The was some issues with the tear out and a big issue with the furniture replacement into the home...but Sam (supervisor) kept his word and sent two people out to correct the issues that I had...Linda & James were the two that came out..they were the BEST part of my experience with the company (not downplaying the others)...they were on time, did a amazing job putting items where they needed to be and brought with them amazing personalities...they are a great asset to the company...and should be commended for their great service with a smile!Antonio

Following the sudden death of a friend, I was tasked with cleaning out her house and preparing it for sale with the proceeds to go to support my friends young daughter. David Wnuk provided an initial estimate for the cleaning. However, once the team was engaged they realized that the work required was more than they had bargained for. The did an amazing job and the house sold quickly. When I spoke with David, he indicated that they were going to stick with the original estimate because it was the right thing to do. I was so impressed with his integrity and the compassion that he showed to us during a difficult time. I would highly recommend him and any team he leads. This was a home run for ServPro.

We had a toilet hose break in the middle of the night. Had 3 levels of house with water standing or in carpet. I called at 7:30 AM and they were in our house at 1:30 PM that same day. They put shoe coverings on to protect our floors and surveyed the wet areas and explained what they needed to do. They came back every day to check on moisture levels. Some sheet rock and carpet had to be removed and they did not make a mess anywhere.My wife and I could not ask for a quicker response and understanding people as those from SERVPRO.We tell everyone to check the toilet hose nut and how quickly SERVPRO responded to our call for help.They were recommended to me from a family member in Iowa. (my Mom).

Gunner and his team from Servpro really saved the day. They arrived quickly after we had a water leak and took the time to save everything they could...coming back multiple times to make adjustments and ensure that everything was drying as it should.

Returning to our home after a 2 month absence we were faced with a water pipe leak that had caused a huge water damage. Josh showed up that eve with moisture detector, dehumidifier, carpet removal and eliminating standing water. More equipment showed up with Josh and staff that continued to monitor the drying process. The contractors to finish the job were great also.We were very pleased with the timely way and staff that took care of us. All were very professional, wearing masks and covering shoes. We had the very unfortunate experience of a leaking kitchen faucet causing water damage in the kitchen floor, behind the cabinets, and into our finished basement. A real mess was under control quickly once we contacted ServPro. Managers David Wnuk and Linda Ness provided a thorough evaluation of the potential moisture damage to establish the mitigation plan. Linda then took over to execute the plan with her crew, taping up dust barriers and floor covers to protect our furniture, bookshelves, etc. before cutting open the basement ceiling/wall sheetrock, removing wet insulation, extracting/cleaning the soiled carpet, setting up the industrial strength dryers/dehumidifiers/air purifiers, and assuring any potential mold was eliminated. We were impressed with Linda’s command and rapport with her team for efficient and friendly work flow, and appreciated her strong sense of urgency for daily personal follow-up to evaluate the drying/moisture removal process. The whole process took less than 3 days to thoroughly dry out the moisture, and Linda’s team cleaned up and removed all the equipment just as quickly/efficiently as they had set it up. Although we’ll still be in an inconvenient state of disarray for several months during the restoration process, we’re very relieved the potential damage was mitigated so quickly. ServePro did not complete the promised work. After promising otherwise, they said it was a “small” job and they would have to sub-contract the job out. The fellow who they introduced me to (in person) said he could get enough work done by the following Friday that I could move a washer/dryer unit in. He called Friday morning to say he couldn’t start the job until Tuesday. I feel like I had a snow job twice! Both men knew I had a flight scheduled to visit my 97-year-old mom on Tuesday...

I have done business with this company for years. They are amazing to work with and truly take great care of their customer. If you ever find yourself in need of restoration work they are the ones to call.

Super responsive company when we needed them most. They sent six people to clean out our flooded basement and each and every one of them was personable and respectful. They talked us through each aspect of the process and have been most helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone we know.

DO NOT use this company. They are beyone incompetent. We had tried to hire them for water damage in our home in Edina. They send out 1 guy to evaluate it, days go by with no follow up. After several calls another guy comes out and says they will get started in the next couple days. Weeks go by. No follow up. No return phone calls. 3 weeks later with wet ceilings, walls, floors we finally gave up on them to find someone that is capable of doing the work.
