This can company is way more on time than the other ones. And this guy named Jay is so nice and so sweet!! I just wish I knew his last name!! Never been with anyone else. So I cant give them the same but Im sure they are very nice and sweet!!

Awesome drivers. They even do long runs if you need them to. I was stuck in Hudson once and they came & got me and I live in Eau Claire. This is the ONLY cab company I use. I highly recommend them.

Michell was an amazing taxi driver!! She was so good to call us when she was ready for us to get picked up so we wouldnt be standing in the cold. She was prompt at picking us up in a timely manner. She was so personable and held a great conversation! I highly recommend Chippewa Valley Taxi to anyone !! When we are back in the area again, we will definitely be calling Michell!!

Chippewa Valley Taxi is amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a lift. Very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. They have also helped out greatly during our time of need during the pandemic. An all around great business.

Awesome business. When I needed to be somewhere in 45 mins they came through. In fact they are only cab/taxi company to even answer their phone. Arrived early. Great, clean vehicle. Courteous, professional driver. And VERY reasonable rates. My only issue was the driver did not wear a mask. That is an unforgiveable but easily remedied mistake.

Medical run and to Walmart...very nice respectful drivers paul was very kind he helped me in the van and took care of all my groceries on both ends even took them in my house. The van was very clean and smelled good unlike other cab companies I have taken. I have never received the kindness from any other cab company in town! I had set up for a cab to come to Altoona Family Restaurant on May 3. The time was 9:15 am. A cab came then, and went next door and picked someone else up and drove past me. I called dispatch, and was told they were coming. What?! They had come and passed me by. I will never use this taxi service again.

GREAT cab service in the area for drivers and office personnel. Worst that ever happened was getting quoted 20 minutes for a pick up and ended up waiting over an hour. Quite disappointed in that as it ruined plans but it was later and I give second chances.Ask for missh as a driver. She is THE BEST!!!!

Just now in fall creek as I was walking down the sidewalk where a driveway to the oust office crosses almost got intentionally ran over by the driver. She kept inching towards me and yelling obscenities. I said nothing but did try to call the number on the cab. Whomever answered was very grouchy so I hung up thinking maybe the cab driver answers her own calls. By the time I got to the end of the block she was at the stop sign waiting for me and as I entered the street to cross, she veered the van towards me as if she was trying again to run me over. She was yelling something with her window up. I continued walking and she finally drove off. This is absurd behavior. I am still considering contacting police. She is currently parked near the corner bar in fall creek.Ps...i assure you this is not a false statement. Her friends are the only ones leaving positive remarks. She really did try to run me over that day. Also fyi: she was pulling a money scam on a person with disabilities. She manipulated someone with disabilities to give her very large sums of money. It was all over the news and in the courts. Definitely true!! Do not trust this company. They are not only rude, they are theives. You can look Michelle up on ccap Wisconsin. It is there. Do not trust this crooked unfriendly gal

Ive used a few taxi services in the past, but this one has been the best. They show up in a very timely manner, and have always been good about coming on time for prescheduled rides. The few mistakes that have happened they were very apologetic about and willing to make up for it without me asking, even though I considered those mistakes minor at best. Everyone is so friendly and the fare is by far the most affordable out of any taxi service Ive used. I used to use Uber all the time, but after uber canceling rides on me one too many times and trying these guys since I was out of options at the time...Well Ive have never used uber since.

I honestly wasnt sure about a taxi service or lyft. So glad I made this choice. First pick up had a hiccup due to miscommunication. Second pickup TJ was right on time!
