I found this company online to clean my bathroom tile and couch. I was able to set up and select an appointment date and time online. I received email confirmation and a phone call the day of from Jacob. The company is very transparent with the process and with pricing alike. My tile floors look great for being 20 years old, although there are some areas that didn’t thoroughly clean like I thought they would, Jacob was very knowledgeable as to what the issue was. Therefore, he provided me with a reasonable expectation of the outcome for the tile age. The couch is 8 years old and looks brand new!

This place was AMAZING. The owner and I had some miscommunication, but not to worry, he fixed it right up and got me in on the schedule! Matt was very professional and super nice! He even moved furniture around and was pet friendly. The communication on Matt’s end was PHENOMENAL and he was on time. I would 100% use this place again. It might be a bit pricey for some people but you’re getting good service and no harsh chemicals for the pets.

Communication was great, and Jacob showed up when he said he would. He was courteous, professional and patient with my curious son. He did a great job cleaning the carpets in all rooms but did even better than we expected in the childrens rooms. Pricing was also beyond reasonable. I had my tiled kitchen area cleaned. The grout was very bad and I didn’t realize the tiles were so dirty.The guy who came out was on time to the minute. He told me what he was going to do, got on with the work. He was very professional, knew exactly what I needed doing. My kitchen floor now looks very clean and the grout is the original color. Very expensive area rug (8 months old) had dirt on the edges. The technician was very nice and professional. Also had the rug treated with stain protection. After the rug dried, the spots appeared worse than before. Not happy.Follow up. After my previous review I was immediately contact by the owner, Joe. He told me how sorry he was with my experience and stated that they stand by their services and do whatever is necessary to make things right. Joe stayed in touch and made arrangements for the tech, Matt, to come back to our home. The rug today looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company.

They come to your location. They have their own power and water supply. Water is treated to give best cleaning results. Much better than other companies i’ve used in the past. Matt was the technician and he was professional and did a really good job. I’m going to call them to have my vehicle carpets done at a later date.

Matt was very professional and communicative. He was punctual, explained everything he was going to do, and then asked about certain things like if I’d want my bed moved to do underneath, etc. The tile is so clean and feels super nice under my feet. There was not one area I could have pointed out that he did not get to. The grout looks awesome and there’s no way I could have ever gotten it that clean myself.I also had my couch cleaned. It looks completely brand new and all stains are gone.To do my entire home (550 sq. Ft give or take, all tile) and my sectional along with a 5x2 ottoman, it was $264. Stanley Steemer quoted me $399 for just the tile, without the couch. So even after tipping, I spent so much less than I would’ve with them.The quality of work along with the friendliness I was met with from first phone call to completion of service was well worth every dollar. I’ll definitely have them come do my floors again when it’s time, and I’d recommend this company to anyone needing floor/upholstery cleaning!

The gentleman I talked to on the phone to ask about cleaning my carpet was very friendly and helpful.I set up an appointment for the next day and someone came out and shampooed the carpet, he was very nice, polite and friendly. He gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way. He was able to get the diaper cream and suntan lotion out of my carpet.

This cleaning service is AMAZING!!! Weve had several remodeling projects in the last few months and were in dire need of having our tile floors and bedroom carpets cleaned. Even though all of our flooring is under 3 years old, they were needing some perking up. It wasnt until Matt was finished that I realized how dull the tile and grout were!! Used this company to have my tile floors cleaned and sealed as well as to have my couch and loveseat cleaned. Service was on time and even received a courtesy call when they were on their way (which was nice so that I could put my dog away without a fight). One service man arrived and after about an hour the owner of the company, Joseph, arrived to help him out. Both men were friendly and worked hard their entire visit. The owner wanted to give me the best experience possible and I cannot be happier with the service I received. Stanley Steamer wanted me to pay almost $250 more for the same service. I will be using them again for my carpeted areas in the near future. 😁

I couldn’t physically see the home due to being out of state. My brother came into check and was disappointed to see some stains left. However, the stains had been there a long time and caused by a clay flower pot. The tile looked good but not as shiny as was mentioned. However, the staff is super nice, helpful, and professional.

This company came to my rescue after the company I originally hired never showed up. I had already moved the furniture and was left with dirty carpets. My 95 year old Mom had nowhere to sit. A very nice professional man arrived promptly today to clean our carpet and tile at our home in Flagler Beach. We decided to sleep in not remembering Zerorez was coming early. He didn’t ! Very pleased with carpet cleaning - professional & thorough

I loved that unlike the typical carpet cleaning companies there were no add on charges when the company arrives. The service technicians were friendly and courteous. My service was completed well and the carpet was spotless. The only complaint I have is my drying time, the carpet took approximately 24 hours to completely dry.
