Turning little towns into big cities all to fill their pockets despite what the people and business owners want. This company is a dreadful money hungry corporation who will step on whatever and whoever is in their way just to make a buck. They have zero semblance of honesty/professional principles. They are simply another greedy cog in the ever increasing wheel of corrupt and dishonest big wig companies. Shameful way to run a business, the people of White Bear Lake are outraged and will see to it this does not happen!

TEMiller/Paragon Apartments went through the entire leasing process, including rental application and background checks, accepted a co-signer, accepted the applicants deposit, and the lease was signed by all parties. One week after the lease was signed and move in date was set for July 1, TE Miller informed the applicant that they would not honor their lease. This is unfair, unjust, and just gross. Do not rent from TE Miller properties

TEMIller took over the management of my apartment building, 1501 LaSalle Ave Mpls. I lived very happily at this building for years under another management company (Warner Properties, love them!). It wasnt perfect, apartments are small, laundry machines would break down now and then, etc but it was clean and felt safe and the company was ON it whenever there was a problem, and they were really nice to deal with.I moved out in 2017. TEMiller had taken over a couple years prior. As soon as they did I instantly started hating living there. My home didnt feel like home any more, it was really sad how quickly it all turned.They jacked up the rent of course, but definitely didnt deliver quality tenant service. Looked to make whatever nickel they could off of you, were rude, slow with service requests, didnt work with you if you had any issues. I asked to move into another apartment in the same building because the police sirens were driving me nuts (Id been living in the building for about 7 years at that point, but had recently moved to the other side of the building, and sirens blared at 3 AM every night for weeks on end right past my window, and Id be up for the rest of the night. I was going crazy for lack of sleep. building management reps could not have cared less. )With Warner properties, moving to a new apartment in any of their locations would have been no problem at all. With TEMiller, Sure, with a rent increase. And no, we wont be able to show you the apartment before you sign the lease , youll just have to sign the new lease sight unseen, because we can do that, there are plenty of people we can rent to. ( I only slightly rephrased what they told me, just for brevity. They really were that cold and dismissive.)Just arrogant, horrible communication, gave no care about customer service or tenant comfort. I dreaded having to deal with them, which made living there a constant state of unease. So many of the long-term tenants moved out, they were so fed up.No matter how tight the rental market is, Id still look elsewhere if TEMiller is the managment company.
