I made a reservation online. It accepted the reservation, then they called saying they did not have any cars. I needed a car to get home.You should not except reservations online for a location, if the cars are not going to be there. The staff at the Eden office are always nice and take care of me the best they can. As a company, you should not put your employees in this position.

This location is one of the best locations to rent a vehicle from. The customer service is excellent ( Thanks Mrs. Laura ) and your NOT treated like a number there. Your in very good hands when dealing with the ENTERPRISE IN EDEN, NC. :)

I have rented from this Enterprise office on several occasions and have always been pleased with their service. The car was ready on time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Friendly and professional service. This was my first time renting a car and I was impressed with how quick and easy the process was. My car was clean inside and out. I would not hesitate to rent from this location again.

First Off we had to get the car for 2 extra says due to the fact that they were closed on Sunday and Monday. Then we called to have them pick us up and were told they didnt have the staff to do pick-ups on Saturday due to them only being open for 3 hours. So we advised them a day in advance. we d be earlier than what our reservation said since we had to find ride to their office. We get there expecting to get a compact car which is what we reserved a full week in advance and instead get to choose either a cargo van or a Pickup truck! The employees were nice enough I have no complaints regarding them its just I dont understand why the enterprise MOTO is : Pick enterprise , well pick you up! . I was not by any means picked up I was very LET DOWN.

My experience at the eden site was very much less than anyone should have to deal with. First the vehicle I reserved was NOT there, nothing on site that could be of use, took 30 minutes to get what I needed from another site, next when it did get there ,the walk around was done and the customer service person said have a nice trip and walked away. I was told nothing about the vehicle. This vehicle was one I have NEVER driven. Had to self teach about it. The customer service person did give me a discount(10%) for my trouble. I would like to add this vehicle was reserved 5 days in advance. It was there the day I reserved it but was sent to another site hours before I got there. Linnie Owen

Great service!! The Eden office always gives me great service...I live in VA but will drive the couple extra minutes to rent from them.

The lady at the desk was very nice and patient even though she was swamped, overwhelmed and could have used another worker to help her at the front desk. I had to wait for about 40 minutes, even with a 10:00 a.m. reservation as there was only one girl cleaning cars out back( not the cleanest car Ive ever rented, but she was the only one cleaning cars!). I was given an upgrade for my wait, the car had less than a quarter tank of gas and I was told to bring it back empty....so, it was dead on empty! Overall, the car was fine and the staff was friendly and cordial but they need to have more staff for a Sturday morning, as the two ladies seemed very stressed and working very hard to please each custome that came in. Will still re-rent from the Eden Enterprise in the future!

Rental was easy-to-use. Although I would have preferred to have the auto I reserved instead. The upgrade was way to expensive fuel wise. Also there was no selection of vehicles .

Glad they are open on Saturday, most of the staff is nice and will give you a deal, others act like the own the place.

Horrible!! Do NOT go here!! Not only was the car not ready at the time promised but it was a completly different type of car. To make it worse the customer service was terrible the employees there made it clear that they did not care about the inconveince of their broken promises and showed absolutely zero empathy. Furthermore we called the day before to confirm that the requested car class would be available at the time needed and we were assured of the class and time. Our trip was delayed several hours. The car was dirty and they had to jump the car off to even get it started and told us if we had any problems that we should contact AAA. They did not even bother to ask if we had AAA. They never even appologized and said that the only thing they could do was give a discount on a future rental. They insisted on this even after we advised there would be no future rentals.

Knowledgeable of the vehicles they are renting out. I have used them for years and I have never had a bad vehicle or bad experience with any of the staff

Reserved a car online, while on my way to pick the car up they called to let me know there was no car available, reservations was made one week in advance, they did not offer me an upgrade or downgrade for my inconvenience, this is very bad for business.
