When my business partner and employee coordinator told me we were going to a team building event, I wanted to run. I hate those kinds of things. But this team building was very different than anything we’d ever done. In fact, it was fun. InTune Teambuilding used rock music to illustrate the importance of a team all working toward a common goal. Then they taught each of us how to play an instrument we have no clue how to play and brought us together to play as a band. Had a blast – and came out knowing how to play the guitar! Highly recommend to work groups looking to have fun and reinforce the importance of team work.
