It has great beds and stand up machines..Looks clean for the most part. Needs hooks to hang clothes in rooms? A bit pricey for the best beds..but they work well..

I used to love this place, they had the best staff. In particular a lovely girl called Gina who was always so helpful and friendly. I heard they let her go for wanting a break which I guess they don’t give their staff as I had seen her eating lunch at the counter before. Why do people do this? Allow really friendly and helpful staff to be treated so badly. Anyway their loss. I’m sure she will be great somewhere else and I will find a different tanning salon as this one is f so friendly any more and the cleanliness has gone down hill.

I have been a customer of beach bum tanning for quite some time now. The staff is really friendly and the establishment is always clean. Sibel is amazing and is super helpful! You could tell she loves what she does and believes in what she promotes. She is absolutely amazing! For all your tanning needs go to her!!!

This place rip me off...... I had two sessions left from my account there before the pandemic....... then I return there when they reopen and they told me my two last sessions where expired......and if I wanted them back I would have to buy a new package and they would return my two sessions that I had lost...... Unacceptable and very unprofessional...... There a scam ......and they also lie to me ......Stay away for beach bum..... there are more professional place to tan......the one in Edgewater is always dirty and unattended.....what a disgraceful place !!!!

So had to change my review I have not been there 3 months I changed cards they had on file they called me to tell me my payment didnt go threw I told the lady I have not been able to get there I would like to just cancel for now. She tells I me she can not do that I need to come down and do it in person I have been 80 dollars a month and I dont have the time to go use it but you expect me to come down there pay you and cancel no common since at all. Pretty told me if I dont go and cancel they will send me to collection and charge me until I go there and cancel. Great way to loose people cause you have this review and people I will be sharing this experience with. A little understanding would have kept me as a customer.

Went in with a lot of questions not knowing exactly what I needed and was greeted by Tony who was ready and more than happy to help. Tony thoroughly answered/explained all my questions and concerns and really took the time to get me started with everything that I needed and wanted. The bed along with the entire store was clean and ready. I recommend any tanners whether you are just starting out or have been tanning for years to visit beach bum and look out for Tony he is awesome!

I go here quite often even though I am not pleased with their customer service at the counter at all. If there was a closer one to me I would try another beach bum. I wrote to corporate years ago about their girls at the counter. No improvement. They dont tell you about deals or promotions going on. They are not knowlegiable and/ or experienced in recommendations. This is where I have had my most issues at the counter. Other than that great massages!!!!

I got a spray tan from here gives you a good color but it doesnt last as long as it should but if you just need a tan for a event or something like that than I recommend if you want it to last then maybe do the tanning beds

Great facility and the staff has always been super professional and courteous. As long as you call in advance, they will accommodate you with a time that works for you. I just wish their referral program was explained better.

Vanessa and the rest of the team at Beach Bum Edgewater are the best. As a new customer, I wanted the process to be as painless as possible. Vanessa quickly set me up with a package I wanted, told me about the amazing upcoming promotions, helped me choose a lotion that was best for me, and got me on my way -- all with a great attitude and a beautiful smile. And, the beds -- what else do i need to say about the beds other than that they are nothing short of BRILLIANT. Everything was spotless and the temperature of the rooms was nice and cool. Plus, I got tanner in one day of tanning at Beach Bum than i have in FIVE TANS at my gyms lackluster stand up beds with old bulbs they never change out. Thanks for giving me VALUE for my DOLLAR, the most tan in the least amount of time, and for helping me look my best (and get my Vitamin D, too)! I promise to tell everyone about you guys, even though i like to think youre my little secret weapon tucked away where no one else can find you. :) Thanks, guys...

Had a great spray tan experience with tony and jill! was super quick and color came out fantastic! everything was even and the color was exactly what I was looking for! highly recommend

Im in town visiting from Texas and opted for the Shower in an Hour airbrush spray tan. While the staff was super helpful and the girl who did my spray was VERY thorough and went over my whole body twice and advised me to wait longer than the hour, but no longer than 4 hours before washing off (I waited 3) there is zero color on my skin! I am a frequent airbrusher, so I did my whole drill of exfoliation, no moisturizer beforehand, etc., so the only thing I can attribute it to is the tan solution, which I am told is by Norvell. Keep your money on this one people...color is literally non-existent and there is a $10 upcharge for the shower in an hour tan. Wish I went the regular route, as this result is so not worth the effort.

They are nice. Place is clean and they are very attentive I havent had any issues.

Everyone is nice and quick to clean a requested bed if necessary.

My wife just went there for wedding promotion, but they refused because they suddenly asked for marriage certificate, which they didnt notice my wife about it at the time she made the appointment. So my wife decided to PAY MORE, but the waiting time was too long (more than an hour) my wife just left... Very unprofessional.

Disappointed with service.. hard to find the place, I wish they provided directions.

The manager is very rude, unprofessional and he never helps his costumers...one of the worst places to tan. JUST THE WORST! dont ever become a member here!

Called in to get pricing and the person who answered the phone seemed like she was half asleep. She told me her pricing was online even when I said Im across the street and want to come in and wasnt by a computer. I wasnt offered any sort of exact pricing even after giving the type of bed I wanted to go in. No sense of customer service at all. I work in the area and it would have been super convienanat to become a member. I will not be going or giving my money to this establishment.

They never tell you they dont have a person to do your airbrush before 4pm, so dont go there without call, and even though they close at 8, they wont take you at7
