Good place for handicapped in home odor people that are disabled and good for prices

First off the lady was rude when I started asking where she came up with $362.00 for fixing a scooter for my grandfather and she charged us $224.00 for a used part that I could have bought brand new for $75.00. I do not recommend this place to anyone the did not even fix the scooter it still has problems
