I took in my BMW 335i in 2019 for a front bumper spray and 1 fender respray. At first it definitely looked good but just a few months after it started peeling from the bottom and slowly started working it’s way up the bumper until it was very noticeable and hideous. It was extremely easy to peel off the bumper and was just flaking more and more as time went on. I’ve decided peel the rest off and learn myself how to paint a bumper. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your expensive cars in if you are a perfectionist!

I never ended up getting my car fixed here because they tried changing my appointment 4 times. I scheduled an appointment in July for 8/7, then they pushed it to 9/7, then 10/5, then 10/12, then 10/20. Their excuses were not having parts (understandable), prioritizing non-drivable cars, overbooking, and then a scheduling mix-up/ they wrote down the wrong appointment date. I was definitely put on the back-burner and they were disrespectful of my schedule and time.

They did a great job & wonderful to work with! They also handled working the insurance.

This is the second time we have used Carstar for automotive repair - both times were after fender benders. They were so friendly, professional & helpful throughout the entire process. Lori, the customer service admin is absolute gold - She was (both times) the reason why things progressed so smoothly - getting requisite appts scheduled and paperwork (including insurance) completed. And they were extremely flexible with our calendar so it wasnt a headache delivering/picking up my vehicle. They also had a loaner vehicle that I could use while my car was being worked on. Top quality like this means I will use Carstar, forever.

Some of the most honest mechanics out there, and they do a nice thorough job and will fix anything not taken care of properly. Pricing is average for around here.

Carstars is a fabulous place to take your car if you need body work done. Their customer service was awesome and the work they did on my car was over my expectations. I would like to give Lori a special shout out. She was fabulous!!! She took such a personal interest in our needs I felt very comfortable and new my needs would be met.

The people there are so friendly and willing to help! By doing business with them, I was able to get a loaner vehicle for free, and although I had some problems with it, they were more than willing to make it right. Ive never been more impressed with any place that fixes vehicles. I will definitely be coming here again if I ever hit another deer or have an accident.

Ive brought my vehicles here for the last 15 years. It all started when i had a car with gold flake in the paint needing some work. No other shop i got a quote from noticed the gold in the paint and tried to cheap out on the job. Carstar always does great work, paying attention to the little details everytime. I would recommend getting a quote from here if you have body work to be done on your vehicle.

Did an excellent job repairing my car.

My customer had her car towed to Tower Auto Body after an accident. She decided to use the car as a trade in towards a purchase of another vehicle. She contacted Tower Auto Body to say someone would come and remove the vehicle. I called to coordinate the vehicle pick up as it was nearing closing time, I wanted to make sure we could get the vehicle removed and I sent a company check to cover the costs of their towing. During my trip to Eau Claire, I was 10 minutes late to pick the vehicle up. Tower Auto Body knew I was on my way to pick up the vehicle but they locked the vehicle inside and closed up shop. They did not attempt to call us. The vehicle is not their car. There was no reason to hide it . This to me is very poor customer service. I had to make a second round trip of 60 miles to get the vehicle the next day. They realized they were not going to get the money from the repair of the vehicle so why give good service.

Due to icy roads a few weeks ago, I was in a small accident which resulted in scratches over the back tire, a dent in the fender, a cracked reflector, and the need for a new bumper. Carstar did a wonderful job fixing everything, including ensuring my decals were replaced. They cleaned the car so well I have not driven it because Im waiting for some of the snow and ice to melt. I would definitely recommend Carstar for collision repair.
