I used this company in order to raise my fathers credit score which was in the low 400s and now in the 650 range. The staff is very professional and took their time in order to review collection accounts with me. In total my father had over 25+ collections removed from each bureau which took about a year. I am very pleased with their service. Just remember that the journey to a perfect credit score is not a race and it definitely takes time. You are in the right direction if you choose better qualified to represent you!

The only time the service calls you is when they cant take money from your account . You have to file and pay for credit reports on your own .I had a Comcast bill removed prior to better qaullifieds service . They took credit for the removal . Better qualify is the worst credit repair company in the United States they collect money and never did nothing I would not recommend their service to My worst enemy. Do not waste your time or your money They want you to pay them $100 every month. No work was done on my credit report for five months. I hope to God that you guys go out of business.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because theres no option to give a 0 star review, I do not recommend. They kept calling me & kept trying to persuade me to sign up, & once they got my money they walked back all of their promises & gave me very little attention. They were always polite & professional on the phone, but theyre far more responsive before you give them your money. They only got items that were 7+ years old removed, which come off automatically if you pursue it. Not only did I waste money with BQ, I wasted time. With a little research, time, & effort I was able to clean up my reports on my own much faster & better than they did. Save your money, do your research, & do it yourself.

I signed up for better qualified spoke with a Mary who gave me not alot of details as to what I was going to be required to do. I had to pay 200$ then 100$ once a month for 8months. 3 months went by nothing happened. I continued to reach out to speak to Mary via text email & phone call. No response I spoke to a Jessica Hernandez who thought I was on hold but I wasnt and she was speaking negative things about me & I heard her 🤔. I addressed her which really made me mad she started telling me how I needed to get copies of my credit report how I needed to email them copies of everything I get once I get it. I got information so that I could basically do work. So I coukd have paid myself! Then once I stopped the automatic payments I started getting calls & texts about how can they help me. Mind you yhe COVID did break but these people were taking my money knowing that they could not work on anything due to things being shut down. I questioned that why taking my money & I am unable to receive a service from you? I was told it would be placed on the back end??? My credit score did nothing these people have money from me & I got no results no education on how they were going to fix my score nothing no result. I reached out via email about a refund still have not heard anything. Do not use this company! I also did not have a huge amount of debt I just never used my credit so my score just needed to be boosted. I feel like this company did nothing but take my money every month.

The professionalism was on point however I was told to give them 9 months and they’ll fix my credit score, in 9 months all negative inquiries would be gone and in 9 months I’ve seen no change and I still have all negative inquiries still on my credit report. Very poor company. Did not deliver what they promised. Communication was non-existent. Lots of promises made with not being able to deliver on one!!!Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other companies that provide the same services but only get paid when they get results. Better Qualified is all about setting you up for the 2nd and 3rd re-up. Promising you they will get results in a month or two.They did NOT remove any item of mine or help my credit in any way!!! Have to admit I’m very concerned and disappointed from the service I’m receiving. I have contacted you three times in regards to my credit and after the third time you told me you would have an account manager reach me. It has been a week and no one has reached me. I came back to better qualified because of the service you gave me years ago but that has not been the service I’m getting now is horrible. I have no updates no one is getting back to me but everyone knows how to swipe my card for payment. This is not the way to treat customers or returning customers that have given you referrals in the past. I am Appalled. My husband and I wanted to buy our first home, but my credit was not any good. I had been given the information for Better Qualified I reached out to them and they were more then happy to help me. I was worried finacially that it would be too much money with 1,000 monthly income by myself but honestly it was the best money I spent. They were able to fix it before my second payment was made. Not all people have had this happen but they were even surprised with how quick the turn around was. I am happy to say with the guidance of these fine people we bought our first house 3 months after. They helped me after 10 years of trying to fix, being summond to court my wages garnished and my bank account seized and then trying to figure out how to pay my rent or put food on the table. If I had know about them when all of that started I would have called years go. If you are trying to turn your credit around then I would 100% recommend them.
