Is this even a real company? I feel like its a guy with a scam just getting buy. Never try to use them again!

You guys sure have very high expectations from a DIRECTV dealer. I didnt know it was linkzone dsl internet or linkzone voip phone.. last time I checked it was Linkzone satellite. Thats like going to a dentist and asking him to do a heart transplant for you. Yeah, he might attempt it, but would you really trust him instead of just going to a surgeon? These guys installed my directv, my moms, my dads, my grandpas, my grandmas, my great aunt and uncles, and a few of my friends. We only sought them for their tv services because thats what they specialize in. We leave the internet to the Internet guys like anyone with common sense would.

The sales staff is not well informed of what it is they think they are selling to you. The owner makes no effort to salvage, resolve or make a situation better with any type of offer, ect. Phone calls are NOT returned. The customer service staff is well trained to give you the top 3 to 5 we re sorry and we understand cover sentences when in fact they know the owner is not going to help you or have no intention of helping you. They do NOT rebundle your cable/internet and phone services because they do NOT have the ability too. They sell you Direct TV, take money for it and then tell you that you have to get your own internet and phone because they just can t do it . If you want cable , internet for better pricing; do your homework first and for one, don t go with LinkZone

Dont work for this place! Owner doesnt pAY Employees, wages owed....Should be in JAIL for a LONG TIME..l,

Please take my advice - NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WORK WITH THESE GUYS IN ANY WAY. PLEASE....
