Covid. So I got tested through MedExpress which sends all its testing to LabCorp. I was told that testing was going to take 2-3 days and the sheet they gave me told me 1-2 days. It has since been over a week. I’ve emailed LabCorp twice with no response. I understand this is a busy time. But you’d think with a pandemic happening they’d be in contact with their patients and not ignoring them. I do not recommend going LabCorp or going to any clinic that uses LabCorp. Terrible waste of time. And now I’m just hoping my test comes back in general.

Awful customer service for the most basic services. Every worker there made it seem like they do not wish to be there. Just thinking about my experience here just to get a finger print done puts a bad taste in my mouth.

The reviews seem to be for all of the LabCorp locations here in MN, but Im specifically reviewing the Edina location.I come in after the drug testing hours are over and the wait time isnt bad at all.The plebotomists are friendly and efficient. I have to come in monthly and at least one of them knows me by name now! I have small veins that collapse easily and have horror stories of other doctors not being able to find my blood and poking me numerous times. Here its one needle insert and done. Very painless and quick for an anxious person like myself!Of course, have your lab orders in hand for the most efficient check in to avoid issues. Check in at kiosk then present paper copies to lab person checking you in.LabCorp has an awful phone system, so if there are issues its best to let your doctors office track them down. Their patient portal is easy to use.Just dont go during drug testing times. People getting drug tested are crabby!

Everything about this place says, if you are here, plan to wait, a LONG time. This includes the first sign you see that says go to our other office 10 minutes away if you dont want to wait.I had an appointment, checked in, filled out the data in the kiosk, and waited. Thankfully they were not busy. I waited 10 minutes and when checked in, noticed they changed my arrival time to match when they brought me back for my tests.Staff was nice, but clearly there are some issues at this location.

Incredibly rude staff. I understand that they have a lot of customers but being rude on top of it all doesn’t help.

Went to the Bloomington location. I was greeted right away by 2 women who were very friendly and cracked funny jokes with me. Very clean, very fast. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for friendly staff and ones who like to laugh with you. Thank you for your fast and funny service. I appreciate it. I was having a bad day that day and they changed it for the better.

Went in for some routine blood labs to make sure that the medication that I was taking wasnt affecting anything else in a negative way. The waiting room is small, but there are 2 self check-in computers. My appointment was for 9:00am, but I was there about 15 minutes early. When 9:03am came around I was called up and went back for my blood draw. The woman doing the draw was very nice and professional and the draw was as painless as it can be. I will be going back for future draws.

Staff was ok, a little rude but whatever. They did unexpected testing on me and I received the bill for it, even after arguing with the medical billing coordinator about unnecessary testing I wasnt made aware of I still had to pay before it went to collections. They have horrible customer service and no communication with my doctor and I cant stand money hungry corporations like this.

Signed in and waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Asked when I was going to be able to get in for my 11 oclock appointment since it was already 11:30. Said they didnt have record of me in the system even after I showed my confirmation email. They said that it would hopefully be within the hour - it wasnt. Dont waste your time making an appt. Staff who dont know their own systems and filthy building. Go anywhere else but here.

The staff is very kind and helpful here. One major recommendation to anyone who is going to come: Make an appointment.Showing up at random will put you at the end of the que. I made an appointment and saw about a dozen people waiting in the lobby, all of which were there well ahead of me and I was brought in within a few minutes of signing in.

Not recommended to go without appointment when short staffed since they only update their hours with note on door, no exceptions. I only found out when I arrived, since calls dont get picked up with short staffed. Staff only said drug test ended at 2:45pm and I was with patient when I said I tried calling.

Quickly in, quickly out. Test processed quickly and delivered almost immediately!! (Early next day anyway) friendly staff for a contract medical lab.

Labcorp was given a hard copy of a simple test order made by my doctor. They lost the results of the test. They filled the results under the wrong name. And just to be completely unprofessional THEY PREFORMED THE WRONG TEST all together! Its like the holy trinity of screw ups here.My doctor had to physically go to the location and spend an hour of her very valuable time to solve the mystery. That was after I spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service who was based at a national call center and could not help me.I was never contacted for refund either.If they cant follow a simple doctor’s order, I would not trust their labwork results. Go somewhere else.

I was on time for my appointment and after 30 minutes I walked up to the window for the lady to tell me it’s going to be 20 more minutes.I mentioned that I have an appointment at 3, then she gave me a look and said it didnt register online but fine I’ll get you in next.

SUPER long wait times (an hour plus for me) and staff had a pretty hard time finding my veins for the blood draw (partially on me for not properly hydrating the day before) - otherwise its great for quick bloodwork. I ordered a pretty extensive panel and got my results in less than 48 hours.

Staff is friendly. Even with them working short staff they try to get things done in a timely manner. And they always apologize for any inconvenience

Beside the musty smell in the waiting room, I had a very good experience at labcorp. The nurses were friendly and greeted me immediately upon walking in. I only waited about 8 minutes to be seen and the nurse who did the lab work had magic fingers - it didnt hurt at all! She was pleasant to talk with as well which was nice and distracting.

You know, it really should go without saying that a place that is going to test your urine should be a little more punctual. You cant expect people to sit around holding it in forever. 😐

Very racist staff, that think its their right to tell patients at the door their own made up rules and not the actual policies that everyone is supposed to follow. I believe that they need to inform patients before hand their own made up (rules)!! Especially if its not in their own coroparations policies, just something their local site likes to enforce.Edina MN. LapCorp is a horrible place to get your testing done at, especially if your a person of color!! I watched a friend of mine wait forty five minutes past her lab test appointment time, just for the staff to rush in white people before they appointments well the people of color wait over an hour past their appointment.Other People that have expreinced the same need to reach out to each other so we can organize an class action law suit!!

I was sent here for a pre-employment drug screen. When I walked in the tiny room was packed, and there was only a few chairs open. The place smelled funny and looked dirty.You cant see the sign in desk from where you enter, so everyone coming in looks lost. There was no one staffing the desk, so a lot of people just sat down instead of signing in. I overheard that some people had been waiting for hours (my wait time was 1 hour 15 minutes).From what I saw the staff was rude and unprofessional when dealing with most people. The most unsanitary lab I have ever seen.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment scheduled at the Bloomington location and drove all the way there to find a note stuck on the door stating the site was closed for the day. No call to inform me of the closure, very unprofessional. Tried calling both Edina site and Lab Corp general number, unable to get ahold of anyone. Rushed over to Edina location and barely made it there before they closed. Staff member seemed rushed to get out and didnt take time to adjust the chair before they drew my blood, making me hold my arm straight as they stabbed a needle in. Arm hurt for the rest of that day and the next. Had the draw two weeks ago and my clinic still hasnt received any results, nor have the results been added to my LabCorp patient portal. I will not be going back to this location or the Bloomington location. Not usually one to write online reviews but the experience was so poor others need to know.

Most never experience the devastation of being 8+ months TTC (trying to conceive). For the majority who never experience that agony, heres a summary: every two weeks fills you with the hope that you have created the best thing you can give to the world. Every other two weeks you realize that you are dead inside.Labcorp was supposed to give us answers, some clue as to why wed gone through this monthly rollercoaster of demolished dreams. Instead, they gave us faulty instructions and refused to analyze samples we needed to determine whether more invasive tests were needed.I hate you, Labcorp of Edina. I hate you with not only my own passion, but with the passion of the children I have not yet conceived, thanks to you.

Was first sent to closed office in Bloomington, then redirected to Edina location where they closed the office for lunch. Instead of opening back up at 12:30 Like the sign states, the doors remained locked after 1pm

Had a appointment at 1015 and they failed to mention there Bloomington location would be closed so i drove to Edina where i still had to wait forever to even be seen.

Schedule an appointment, and go in the morning. I waited 1 and a half hours for a Pre-employment drug screening. They closed before I could be tested, and I had to take extra time off work to come in again.Never go at 2:00 on a Friday.

Showed up and got my blood drawn right away. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Had to go back to get my pm blood draw and the same, 5 minutes and out.

The staff is terrible! They are super rude, specially Samantha!

Sitting here for over an hour reading sign about staffing issues and that this could take 90 minutes. I doubt if they even make that time. This place is dirty and not run very well.

Employment drug screenings only happen after 12:30 now. This was not advertised online and was literally taped to the door when I got there at 11.

Recording answers the phone, website isnt mobile friendly, hours are awful, and the staff is rude.

Smells weird. The wait wasnt long even with 5 people ahead of me. Friendly nurses. Got in and out in under 30 minutes.
