I was a customer of Insty Prints in E.C. for a 2-3 years. They printed everything from menus to banners for me with very good results UNTIL I questioned a banner that I was being charged upwards of $75 for when I received one the year previous for half that amount. On top of that there was black smudges under some of the lettering. After being a loyal customer I thought for sure they would correct the issue and meet me halfway. They did not and I refused the product as it was not what I requested, they turned me into a collections agency (eyeroll) as a way of getting back at me. Funny thing was that I wasnt refusing to pay for a product, I just wasnt going to pay $75 for a paper banner with black smudges on it! By no means am I that picky of a person but for $75? cmon! BUYER AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL BUSINESS THAT STRIVES FOR CUSTOMER SASITFACTION
