While Ive not made a purchase through Tri-City, this is where I go for all of my service needs since moving to Eden.Service staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Ive never had to wait too long for parts to come in or repairs to be done.

I recently purchased a new SUV from Tri City. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I recommend salesman Daniel Jones. He is honest, genuine, kind and patient. In addition, Mr. Richard was a pleasure to work with as well! Both are fair and people of business integrity. I highly recommend Tri City. I have no regrets at all! Go check it out!

Best car dealership in a hundred-mile radius. They told me to find a better deal somewhere else then bring the deal to them so they could beat it. They did. also, they have a really good selection of pre-owned vehicles. No junkers. Lots of places have trashy used vehicles. I felt like I was getting a new vehicle but it had 35,000 miles on it.

Good people, easy to work with. Diaz and Daniel Jones are good to work with. Cant go wrong with either one, and their managers make the dealings go smoothly.

Every time I take my Buick Encore in for service it is always a pleasant experience. Dani in service is awesome. She is kind, considerate, knowledgeable & very patient. She listens to what I have to say about the problem I am having with my Buick. She always keeps me up on the progress of the service that I am having performed on my vehicle. She checks periodically to see how I am doing as I wait. Everyone at TriCity Chevrolet Buick GMC are very friendly. I am so glad I chose this dealership for my auto needs!!

Stay away. They absolutely ripped my father in law off. They gave him $23000 for a 2015 4x4 Z71 1500 4x4 and charged him full retail for a base model chevy equinox. This kind of dealership gives the industry a horrible name. The Flow family of dealerships are the only ones in the area that seem like they genuinely care about their customers. This all happened on August 1st 2020.

We moved here 2 years ago from out of state. Really loved my old dealership and always appreciated the care of the vehicle and the personal touch I received. I never would have imagined to find another group of service guys that would take care of me in the same way. Vince and his crew are the best. The personal attention I see them give customers as well as myself is outstanding. They always have my car ready when they say and let me know what needs to be done. Their workmanship is outstanding. We drive our cars till they drop and we intend to keep this car a long time. Vince, Robin and Taylors crew will be taking care of us.

This is the worst dealership ever. They sold me a used lemon. Engine light came on and I returned car 7 times before they acted like they did me a favor by trading for a different car. The only reason they traded was because I had contacted News 2. Then I had to return that car as well, 3 times, for major problems. I live about an hour away from the dealership and each time we returned the cars my husband had to drive there to bring me home. I finally traded the second car at a different dealership just so I could stop dealing with Tri-city, now I am out of a lot of money, but at least I have a car that wont have such mechanical problems and if it does, I can take it somewhere other than Tri-city to truly get fixed. There were many times that I prayed for this dealership, and its employees, to do the right thing, sad to say they never did. Please save yourself lots of time, money, and frustration and dont deal with Tri-city!!

Took my company van in for service. The new guy Billy was absolutely amazing and has some of the best customer service skills I have ever seen! I was very impressed by the fast, prompt service, constantly being updated on the progress of my vehicle and how great the entire staff was. Janet did great contacting our fleet for approval and the parts department got the parts in on time. We were so impressed we have another van we are going to get looked at next week and my bring in more! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I had been talking about trading her Jeep in recently and on the way through town we spotted a Tank Green Rubicon Unlimited Hard Rock sitting on the lot at Tri City Chevrolet. We stopped just tolook . Jack brought out the keys for us to inspect it more closely and encouraged us to take it for a drive. From that point forward through the test drive, trade and finally finance was a seamless process.There was absolutely no BS just a very fair and transparent stress free purchase . I brought my HHR in to see what was going on with it. I had just spent a lot of money to get core packs and spark plugs put in and the same issue was still going on. We spoke to Billy on the phone who recommended we come in and let them take a look at the car. He ensured us he would not perform any work until we knew for sure what was going on and until we gave the green light. Billy kept his promise. Not only did he continue to call and keep us updated that the tech was still checking things over, but once we knew what the issue was he called immediately with pricing. I am having a gas issue and we are not sure if it is just bad gas or if I have to get my injectors replaced, but the point is these guys did just what they said they would do and I was only charged what they said I was going to be charged. For those wondering I was charged just the diagnostic fee, which is to be expected when you have an older car without warranty. I am so happy that we have a possible solution. Now I will be calling Billy soon to set up an appointment to get it fixed if changing gas doesnt work! Thanks a lot guys!

Keith, Corey and Chuck were the absolutely best gentlemen I have ever dealt with purchasing a car. I love my Kia Sedona more than I have ever loved any other car I have had. I had to make a change in mid stream of my negotiation of the car I started off with and it was not a problem with either of these gentlemen. If I knew the type of person he would turn out to be after I have purchased a car from then I would never tell anyone to go there. I have a whole contract that is not being abided by and now I have to go to court because customer service or a contract means nothing after I have paid my money. It’s sad how people do others but it will come back. No worries there but I hate this is going to be the outcome instead of acting like adults.

Please find another Chevrolet dealership even if you have to drive. Worst experience ever. I was dealing with a salesman, Richard, on the phone. Drove 3 hours one way to look at the truck and the salesman was not there and they would not honor the price that was agreed on. Worst customer service and dealership I have dealt with in 30 years.

I recently purchased a well-used Yukon XL with a lot of electrical problems. I took it to the service team at Tri-City and they did a great job of getting everything back in original working condition. So when my wife needed a new vehicle we decided to start there. The sales team found her a car she loves and surpassed my expectations with price, perks, rebates, etc. I wont go anywhere else!

I went to several dealerships looking at cars, but Tri City takes the cake. I would give it an A+ on customer service. We mostly dealt with Jack, but everyone there was very friendly, and tried to help us any way they could. We were even there during their Christmas luncheon, and they invited us to eat with them!!! Plus, they had an awesome deal on the vehicle I was looking at unlike the bigger dealerships I dealt with. Tri City is awesome, and I would recommend them 100%. I would definitely drive the 2 hours again. :)

My experience at this dealership was a little different the sales man was great kept on top of thing but its when i went to put a deposit on the truck so i could come back for it within a couple of hours is where everything went south. I was told i couldnt put a deposit on the truck because others was looking at it but one has put a deposit on it or has came up with the money as of then. Now why couldnt i is a guess to me. When i called back to see if anybody came by they said that was looking at it so i could come n to buy the truck it was sold they said in a matter of 2 hours that i was gone. Now why wasnt i told this n the first place so i would waste my time or theirs i dont know but it wasnt til i was on the way back that i was told that . Now if u was holding the truck for someone they shouldve had a deposit on it and why would u not take one from someone that wants to put one on the vehicle. So thats y i say 3 stars the dealer hisself was great only reason i gave them 3 but the finance manager was the one doing all the bs with me. Now if there is someone higher than him like the owner of the place his self or whom ever would like to talk this out with me i would like to resolve this issue i had at your business thanks

My Mom just bought a 2018 Chevy Trax from Tri-City, top notch, nicest people, no pressure just a great experience. My Mom is thrilled.

PEOPLE WATCH OUT, BE VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ALL NEED TO LEARN TO TELL THE TRUTH. MY SON WAS QUOTED A PRICE ON 6/13 AND WENT BACK ON 6/14 TO PURCHASE THE CAR. THE SALEMAN COREY SAID IM SORRY SOME OF THE REBATES EXPIRED ON MONDAY AND I DIDNT KNOW THAT. HE ALSO SAID HE HAD BEEN THE TOP SALESMAN SINCE DEC. 17, BUT IT TOOK HIM 4 DAYS TO SEE THE REBATES HAD EXPIRED. MY SON WAS TOLD HE QUALIFIED FOR GM FINANCIAL AT 5.9%. THE FINANCE MAN GOT VERY UPSET BECAUSE HE DIDNT TAKE A 5K EXTENDED WARRANTY. WHEN HE GAVE THE CONTRACT TO MY SON IT HAD 6.9% NOT 5.9 THAT WAS QUOTED. SO AGAIN HE WAS UPSET WHEN WE HAD CO- OWNER TO COME IN AND TELL HIM IT WAS 5.9%. THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, MY SON DROVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT. THE FOLLOWING WEEK MY SON RECEIVED A CALL THAT HE DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH CREDIT TO GET GM FINANCE. SO I CALLED STATE FARM BANK, THEY TOOK ALL OF HIS INFORMATION AND WITH IN 38 MINUTES HE WAS APPROVED FOR A 38,000.00 LOAN. HE PICKED UP THE CHECK AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO PAY THE CAR OFF, WHICH WAS 16,977.00. THIS WAS A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE FOR A 21 YR. OLD BUYING HIS 1ST CAR. I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD TO WATCH OUT FOR SALESMAN, I SURE UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THAT NOW WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. WORD OF ADVISE, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN IT IS QUOTED, BECAUSE THINGS CHANGE HERE QUICKLY.

I took my truck in to get the parking brake adjusted, instead of adjusting them they told me it was gonna cost $1200 because the cable was pulling out of the backplate, so they charged me $110 and basically did nothing.I took it to a friend of mine the next day that is a mechanic, he saw nothing wrong with the cable, he adjusted the parking brake and now it works fine,Dont take your vehicle here unless you want to get ripped off

Sent car to the repair shop here, I was charged $1040 for catalytic converters after the car was finished which took over a week I was told it was repaired and I wouldnt have any more problems with the check engine light. A month or so and two more visits later all of which took about three weeks to get done car still isnt working properly and now being told its going to cost me an additional $600+ to repair the problem with the check engine light even though I was told it was repaired after the first time they even passed it on inspection after the first repair very dissatisfied with the service over three weeks without my vehicle which I need for transportation to work and $1020 later and now Im being told that I have to pay more.

ONE day after purchasing vehicle the service light came on, car was supposed to have 30day warranty. Took it to the dealership and they said this “particular part” is not covered under the warranty. They wanted to charge $500 AND then $129 just to look at it.
