I paid over $300 so I expected it to be perfect. But, when I got my car back, it was still soaking wet inside, the floor mats still had dirt all over them, there was dog hair in all the cracks, an oily residue on the exterior of all my windows, the seats had obvious spots that they didnt even touch, sticky stuff still on my dash and spots on my door and radio knobs that they missed. I know that my car was quite a job but come on. Did they do a nice job? Yes. Did they do $300 worth? Absolutely not. I am so thrilled with the interior detail that these folks did for me. I own a pet care business so my car is always full of pet hair and there was literally not a single hair in my car when I picked it up. It’s cleaner than the day that I bought it and it’s cleaner than any detail I’ve had at other businesses. Thank you for being wonderful I will be back again and again!

Extremely happy with the work that was completed. It looks 100 times better than when I brought it in. The customer service was outstanding. It was super easy to book an appointment and appreciated the appointment confirmation and the reminder. The owner was very helpful and explained and went over what was done. Incredible work. Lydia is topnotch and I will be bringing my vehicles back.

Thought to myself 180.00 for car detail. It better be perfect. It was exactly the opposite, like a high schooler did it. Never again. Do not waste your money. Obvious spots missed in the seats and floor. Thanks for nothing. I hope no one else falls for this mistake of a business. Kick rocks EC Auto Detail.Update: Now being told I was late to my scheduled appointment that apparently was scheduled to fit around my time. Even if that were true, as if that is an excuse to the pitiful vacuum job. Very poor detail even worse customer service. If EC Auto Detail screws up, they will blame you!

Just had my mom van detailed by EC Auto Detail and it looks amazing! I am so impressed with how clean it looks and great it smells. We used to affectionately refer to my mini-van as the “trash van” because of how dirty and messy the kids made it but no more!!Absolutely worth the price! Lydia was great to work with and answered all my question right away. Thank you again!!

Lydia does amazing work! Her ceramic coating is the best thing to protect your car. Super easy to wash after she applied the coating for me and it has a 10 year lifespan! 10/10 would recommend.

Very unsatisfied! I paid $199.00 for top of the line detailing. They did not clean nor polish my roof. Dust and dried in tree seed still on roof. Low chrome on front end still had bugs & had obviously not been polished. Dirt still under rear hatch. Worker said roof is not part of their detailing. I will not return.

Took my car here for the first time for detailing and they did amazing! I feel like I have a brand new car. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!

Car was very clean inside, had water spots on the outside. There was no waiting room and I never even met the person who cleaned my car. I dropped it off, put the keys in the lockbox because no one was there at the time of my appointment. I won’t be returning
