They was very prompt and polite and the service was 2nd to none. I was impressed and will be back every 3000 miles..

After going here and spending quite a while waiting, I ended up getting less than perfect service. When performing a tire rotation they simply took the wheels from the front and moved them to the back. They didn’t swap sides or do any sort of cross rotation. They are excellent at Oil changes but they over charge for the service. I would recommend going to many other maintenance locations over here.

On 8/24/21 at 5:44pm we pulled in to have a quick oil change you know the goal is about 15min. All the lanes were full but we would be next. No sooner had we stopped a guy came up to the car and turned us away stating that due to a change in hours online said 7pm but apparently they closed at 6pm today. I said... OK... well its 5:45pm, you cant take us?He disclosed their short staff situation, and refused us because all lanes were full. As we were shifting to turn around and leave one of the cars pulls out in front of us.This is the closest location to my home and I have had hit or miss experiences for over my driving career vs. My parents had the same experiences.No more. I will take my business to the Valvoline out of my way just to avoid this place.Moral of the story if your hours are till 6, that means you operate and accept appointments until 6. Not refuse 15til.Its rude, and bad customer service.

I like Valvoline its quick and easy they lube it and blow you till your tires and turn you on they are like the corner h03s for cars just like my ex girlfriend they give excellent service.

Been going here regularly over a year and never had a problem, i love the app tells u how long a wait it is! They always have coupons on the app that make it affordable. Always quick but thorough. Always friendly knowledgeable staff.

I have been using this location for all of my vehicles for years and have pretty much always had great experiences. Naturally, over time with any business you will have a bad day. Its how you respond that sets your business and credibility apart. After my last oil change, the skid guard came loose and was damaged badly. I notified them and was issued a claim number. I am so impressed with the response and positive attitude that they handled my situation with. They quickly ordered a dealer replacement and it was installed the day after they received it. Brennan made sure it was installed properly and assured me of the quality of the install. I also want to thank their customer service dept and Mngr Phil for everything. SUPER TEAMWORK!!

Worse experience, waited 30 plus mins moved around 2 times only to have a car come 15 mins after me get in before. Poor operation by staff. Never again

Hello,I wanted to pass along some beneficial business feedback after my oil change that was conducted at your facility yesterday. My first visit back in 6+ years.Hopefully this information is received as feedback for improvement and not a complaint.The lead (manager) tech was great. Very organized and professional. The tech assistant conducting my oil change, not as much. He seemed to struggle with replacing the air cleaner cover, taking on and off multiple times in frustration, rocking the truck back and forth, eventually getting it seated correctly. While replacing the retaining screws he dropped one of them which eventually fell into the pit. He proceeded to complete the installation of the cover and oil change process. Once I paid and they guided me out I pulled across the street to check if there was a missing screw, and as I thought there was. Typically that would not bother me, but past experience tells me that if the air box is not sealed correctly, that the O2 sensor will eventually malfunction causing issues later on.I pulled back into the facility and waved the manager over and explained what I detailed above. He then went and found a screw to place where one was missing and I went on my way.I want this to be helpful and am looking for encouragement to return in the future. At this time I will not be returning based on my historical experience.Thanks for listening

The name is misleading, the oil change was not instantaneous as in the name, it actually takes around 10-15 minutes. They also wanted to check my lights, like SHEEEEEEEEEEESH at least take me out to dinner first... they did everything professionally tho.

I had my car serviced for oil change and got my tires topped off. I have a little bit newer car and my Tech Phil was very helpful picking what type of oil I should use and why. I felt comfortable after speaking with him my work was done in a timely professional manner.Thank youTim

I bought a new car last month (Yay debt!) I took it to Edgewood Valvoline to get it serviced for the first time. I have taken cars there before and had excellent service. The next day, I took a trip to South Carolina for Thanksgiving. I was 3 hours in when my car began smoking. It turns out the employee that worked on my car did not put the dip stick in all the way. This caused my car to leak oil and burn under the hood while driving. Very disappointed since this could have been a major loss to my vehicle.

Great staff! Tried their best to fix a problem caused up at one of their Burlington locations. Shop seemed to run like clock work and they even gave me a return sticker the other shop forgot.

They got me in quickly, and didnt try to sell me everything under the sun. I really appreciated that, as I told them I just needed an oil change. The associates did alert me to a few issues with mu car. And that was very helpful. The entrance is a little strange, but no complaints.

The technicians there are always professional and do their jobs quickly and efficiently. They also treat their customers well and not as just another number.

I was able to drive in and get the oil change, staff was friendly and helpful. After the oil change which was over $100 dollars was completed the right side of my car has no stem caps on the tires, I called to inquire about this was placed on hold and eventually had to hang up. Be sure your tires are capped before driving off.

Made us switch lanes 3 times and it took over an hour. They were super nice though

Always fast and friendly service. Employees are genuinely respectful. They dont seem fake to me. They go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable and they always are professional. The engage you and are willing to go above and beyond the call, even on things that they may not offer as a service. This isnt just limited to this one location as I have used their services and other cities throughout Kentucky. Its nice that you can expect and are given the same great service and every location. You can tell employees take pride in their work.

Jacob and team were excellent! I was dreading getting my oil changed (due to the typical wait at other establishments) and decided to give Valvoline a try due to their 15 min service guarantee. As a very detail oriented and particular person, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Top notch team that worked together like a well oiled machine (pun intended) to get me in and out during my lunch break without sacrificing quality of service. Bonus: you don’t even have to get out of your car + monitors for viewing the service in progress. Will definitely return again!

So, so thankful for these guys!!! Needed an emergency new battery and oil change, the car wasnt starting half the time and we really needed to get to Louisville the next morning. Was frantic, as the corrosion formed around the part kind of glued the battery in place and stopped us being able to get it out ourselves. It was stuck good!!! So, I called, was assured they could help, and to come up anytime. We got there about 6pm, and even though they were busy we were treated beautifully and the process was as fast as it could be. Was even given a coupon for $10 off! Very kind guys, extremely respectful and attentive. Every single fellow working thursday evening deserve a raise or an accommodation in my opinion. Because of them and the previous people whom have helped us here before, this is the ONLY place I will go and has been for a couple years. Never had a bad experience here!! A++++++

With a $16 coupon, I printed off their website, I ended up paying about $30 for a $100 pure synthetic oil change.VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Last time I was here they knocked a hose lose near the air sensor. Didnt figure it out for a week or two. Had some issues until I figured it out.I called ahead before to see about a service (adjust a hubcap). Was told sure thing since it is minor there would be no charge. I come in, they say sorry that was wrong info, we can do it for the price of half a tire rotation instead. To me thats a bait-n-switch. Not a happy customer.Previous review: Top notch service the last two times I have been there. I was faithfully going elsewhere for years, but after visiting here twice, Im not taking my car back to the other place ever again.Quick and efficient service.

These guys were great. We have already decided that this is our new place to go since moving back, even if itll be a little out of the way when we move north of Cincinnati. We were in and out in maybe 30-45 minutes, and that was with a wait. The last place we got an oil change in Ohio took HOURS. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and worked together like a well maintained machine. Definitely recommend these guys!

Had a terrible experience. My company has a fleet account with valvoline. We all go to different ones all over the country regularly. I took my truck in for an oil change and gave them my fleet card. They come back a few minutes later saying they don’t take it. So I said ok I will go to another one because I know for a fact we have an account. I wasn’t rude about it in anyway. He said I couldn’t do that because they already emptied it. Which I get but my question was is If it is your policy to remove my oil before confirming the fleet account? Why wouldn’t you wait for confirmation. Which btw we definitely have an account for. Look for it!! I ended up having to pay $80 for an oil change out of my own pocket. Was not happy

Fast, friendly service as usual. Ryan was especially helpful this time around. We take all our vehicles here now. I would love to see coupons for more than $7 though since the price of oil changes has been increasing every year. $7 doesnt even add up to a 10% discount any longer. .

I always get great service on all my cars unfortunately they cant get my Corvette in the bay. At any locations kinda wierd right?

The workers are always courteous, nice and informative. They offer suggestions but arent pushy. They are quick and sufficent. They even told me theyd check my tire pressure and fill the tires at no cost if needed. I thought that was really sweet!!

We have taken our vehicles to valvoline for a few years. But this last time was the last time. They charged me almost 90 dollars for an oil change and their point inspection. Very little did they add if any they were extremely slow I must have been there close to an hour. Someone will be retiring soon. Have a blessed day
