I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently the installation took place. I have rather extensive perennial gardens and they installed the water lines with very minimal damage to the plantings. The gentleman who made the initial contact to give an estimate as well as the guys that came and installed the system were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. At this point I am awaiting the map of where all the lines are located but the initial contact and installation was great.

Update: The new lawn care manager has been more responsive and is going to work through these issues. I guess I’ll be hopeful but time will tell..After using Rainmaster for 3-4 seasons this is what I’m left with. A yard still full of crab grass and broken irrigation pipes from improper fall blowouts. Rainmaster is always quick to respond to negative feedback yet continues to make empty promises on corrections and repairs. The best thing they accomplish is billing.

Somewhat of a difficult situation, new controller, installed by a different company. Pump would not start easily. Controller was locked out. Life.The RainMaster guys tried a few times, I chipped in, we problem solved and all is good.Strongly recommend them. Good value. Good service. Solid people.

This company has been frustrating for the 6 years I have had to deal with them. A few years ago I called them out to fix a problem (ultimately a water hammer issue), they replaced parts, but never fixed the problem. After the problem was never fixed, I called them to return and they ensured me there would be no charge for the call back. They charged me again for a service call. I took nearly 3 months of many phone calls until they finally took the charge off. Now I have been told they are requiring customers to pay for the Spring Turn On to ensure the Fall Blowout. There was never any communication that this was a new policy. They will no longer provide Fall Blowout services. If that is their, policy, so be it, but I was automatically enrolled without being told this was a new policy. We are done with their company and I suggest others follow suit.

Have added to my irrigation system several times to accommodate the hosta and daylily gardens. Quality work which met my expectations. Very satisfied. Lawn care program keeps the yard in good shape. A few dandelions make their way in but weed free for the most part. Technicians friendly and very competent.

RainMaster did a great job with our lawn and helped to reseed to replace grass our dogs killed over the winter. They call before and show up as scheduled. The professional staff offer suggestions and have done an excellent job helping to restore my lawn.

Over the past few years I have found that listening to their advice is the best approach. I used to think I would never be able to grow grass so much pine in the yard, but, with RainMaster I have been able to get excellent results despite having so many pine trees. We like RainMaster overall, but have a bit of mixed system where some of our older system was incorporated, making it a bit new to a new technician who comes to prime in the spring, unless theyve been here before. This leads to occasional confusion on start-up, but not serious. We love the new smart controller which gives us remote control over our system, even when were out of town.

Then when we bought a home with an existing sprinkler system, they took over the maintenance, startup and shutdown there. Excellent Experience! I signed up for Rainmaster service last spring and wasnt sure what to expect. I had a lot of questions for the person who answered the phone...she kindly answered all of my questions and made sure I was on their schedule for maintenance to my sprinkler system and for some fertilizer treatments. Best decision I ever made! The person from Rainmaster showed up when he said he would and answered all of my questions when he was there. He also gave me some recommendations for what I should think about doing to my lawn to make it look even better. My lawn in the fall looked so much better and I didnt have to spend nearly as much time maintaining it. It looked great! I will definitely use them next year!

My First spring using RainMaster and Ive had a terrible experience. First technician out to do spring start up noticed a break in the copper pipe and stated that RanMaster did not do the blow out properly last fall and hed get us set up for repair. After not hearing back for a week we called and the receptionist had no idea what we were talking about, no notes on file. She then said it would be 4 weeks until theyd get out to fix it. After 2 more calls I finally got to a manager who sent someone to fix it (now 2 weeks after initial house call). I then got a bill for the service even though I had already pre-paid for the spring start up and was told RainMaster would cover the cost since it was their fault. More calls and back and forth and ended up paying the entire bill......needless to say I will not be doing business with them again.

RainMaster has serviced our in ground sprinkler system at our baseball field for over 15 years starting at a time of severe drought when we thought we had lost our turf! However, Rainmaster saved us with the sprinkler system and they have serviced our system spring and fall every year since. We have a beautiful ball field as a result!
