Hard to believe that I wouldve continued to try - shame on me. On not one, not two, but yes THREE separate occasions we/they had confirmed appointments for them to come to my house for an estimate on my porch screen. On all three occasions they were no shows, even on days I called to confirm so that I could change/adjust my plans to make sure I was there to meet them at said time. Heres the thing - not only did they not show, BUT not call, text, email, etc. Nothing. I followed up once they said they were short staffed, next time the same. I will not follow up this time. Never have I seen a business be this unprofessional. My time is (apparently) worth nothing, nor is there word.

Adam gave us an incredible estimate to replace the screens on our balcony. Mario stopped by on time & completed the job in less time I had anticipated. The screens are very tight & look awesome. Mario & F.S.T. have replaced the screens for many of my neighbors in my building as well. We’re all completely satisfied with Mario’s work. I would recommend Florida Screening Technics to anyone who needs their outdoor screens replaced.

Adam and fellow who assisted in installation did an excellent and proficient job on worst rainy day ever. They installed new screening in downpouring rain. They have “done” this before and know their stuff!I must have them back to install a new door as I noticed kick plate on bottom of door is wearing. They rescreened my old door and changed out to new hardware and lock on door! I will call this Company for future needs and highly recommend!

Adam did a fantastic job fixing our screen doors. hes a great guy to work with, and managed to fit us into a tight schedule. Would definitely use him again for any screen repair needs.

I contacted Adam to replace the screen on our front porch, add a guide wire, repair gutter and replace tapcons/screws that were rusted. He said the work would be done on a certain day, however, but that didn’t happen. He made several visits to our home. Adam forgot to bring some of the materials he needed to repair the gutter correctly. The gutter started leaking again recently and contact was made with Adam to repair. Since he would not respond to my texts, I called him and he said he would be coming out the next morning. Adam was a no show and never called or text to say he couldn’t come, etc. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.After this post, I contacted the company and received a text from Adam yesterday saying he would be here today at noon to repair gutter. It is 3:55 pm, I guess he is a no show again. Why does this keep happening!

I contacted Adam at Florida Screening Technics about repairing a patio screen panel. We talked a bit and he said he thought he could get to the job later in the day. As the day progressed I figured he would get to it the next day as the job he was working must be taking some more time. No, Adam called as he was in front of the house ready to get the job done. I showed the area and after talking with him we decided to do the whole section facing the pond in the 20 x 20 mesh. Adam got right to the job and while needing some more material ran to get it, I didn’t even know he was there he was so quiet and quick. He got the material, finished up, we checked the work and I was completely satisfied. We spoke about our plan to expand the rest of the patio and have an enclosure installed. I will be calling Adam back for that work as he did a great job and was extremely professional about the project. Adam is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He provided us with many options based on our budget and goals. Other screen companies did not appear interested in doing business with us unless we did a complete rescreen and enclosure upgrade. Adam was the exact opposite and is not pushy at all. Scheduled a free estimate and no one showed up. When I called to ask what happened, they guy seemed very apologetic and said he would personally come out that Saturday.Saturday rolls around and no one shows up, so I go about my business around 2:30. Check my phone later to a saying there were 10 minutes away, so I call back and he says he just looked at my screen out back (yard is not fenced) and could be out there Monday to fix it. I said sure.2 Mondays have since passed with no sign of anybody or any type of communication. If you couldnt fit me in your schedule or dont want my business, just say so.

Adam and Mary are such a great team. Very personable and friendly. Adam came to measure, Mary took lots of photos and notes. When Adam and crew came to install our new pool screens, they were very prompt, got the job done, and were very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them for all your screening needs.

Awesome service from a family-owned company. I called him regarding a patio roof repair and adding privacy screen around my patio. Adam was super responsive and gave me multiple quotes to walk me through options. He went above and beyond by also fixing my patio door that was unhinged. There were some issues with the parts manufacturer shipping the materials, and he went out of his way to personally go to Melbourne to retrieve them. This was all on top of a fair price and high quality service. Everything looks great, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area!

I requested an estimate for a full rescreen on my property in Port Orange and when the owner, Adam, came out to measure my enclosure he was very professional, knowledgeable, and really personable! He told me what my options would be, what I definitely needed, and also explained what I wouldnt need (things that other companies tried to convince me that I would need), which made me like him more, because he didnt push things on me just to get more money. I received my estimate the next day which was a great price so I decided to go with them. The BEST part of this experience was the great work and amazing top-quality products that were used. Adam did such an amazing job! My enclosure and new screen feel so much more secure, and look nicer than ever! You can tell this company cares more about customer satisfaction than about making extra profits based on the excellent finished product and their honesty throughout the process. This is the kind of company and service level I look for in everything. I cant recommend this company enough. Adam and his co-owner Mary made me feel like I was genuinely cared for during the entire process and my enclosure looks brand new! Their products come with a 5 year warranty which puts my mind at ease, and I also learned they offer a veterans discount which Ive already told my dad about for his enclosure (Marys dad and brother served in the military and it was important to her to have that option available!). The people that run this company are great souls, and they provide a level of service that exceeded all of the other companies I received quotes from. And on top of that service level, they prove they care about the finished product just as much as you as a customer. Again, I cant say enough good things about this company and the experience I had with them. I dont leave reviews much at all, but I just had to because I was so impressed with every aspect of my experience with this company.

Family run business. Great people. They did our rescreen initially, then our super gutter replacement. Solved our water blocking issue. Highly recommend.
