Got an alignment and some exhaust work done there. Brody was the sales rep, and he explained everything pretty well. He told me that the tech who worked on my car was mike. The services they did were done very well.

I came to this shop in belief I needed brakes and I pads. I was fearful to drive my vehicle because of the terrifying sounds coming from my front drivers side tire. I was referred to this shop by my son. The auto mechanic assessed the vehicle to discover the bolts were so loose he could remove them by hand. Just prior to what could have been a critical incident, I punchered that same tire and immediately had it repaired by a well-known dealer. Im not sure what went wrong when that work was done and my bill paid but Im glad my son directed me to this business. As a female they heard my concerns and professionally assessed and repaired my vehicle without inflating my bill. I am safely backon the road only needing two new front tires. The loose bolts issue was the culprit of the terrifying sounds I heard. My brakes and pads were nearly new. Im thankful for this auto shop that was both honest and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. There was a comfortable place for me to wait and in less than 45 minutes my car was ready and waiting for me. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. It was a great experience and I would bring my car to them again.

The mechanic, Steve, did an excellent job taking care of my vehicles needs. Steve also noticed some other maintenance that the Mercedes dealership has repeatedly failed to mention/discover. Bill quoted me on the new maintenance needs with another excellent quote! Overall I would highly recommend EP Auto! Update: Apparently my tire isnt losing pressure after being sealed here, I was mistaken on which tire was losing air so they ended up finding a nail in my other passenger side tire. They have been helpful and informative throughout the process after calling me and having me bring it back in. Very professional and courteous.Had my windshield replaced as well as an oil change and I had a tire leak. They said they couldnt find the leak in my tire even though I told them I lost 26 psi in 5 days of driving. I said they could replace it if need be. 2 days after leaving my tire pressure light comes back on again and my tire is losing air still. Also my sunroof which worked perfectly well before coming here is now on the fritz, not sure if thats related or not but Im not happy about the tire either way.

If you are looking for honest, competent service, don’t go here.

Glad to see I am not the only one who thinks they are amazing! My husband and I have been going here for many years, and even before that under a different name/ownership known as Twin City Tire (since I was a teenager with my first car). They are the most honest shop around, they tell you like it is, they tell you what needs to be done and what doesnt need to be done. We have taken our now 15 year old pickup truck in there I think for about the 5th time where we thought it was dead and it was time for a new truck and we were discussing our limit on what we would spend to fix. But nope, every time, it is just a minor repair, only a few hundred dollars, and when we say we just want to get it to another year or two they honestly advise on what we should fix and what we can wait on. I cant recommend them enough, they have honesty and integrity, and they can fix pretty much anything, way beyond tire and glass, I highly recommend!

Good alignment. Truck stays straight when I let go of the steering wheel. Also, top of steering wheel is centered at 12 o-clock when going straight.

Got my rear brakes fixed. Online scheduling really doesnt work. It shows a bunch of open time but it doesnt mean they have time to work on your car. Took most of the day to have it fixed. Otherwise overall decent service

Car was taken from LaMettrys at Eden Prairie to EP Auto, Tire, & Glass, then repaired at EP Auto, Tire & Glass. The car was not returned to LaMettrys at Eden Prairie, where it had been left originally. When I went to LaMettrys at Eden Praire to pick up my car it was not there! Delays occurred in the pick up of the car due to poor communication with the customer.

I had EP Auto Tire & Glass swap my performance tires with my snow tires on my rims last November. When i went to have my snow tires changed over in March, I found out that they shredded the inner edge on three of the tires, making them unusable. When I spoke to the store manager, he (a) said i couldnt prove they did it and (b) questioned why it took so long for me to register my complaint (i had to explain to him that winter typically lasts around 4 months in Minnesota and that I didnt have any reason to inspect my tires immediately after my visit to EP Auto, Tire and Glass). I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.

Called the morning of for a flat tire fix. They got me in right away and it only took 25 minutes to patch. Best experience I have had in years!

I just had an oil change and tires rotated, but the appointment was completed in a timely manner, maybe 45 minutes or so. My only complaint is that they also did an inspection and found some stuff that could be fixed but they did not inform on the severity of them

My car was making a rattling noise so I brought it into the shop to see if they could find out the problem. It ended up being something was just bent out of place so they put it back to normal and didnt charge me a thing. I will be going back to this place next time I need anything automotive for sure!

Repaired a flat that I thought may not be repairable. Dropped off the tire on Saturday morning - took about 2 minutes. Was ready for pick up at noon as I had requested. A week later, tire is holding air. Saved me buying a pair of new tires, at least for a year or two.

Was pretty disappointed that I was charged additionally for the cleaning supplies they used. This was not mentioned on the website with the price.Also my chrome exhaust pipes were not touched at all with the exterior detail. They were still black covered with exhaust.
