Awesome! They had my address wrong for my youngest because my oldest also use to play. Stopped in,got it all fixed&also was able to wait on my bill. Explained my situation&they were AMAZING about it! Single moms,this place is so helpful¬ outrageously pricey so our kids can join in the fun of Band! Will recommend to anyone for all musical needs,not just fixing them.

Was looking to buy a solid instrument for my high school son. TYLER helped tremendously. We decided on a brass instrument because of its good highs and lows. Very excited to hear his growth over the next few years.

I had such an excellent experience the other day at Eckroth Music in Eau Claire. The two associates were warm, friendly, helpful, and so kind. Kudos to you! I will be back for sure!

I am still confounded by my experience last week. We have been customers here for a couple of years now, and every time we visited the staff have been super helpful.Last week was our first encounter with the manager, while looking for a cello. We were able to say that we were looking to rent, or purchase, and would like to see what was available. The manager took one look at us and informed us that there was nothing in the store that would be suitable for us. We did press the issue and he allowed us to rent a blue tag cello. But, that was it. Even after the staff we usually work with asked him if he was certain that was all that he would allow. He was adamant in his reply.I used this as an object lesson for my children, none of which were ever acknowledged as being present, in how to deal calmly people who treat you like poor, philistine, trash. We rented the cello, without being allowed to examine or even try it out. My daughter needed one for practice for the week.Over the weekend we journeyed to Minneapplis to an owner operated stringed instrument store, and the experience was otherworldly in comparison. We discussed what we were looking for, as well as the price range. He led our daughter to a selection of cellos, had the luthier set up several, he tuned them, and then had our daughter audition several until she found one she was comfortable with. Then he had her try out several bows to find one she was comfortable with. She ound one she liked, he discussed proper care and additional items that came with the outfit with her and me, my wife used to play cello so she looked at guitars while we completed the process. We ended up with a significantly better instrument, were offered a much better rental agreement, and the price was drastically better than the Eckroth rental agreement. We were so impressed that we bought it outright.Suffice it to say, after returning the rental to Eckroth today, we will never step in that store again. Im over 40, grew up in hard times, and have a thick skin when it comes to being treated like trash by foolish minded people. What I do not allow, is giving anyone a second chance at ever doing the same to my children more than once.
