I’ve had nothing but a great experience at this complex so far. The property is really well maintained and the amenities are excellent. The outdoor patio overlooking the pool is my favorite part of my building- it’s great for having guests and showing off my amenities 😉. The complex was built at such a convenient location. Wholefoods, Trader Joe’s, and Target are literally right across the street. I’ve also taken advantage of how easy it is to get into the city now that I live so close.Management has been so friendly and responsive since I’ve been here. I had an issue with my washer and asked the Maintenance team to have it checked out. Unfortunately they weren’t able to come the next day. John from the leasing office personally came to take a look at my washer since the maintenance team was backed up. He wasn’t able to personally fix it, but the effort and communication was really appreciated. The broken washer was handled shortly after thanks to the help of Axel from the maintenance team. Axel was very easy going and great at communicating what the issue with my washer was.Overall I’ve had a great experience so far and would highly recommend living here

Moved in a couple months ago. Amenities are excellent and the outside patio areas are very well done. The location is fantastic with the surrounding area having basically everything you’ll ever need. Commuting to the city made simple as well with a bus stop right next to the building. Office management has been excellent and have been around at every step of the way. John from the leasing office has been quick to respond to any problems that have arisen. Would definitely recommend this building, looking forward to rest of my time here!

Avalon community is one of the most desirable rental properties along River Road, Edgewater area. As we enter the community, we were immediately attracted by the beautiful landscaping and environment. Newly renovated building, state of the art door entry system and lobby with amazon lockers for package receiving, High tech Key Fob system for control & access, amazing swimming pool & workout room…all of which made us fall in love with the community at first sight. The Avalon sales team lead by sales manager Sandro is what made the ultimate difference in making us decide to settle in here. The professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness demonstrated by the awesome sales staff (Christina, Michelle & John) are second to none! From the moment we entered the sales office, we felt extremely welcomed. The vast professional knowledge and step by step guidance provided by Christina made us want to sign the lease immediately. When we ran into issues throughout the application process, the awesome team work by the entire office staff pulled us through the small challenges. To those settling down in this country for the first time, I recommend Avalon and Sandro’s team most highly to all. You will LOVE this community!

Ive only lived here for three months but I am pleased with my experience. The best part about the complex is the attentive management & maintenance. I had a piece of furniture that was delivered to the wrong area and John Baluyut hunted it down for me! The grounds and building are clean and the gym is wonderful. I would recommend living here.

I have been living in this apartment for more than a year. Almost every month the false fire alarm go off and we get out quickly like we are in war. Sometimes the alarm goes off at night and sometimes in the early hours of the day. sometimes 2-3 times a month. My son cannot go from a room to another place at home out of fear. I definitely do not recommend you to choose this place. Be sure to talk to someone who lives here before moving. I complain about them to the BBB. They sent my complaint emails to them. I wanted move out here. They forced to pay 2 months rent penalty. I will move out as soon as my contract ends. No believe stars and reviews i think they do it themselves.

Positive experience all around. The team is responsive and efficient. Maintenance is friendly, quick to take care of issues, and helpful and the customer service specialist - including John B. - has been incredibly understanding and helpful. Highly recommend the Avalon at Edgewater.

Avalon renovated our apartment 9 - 11 November 2016. We’re amazed by the amount and quality of work the team managed to complete in only three days. Our kitchen was renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, both bathrooms were renovated, the water heater and all light features and door handles replaced. The team was very professional, friendly and respectful of our belongings and personal space. We’d welcome them back into our home at any time, and love our new kitchen and bathrooms. She always made my inquiries a prirotiy.One special touch was even during move in, she offered to help me take furniture delivery boxes up to my apartment. I really appreciate this treatment given that this is the first time living in the area and an apartment. The customer service has been good. Love my apartment.

I signed a lease at Avalon Edgewater this past week. The facilities, location, and apartments themselves fit everything I was looking for. While the place speaks for itself, the experience working with the leasing team (John, Michelle, and Sidney) is what made the difference, especially compared to other places I looked in that area. They were responsive to questions, accommodating to requests, and worked with me throughout the process. They were perfectly transparent the whole time, which set the Avalon Edgewater apart and made the decision that much easier.

I have moved to this community in March and I am very pleased with the decision: very quiet, peaceful and convenient. But what makes this place exceptional is the management and staff! I have rented apartments in NYC and other parts of NJ and, in my experience, dealing with the management was aggravating and time consuming. But at Avalon, whenever I have an issue, Ariel always responds literally within minutes. He has never redirected my question to somebody else and was eager to help himself. Ariel is a zealous manager who goes the extra mile to make sure that problems have been solved and my family and I are comfortable and happy. And Kevin from maintenance crew is polite, respectful and works efficiently. Thank you, Ariel, Kevin and the Avalon team!

Lovely apartments! Great location and very helpful staff. We love being so close to 3 different groceries, the GW, a running path and lots of great restaurants. A great landing spot for anyone just moving to New Jersey.

We have only lived at Avalon Edgewater for a week, but I am ready to conclude that this place gets 5 stars. It is the perfect location for anyone looking to escape NYC during the pandemic. We got a 2 bedroom here plus a brand new car for the same monthly payment I was paying for a 1 bedroom in a Queens high-rise. The extra bedroom is perfect for a home office, the kitchen is spacious, and the location is close enough in case I ever need to go back to work in Manhattan. The free parking garage makes it a great value.The complex is peaceful and well manicured. My favorite feature is the central air conditioning, which if you are used to a noisy wall unit in the city, you have no idea what you are missing! The quiet, evenly distributed cooling power of central air (even in the hallways) blows away the energy-eating AC we had in Queens (which barely kept me from melting).The staff here at Avalon is incredible. Ive lived at two luxury rental buildings before Avalon, and the responsiveness and helpfulness of the office staff and maintenance team here is just way better than what Im used to. Your emails will actually get answered, usually within minutes during working hours. We have made a few very minor maintenance requests, and each time they were fixed the same day.As for the area, its a food lovers paradise, especially if you like Asian cuisine. We have found a plethora of excellent local restaurants already. In the shopping center across the street alone, there are Chinese, Sushi, Thai/Vietnamese, and Korean restaurants! All of our favorite supermarkets (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Food Bazaar, Hmart, Mitsuwa) are within a 10 minute drive, with some just a minute or two away.I can only think of three small negatives about our experience so far. 1) I wish they would have cleaned out the drains in our apartment before we moved in because I had quite a time doing that (baldness clearly did not run in the family that lived here before us). 2) Garbage disposals are actually illegal in the borough of Edgewater, which is inconvenient, but we will get used to it. 3) The blue laws, which means stores like Bed Bath & Beyond and Target are closed on Sundays, so we have to drive further to shop. Of course, 2 out of my 3 negatives are not even in Avalons control, and none of these are severe enough to affect my 5-star rating.I am really glad that we decided to move here, and I would recommend Avalon Edgewater without hesitation to anyone moving to NJ.

Have been here for about a month and cannot find anything negative to say about the complex itself. It feels like you are living on a resort, the area is great with awesome dining and nightlife, and the commute to NYC is absurdly simple...you cannot beat a 5 minute walk to an NJT bus station. The front desk staff have been great, with Christina being a standout. She made the entire move-in process very simple by being responsive and communicative even while dealing with all the Covid changes. Parking amenities are top notch, the complex is clean, and Avalon goes above and beyond to accommodate residents during the pandemic, which I did not see other places doing during our search. All in all we have no regrets about choosing this complex and see ourselves residing here for a long time.

My parents moved here to be closer to their grandchildren. The Avalon is a wonderful building and their apartment has great city views and is perfectly spacious. The amenities of the building are top notch and my daughter loves the playroom. Recently we hosted her first birthday party in the resident lounge and it was such a perfect space for a gathering of friends and family. The building personnel made hosting easy and fun. Ariel, especially, is such a warm and helpful staff member. For the party and for my parents in general, his warm smile and helpful nature is five stars!!!

We recently relocated to NJ from CA and are proud to call Avalon our new home. Given that we knew we little about the area and community, we had a ton of questions and requests which Michelle patiently answered and fulfilled. She was always very polite and transparent about the move in costs and procedures.Our move in was seamless, apartment was clean and everything was brand new. Fresh paint, stainless steel (and clean) appliances, working heat/AC/hot water... everything was perfect and move in ready!The gated garage parking is a blessing!!!!! Lobby is clean and air conditioned. Packages have been arriving on time and safely (no porch pirates here!). We feel very comfortable and safe here.There is a dog park which is perfect for our two fur babies. The courtyard is gorgeous and well maintained, comes with BBQ grills. There is also a beautiful swimming pool! Although some amenities are shut due to covid, I eagerly look forward to using them once it is safe to do so (gym, dog spa, etc.)The maintenance staff is quick, efficient and friendly! There is a lawn mower a couple times a week, keeping the common areas beautiful and scenic.Leasing office is always ready to help with anything! Ariel and Michelle have gone above and beyond to help accommodate us and make us feel welcomed - from printing requests to annoying how-to emails, these two are very helpful and resourceful. Always greeting us with a smile and quick to help (thank you guys so much!)In summary, we are very happy with our stay at Avalon for the past month. We hope this will continue and as time goes by we look forward to update our 5-star review.

My stay at Avalon was short-lived but worth it! I moved from another state and while figuring out my permanent location I immediately felt at home at Avalon in Edgewater. The location is amazing - lots of restaurants options, shopping and it’s close proximity to NYC. The staff at Avalon at Edgewater was like a second family. Kevin was especially helpful with any services that I needed in the apartment. Ariel was also a delight in the sales office. I would highly recommend Avalon at Edgewater!

We like this place on our 1st visit and its a no brainer to make a decision to rent an apartment here. Facilities are good and close to everything that we want. Staff and everyone here are nice. I have to say that this complex and the unit are well maintain. Maintenance team here are also responsive and did fix those items we identified quickly..

By far one of the best buildings to live in. Ive lived here for over 15 months and prior to moving in I did a lot of research on other communities in the area, including the other luxury buildings in Fort Lee and Englewood and the Avalon service, amenities, and location cant be beat. Its absolutely worth their rate. They have the best gym, the prettiest grounds with fire pits, hammocks, grills, pool, and pet spa. In the leasing office Stefanie and Ariel are the best and you wont regret moving here.

I have lived in new building at Avalon Edgewater for 1 year and recently renewed for another year. This has been wonderful place for my family.Here are pros/cons for new building.pros:- The apartment is very quite, bright, clean, and well-maintained. The temperature control is great in both summer and winter.- Amazing amenity: lounge/kids room/courtyard/BBQ/pool are wonderful.- Parking is stress-free: all covered in garage, controlled access, and directly connected via elevator.- Maintenance is usually done very quickly.- Leasing office staffs (Michael, Ariel, Kelly, and Stefanie) are very friendly and helpful.- Bus is very convenient: nearby bus stop, every 5 min in rush hour, and always have a seat at 8am to commute to NYC.cons:- Price and leasing term are rather rigid with not so much room for negotiation.(though they are transparent: what you see from the website is what you get)- Noise isolation between floors are not great.

We’ve lived here over a year and love it. However now with covid you can’t really enjoy any of the amenities. The gym is closed, the open areas are closed (you can only use them to cook and need to make sure it’s under an hour”, you can’t have guests over. Covid won’t be over for a while so these amenities are just a nice item behind a glass for you to see and pay a lot for. They were nice in returning our money for them when it started, but that’s over now .I do have to say the staff here is awesome. The apartments are lovely. The location is great because you can walk to Trader Joe’s and Edgewater commons any time. It’s not their fault none of the nice things they have are safe to use and won’t be probably til next year . Just sucks to still have to pay for them in the meantime. With covid it’s nice to have friends over outside, but you can’t do that here. You can’t even be outside yourself just for a coffee.

I have been living at the Avalon in Edgewater for the last 6 years. The place is the best. Stephanie, Ariel,Kevin, Hypolito (I hope I spelled his name right), Hector and the rest of the current and former staff are all awesome. The building is well maintained. Amenities are great. I couldn’t imagine a better place to call home for the last 6 years. While some of the neighbors have zero respect for others in terms of keeping common areas clean, the place is awesome. My only suggestion would be to install security cameras in common areas so the rules can be enforced when people let their dogs poop and urinate in the halls and don’t clean it up.

My husband and I have lived here a little over a year with our young child and we would definitely recommend this complex for families and young professionals. The apartment unit is spacious with a balcony and the grounds are well kept. The staff is very friendly and accomodating including the maintenance team. Its an easy commute to the city and is within walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. We love our happy home at the Avalon!

Setting up an appointment was a breeze, Ariel did an amazing job showing me everything and answered all of my questions. No doubt this apartment, particularly Russell building, is clean, modern and bright! The price point was much better than some of the neighboring apartments and the layout, fixtures, appliances were all superior compared to the other luxury apartments near by. I looked at over 8 different apartments in Fort Lee, Edgewater and Cliffside. Avalon takes the price on being the best overall by far. Most importantly, the staff knew what they were talking about while some of the other places were 2nd tier. Thanks again to all the staff who helped and made my decision a clear and easy one!

Edit to my previous review:The staff of this community are pretty awesome. I had some problems with the hot water that were resolved eventually. The amenities and value for money are what drew us here in the first place as well so it was sad to lose them because of Covid-19, however it was necessary and showed that management cared about the residents. Not to mention they went out of their way to make sure everyone was accommodated in these hard times.

My wife and I are on our second lease and we could not be happier! We love everything about our apartment and the amenities. My family and I really love this apartment!! Ariel and his team is greatly responsible and friendly. Building is new and clean. Location is great - easy to access Trader Joes, Target, Mitsuwa, and Whole Foods. It takes only 30 minutes to get to Manhattan by ferry. For children, a kids room in the building and a playground of the nearby elementary school are available. We are so happy to be here!!

Everything I want and love is a 2-10 minute walk away - Trader Joes, Sojo Spa, and Whole Foods for starters.The complex itself is amazing- having lived in both buildings, I can attest to spacious, modern and well-kept living quarters. The amenities are fabulous too - a contemporary and clean gym, pool, lounge etc. and I love the events they host that bring us together as a community- painting and waffle parties to name a few.As a member of the Avalon community, white glove service is truly the standard.

Recently moved into a unit at Avalon in Edgewater and the transition was extremely smooth. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival as was the staff with making sure all necessary actions were taken from the keys to the unit to parking access. The building is ideally located amongst super markets, retail, dining and transit options in/out of the city. The amenities within the building are aplenty and very well maintained. The staff has been very responsive with all our inquiries pre and post move in, making our overall experience enjoyable as well as stress free

Beautiful apartments, but management is a bit shady at best. They have all sorts of deals that go on with weird lease terms, all while paying full price for amenities. On top of that, when you renew, expect all sorts of games as far as actually moving - again with their silly lease term lengths.That being said, they probably have the best amenities/price ratio of all the apartments in Edgewater. Plenty of places charge WAY more for rent than what they do.

One year ago I posted a nice review on Avalon and Management team. I still like the place, the amenities and Team, but if you are considering move here, DO NOT RENT any apartment below the top floor (4th). The construction is poor and you can hear your neighbor on top of your head 24/7. In my case, my neighbor has total disregard about whoever is below him and I regret 150% renewing the Lease for another year of torture.... I wish I could leave this apartment yesterday... So, AVALON is nice, Beautiful, Good Team, poor construction. NO NOT RENT ANYTHING BELOW 4TH FLOOR, unless you like the noise and vibration coming from your ceiling during the day or 3AM....

We lived in Avalon for a year and it was wonderful. They did renovations during our lease, which was very pleasant considering how invasive it could have been. The staff were all so accommodating and friendly. I cannot say enough nice things about this complex. I only wish I could afford to stay.

Very great place to live, convenient as far as traveling goes. They also have a MVP Staff that will meet any need! Ariel Guzman has been there to answer any question and request that I’ve had. Thank you!

Great place to live. The office staff has been an absolute delight since living here. As you might know, there is construction going on behind the complex as a new building is being built with many awesome new amenities. I have lived at various Avalon communities over the years, and every single time, I feel they really have the pulse on the residents. The features are second-to-none, the office staff have always been friendly, and this place is no exception. Recommend living here!

My fiancé and I moved into this Avalon last month and we couldn’t be happier! The community spaces and amenities are clean and spacious, and service requests are answered in a timely fashion with a smile. Ariel, the sales and service supervisor, made our process from viewing to move-in seamless and stress-free. He answered all of our emails promptly and continues to do so. He has been nothing but courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Enjoying both the community itself and staff kindness!

Moved to the NY/NJ area last year and my wife and I chose Avalon Edgewater. We are extremely happy with our choice. The amenities are fantastic for this area; we are within walking distance of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants, and right on a bus line to get us into the city. Between Mike and Ariel in the front office we have had the easiest time working with the office about any small issues we have had and signing/resigning our leases. Big plus for us is the dog park, our pup loves being able to run off leash with other dogs from the building!

Since the very beginning of moving into Avalon at Edgewater we have been extremely GRATEFUL for the staff (Ariel, Kelly, Mike and Dylan). Any issues we have ever encountered have been handled in a timely manner and we have always been provided exceptional service. At one point we looked into other apartments in the area and nobody compared to the level of “5 STAR” service that the staff of Avalon offered us. A very special thank you to Ariel (Sales & Service Supervisor at Avalon). Ariel has been one of the most supportive, genuine and honest individuals my wife and I have ever met. He always puts the customer first and offers exceptional service. BIG THANK YOU TO ARIEL & TEAM AVALON :)

Although we did not end up renting at this community, it was a very difficult decision to make. Ariel was absolutely phenomenal during the tour - not only did he answer all my questions but he anticipated multiple questions of mine before I even had the chance to ask! Very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful community and would love the opportunity to live at Avalon Edgewater and work with Ariel and the rest of the team again!

Ariel and everyone at Avalon Edgewater are phenomenal. They truly care about the residents and their experience living in this community. We have lived here over a year now and when our lease came up for renewal, for the first time there was no question, we renewed our lease without a second thought!

My husband and I moved to this location from Manhattan and we are very happy with our move. We have a beautiful spacious apartment in a homey community. The bus that takes you to Port Authority is right outside of the apartment complex making commute into the city very efficient. We love our house and the community. The community is also expanding which is great with regards to amenities. The amenities that we are looking forward to using is namely the dog park that is currently being built. My only concern is sometimes maintenance does take a little bit of time to accomplish items, however it is reasonable given the many changes that is occurring at the complex. Otherwise the service and care from the whole team is great. Michael is so extremely helpful and really goes above and beyond what I expect of an apartment manager, as is Ariel. Thanks to Avalon Edgewater!

Im Eric Kim. I have been living here for three months. Avalon at edgewater is awesome place to live! Trader Joes is very close and there are Target, Mitswa nearby. I can go to Manhattan by bus and it takes about 30 minutes. My wife is really satisfied with Avalon. I will recommend this apartment to my friends.

This is an outstanding community! The location is convenient for NYC commuters [ferry and bus] and local outlets. You are walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping.The community itself has excellent [and brand new!] amenities including an outdoor pool, fire-pits, grills, and games. Also new is the community lounge, DIY room and off-leash dog park.All of the positive attributes listed above are reasons to check this place out, but the reason my wife and I chose to renew our lease is the people.The staff of this community is stellar. Mike in the management office and Alex in maintenance do not treat this like a work place. They treat this like your home. I could go on and on with compliments but honestly, the best thing I can say is they have made me proud to call this my home, I take pride in this community and pride in the standard Mike, Alex and the team maintain.

So far our experience at The Avalon has been great The staff are so friendly and everything is taken care of everything in a timely manner.The location is in a perfect place for those who commute to New York City. The amenities, including the workout facility, pool area, and dog park are nothing short of wonderful. The apartments themselves are renovated with best appliances. We have been very happy with our apartment and the amenities are amazing! The staff is very approachable and responsive. Ariel is always so friendly and goes out of his way to make sure our experience here at Avalon Edgewater is amazing. He even remembers our daughter’s name and always says hello to her!

I love living in Avalon. Management is always nice and happy to help. Leasing office ladies & concierge are like my friends now! Always happy to meet them.Most of the maintenance requests done by noon if I order in the morning.In my opinion Avalon is very comfortable place in Edgewater. Building is always clean. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Target, spa & marina is priceless opportunity.My apartment has view to NYC, what makes me even more happy to be here.

My husband and I toured Avalon Edgewater before moving here at the beginning of the year, and were ready to sign a lease as soon as we met Ariel and Michael. They are extremely professional, and were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We moved from Ohio, and had a two week period where neither of us were moved in yet, but needed to have things delivered. The leasing and maintenance staff were a huge help, and made the transition of moving a breeze.Since moving in, we have loved calling Avalon home. The amenities are top notch, (we especially love the dog park) and the location is perfect for anyone commuting into the city!

We moved into Avalon in October, and it has been amazing! We love the area, our neighbors are friendly and the management is so attentive to whatever you need. The amenities here are fantastic! If you are looking for a place, you should look no further. Very happy here!

I enjoyed living here so much! Nice brand new building, beautiful view from my signature 2-bedroom apartment (see Manhattan over the river). NJ 158 bus stop to NYC is just off the building. New and fully equipped fitness center. Very secure building with fob access for resident only.Further and most important, the leasing office staff are so great and helpful. I still remember on the first day when I moved in, I have a more than 300lbs medical bed, Ariel in the leasing office helped me to have 3 great maintenance guys working with me to take the heavy bed into my apartment. Ariel, you do not know how much I appreciate your help! Same thanks to Daylon, Kelly, Mike!

My husband and I and our daughter (under 2) have lived in the Avalon Edgewater for 2 years now. We love it here! We have a view of NYC, its super convenient location with the Hudson River path and Trader Joes across the street, Target down the road and a brand new playground a few blocks away. We commute into the city for work and the 158 bus stop is right in front of the building. To make things even better, the new buildings that they built just completed and have a brand new fitness center with a Yoga, Spin and TRX room in addition to the main gym. There is a new pool, and patio with tons of grills and seating/social areas and a clubhouse you can use for events/parties. We cant wait to use it this summer! The complex also rolled out Amazon lockers which are really convenient too. The customer service here has been great - especially Ariel, who at times has gone out of his way to bring me my packages (before Amazon lockers) and also responds to our emails quickly. We really cant say enough good things about this building, location and the customer service the office staff provides to the residents. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!

My apartment, 409 River Mews Lane, was set to have our renovation in the beginning of March. Although many of my neighbors and friends described their experience as effortless, I had my reservations. I had to pack up my belongings and some furniture while taking care of my 4 kids. Bob and his team put my mind immediately at ease. They told me that they will be doing ALL the work and the disruption to our lives will be minimal. He affirmed that we are to have a fully functioning apartment at the end of each evening, totaling 3 days. Of course it was hard to believe that the work that they had planned, including a brand new kitchen, bathrooms and carpet, was going to take only 3 days; but I tried to keep an open mind. Bobs team did a phenomenal job with the apartment, as well as taking care of my family. It indeed took only 3 days (4 but we did have a noreaster during the renovation). Not only did they accomplish what they set out to do, but they did it in a professional and detailed manner. We couldnt be any happier with the results!!

My husband & I recently relocated to NJ from Australia and decided to reside at Avalon in Edgewater. Ariel and his team were absolutely amazing in supporting us with our transition to the building, truly going over and above. We recently moved to Avalon Edgewater (transferred from another Avalon location) and even though there were some slight issues initially with the apartment- management were very apologetic and understanding and assured that within the week of the move the apartment was final in great condition. Thank you to management and maintenance for making this happen! Special thanks to Ariel who assisted me with every issue and provided the support I needed through this transition. Stephanie, Ariel and everyone else have been very helpful and accommodating. They truly care about their residents and the experience living at the property. I highly recommend the Avalon.

Had a great experience here this past weekend! Not only was the leasing office upfront about pricing but they were a pleasure to work with. I felt very well informed about the apartment units available and the communitys amenities. Its pretty clear that they care about their tenants here. They really go above and beyond.

My girlfriend and I have enjoyed living at Avalon at Edgewater since moving in from out of state. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and welcoming since the time we visited and were considering Avalon as an option. We have specifically worked with Ariel, Kelly and Stefanie the most, and could not ask for a more responsive and caring team. The amenities are great (amazing gym space, pool, courtyard, fire pits, grills, etc.) and there is a bus stop for commuting into the city right at the corner of Russell and River (2 minute walk from you apartment). We looked at many places before moving in and are very happy with our decision to live here.

Beautiful house, I love the gym, pool and all of the amenities. Staff are beyond kind and helpful with anything especially Ariel who was extremely nice. I feel great here and am looking forward to settle down here for a very long time!

Our AC didnt work for 6 months(no exaggeration) and we were not provided option to move to another apartment. instead just got one temporary AC in a 2 bedroom apartment(after a couple of weeks we did get a second one after the staff visited the place and experienced the hot furnace that was our apartment personally) and with our newborn this was extremely difficult. Technicians, Maintenance and Service staff have always been helpful and cooperative. Apartment pricing is also inconsistent where we were paying more for our 2 bedroom than our friends for a 3 bedroom.

Its a beautiful brand new property, with AMAZING staff and amenities. The building and grounds is immaculate, all services requests are responded to promptly, so easy to get to shops and restaurants. We have had the BEST experience at Avalon Edgewater!

We just moved in to Avalon Edgewater. From the moment we first visited the leasing office, we knew that we were at the right place. Property manager and the staff welcomed us with a smile on their faces. We feel a positive energy The new building is incredible, the amenities are spectacular. ( including a pet spa and park) the apartments have a good size, wood floor, very nice kitchen (fully equipped) washer and dryer in unit. if you are looking for a place to call home, to relax ,and enjoy a new apartment, you just need to come to Avalon Edgewater!!!. 100% recommended

SHOUTOUT to Michael and the Avalon at Edgewater, NJ for a great work during my stay. They have made my stay at Avalon one of the best Ive had. I am moving not because I want to, but because I have to due to work. From the accommodations Avalon has to offer to its professional and understanding staff. They really know how to define Customers Service. You guys would truly be missed. Then again, I am staying within the Avalon Family. Avalon at Edgewater was able to help me find a new home within minutes of me telling them the situation with work.
