Great at first, but they werent consistent. They couldnt solve problems. They couldnt deliver products and services on agreed upon schedules. Their mistakes compounded and my business suffered as my phones wouldnt work, or my offices couldnt communicate with each other, or people couldnt leave voicemails, or a host of other problems they couldnt solve. To make matters worse they made themselves the account holders of websites and exchange emails, so they could retain control. You cant leave them unless it is on their terms. I refuse to be held hostage by anyone.
