Volunteering to be a student guinea pig is great.

I have been going here off and on for more years than I can count. Ive always gotten great service and respect from Joyce and Erica. Even my husband feels comfortable here.

I am extremely pleased with the services I have received at the Eau Claire Institute of Electrology. I have not attended as a student, but as a client, and I always receive the best of care. Joyce and Erica welcome me to my appointments with a warm smile and cheery hello. They take the time to explain the treatment they are about to perform and make sure you are aware of the immediate and long term results before beginning. Any questions are answered immediately and thoroughly. I have had age spots on my face removed with no scaring or bad after effects and am currently coming to the end of needing hair removal because the treatments are working so well. I actually am kind of sad because I will miss my Electrolysis days as I call them. Also, I need to mention the great new location, office, and updates the company is going through. I cant recommend this staff, services, and facility enough. Give them a call!

To the anonymous Google User below with the bad review... I think everything you said about this business and Joyce is so far fetched. Joyce is one of the kindest people on the planet. She does an amazing job and trains her employees to do an amazing job as well. My mother and I have been going to get electrology services here on and off for 10 years and there is absolutely no truth to your cruel review. Joyce, her daughter who now owns the business, and their staff are all amazing and professional. What really made your review a lie is when you said Joyce is an elder women. She is not elder and the review says it was from 5 years ago which would have been even more of a lie at that time. I would not recommend anywhere else to get electrology done. When I lived out of state I even waited to go here when I came home for visits instead of finding a new place. This is a great business ran by great people who are always trying to make your experience excellent!!

Eau Claire electrology is amazing! They are so so helpful and very willing to help. Body hair is a huge disappointment for many women all around the world whether it’s a medical condition, human nature or due to pcos. I have pcos and I was always scared to even let my family and closest friend get close to me or even talk about it. I was terrified to go to my first appointment in fear of being judged but this is NOT the case with Eau Claire institute of electrology. Erica and her staff don’t judge and they just accept you for who you are no matter the hand you’ve been dealt. I have had nothing but positive experience since I’ve been seeing Erica! I am very pleased with the outcome and I always feel welcomed when I walk in. Very very good reviews as well as respect in the industry. I am so glad I found this local family ran business! I have nothing but positive conversation as well as experiences going to Eau Claire institute of electrology.
