A pleasure to go there! Carol Ann, the receptionist, is a delight & Ryan was very patient & helpful. He was very accommodating & made sure he got it right & I very much appreciate that!

Where do I start. Receptionist is friendly, professional and helpful and especially funny.The doctor made me feel at ease, let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Easy to talk to, easy to understand. Showed me the results of the test & explained what I was looking at.I can’t say enough good things about my visit today.

We are so pleased with the care my husband has gotten to assist him with his hearing issues.Ryan and Carol Ann can not be more friendly, caring, or helpful to their patients.Whenever a problem might occur with ones hearing aide, it is easy to make an appointment and see Ryan, the audiologist.Carol Ann greets you immediately and is so pleasant no matter how busy she is when you walk into the office.It gives us comfort to know that they are always available to answer questions and to help us whenever it is needed.We are so pleased with their services.

After experiencing hearing loss last year I was so relieved to have found this audiologist and office. They were super supportive and really went the extra mile to get me my hearing aids. I even submitted a hand written review of my experience. My issue with them is now when it came time for billing me. I was told that I would have all but 10% of my hearing aids covered however I received a bill from the office stating I owed nearly $2000 (triple was was estimated). When I explained to Carlonann the office manager, that it must be a mistake and she needed to look into it further she said it was between me and my insurance company. As it turned out, everything was processed correctly through insurance, the AHC office tried to balance bill me. After all the support I felt, the billing experience made me loose trust. AHC also owes me money based on the deposit I left them and when my insurance company explained that to Carolann she hung up on them. The experience until this point again was super supportive and everything I could have asked for but the billing department makes me question their integrity.

Joni and the staff here are really great! Joni was very friendly and professional and ther office made me feel comfortable. I Highly recommend her as well as American Hearing Centers for hearing aides.

Everyone at the American Hearing Center is fantastic. I have major hearing loss and with their new product and their expertise I am now hearing better than ever. Life changing!!!

I had a recent hearing test at American Hearing Centers in Eatontown, NJ and I had an amazing experience. From the receptionist to the professional Audiologist that did the test I felt like they really cared about me and my hearing. I highly recommend!
