Im looking to have my home carpeted so naturally I looked locally to see what type of pricing I will be looking at as far as installation and potentially purchasing the product the store had to offer. I called this business to get a quote I told him I would need roughly 1500 to 1600 square feet carpeted he asked me what type of carpeting I was looking to install and I told him that I found a sale at Lowes so I can get the carpet at a price of $0.69 per square foot Im on a budget needless to say. When I told him that he said he wouldnt touch it and I asked him why he didnt respond and I told him I was just looking for his personal opinion Ive NEVER purchase carpet before EVER. So I was legitimately looking for his personal opinion and he hung up on me I was not rude whatsoever and when I tried to call back to apologize for offending him because obviously there was a misunderstanding he picked up the phone and hung up again. Would not recommend this company they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered look elsewhere.
