Very friendly staff but every time I deal with them they seem to not communicate too well with each other and things to seem to be a little confusing for them you just need a little patience the staff and the friendliness I would give them five stars but like I said I seems to be a little lack of training communication there but very nice and friendly

You asked for things to be removed from your account because you dont want them dont need them go to pay your next months bill and its still there double triple check your bills people they will put anything on

We have had about a dozen loans through Get it Now and each one had had the same virtual experience. I love my laptops, and each one is better and better. Ive only had bit trouble and must of the time it has been fixed, theyve changed their repair facilities and things are having a quicker turnaround than before when dropped off for repair. I always recommend you look here for a computer, at least for the 2 year repair warranty after completing the payments.

Terrible customer service!! They treat married couples as the same entity! I worked extremely hard to become independent! It very demeaning!!

Love it, Ive been going through them for almost two years very helpful. Always have been great with me and understanding if you talk with them. Great personalitys always love walking into the store cause everyone is so happy. Almost done with paying off my furniture and will be getting more after.

My parents purchased a mattress from this place a year ago and took out the extra warranty. Since day 1 the mattress had a dip on it where you would roll to 1 side. I even stayed with them for a week and couldnt even sleep on it because it gave me such a back ache. I finally got my mom to call and complain and they sent someone out to say it wasnt covered under the warranty because she had taken the mattress pad off to show the guy the dip in the bed, are you kidding me!!! Unbelievable and disgusting that you pay all this money which I told them they were way over charged then to spend extra on extended warranty on a defective bed they sold my parents. Stay away!!! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on them. Never gave them anything in writing saying that its not covered either!!! I will be telling everyone I know about this place how they treat people and they like ripping people off !

Friendly staff, great customer service, willingness to work with you to get you the best deal for your budget. Great selection. I love how this actually helps you build your credit. The staff is great to talk with and unlike other places, they will actually joke around with you.

Awful, the communication between employees on payments is horrendous. Very expensive, should of done more research on where to finance our furniture. Right next store is furniture 1-2-3 and I saw our furniture there for hundreds cheaper. Very aggressive on collection even if you are a couple days late, they will come to your house. Quite a shame because our original person we delt with was excellent. When you come into the store the employees are very friendly. There business is still so aggressive that I Will never give them our business again and would never recomend them to either family or friends.
