Tom took my order on Dec 22 and my washer was delivered on Dec 24 at 10 am. The driver called when he finished his last appointment to give us a heads up that they were on their way. Everyone was helpful, the price was right, and they kept their promise even during a pandemic with three days to go before Xmas. I have been shopping with them for 35 years...the big box stores are not worth it. They had more stock of quality merchandise at better prices than COSTCO and delivery was a delight!

I requested help and waited about 20 minutes. When I noticed the salesperson was not wearing a mask I left. Too long of a wait, especially when they are not practicing safety precautions during this pandemic.

We purchased several appliances from Eatontown appliance. We also had service done on our dishwasher. Amazing and knowledgeably technician repairing. Recently our Bertazzoni stove that was purchased from them was having a common oven issue known to our particular stove. We had this confirmed. We then proceeded to call Eatontown appliance to give us an idea of what this would cost if they came out and diagnosed this as the issue. To say I got the complete run around is an understatement. I am beyond disappointment that they could not give me a quote if this was confirmed by them the issue. To me it just sounds absurd. If they knew the issue and knew the exact stove They would have a cost to fix this. I was told they wouldn’t be able to give me a price unless someone came out. Makes no sense. I said if someone came out and found this to be the issue what would the price then be. I underatand someone would have to diagnosis it but if there diagnosis was the same what would be the price? It was almost comical by the end... I was fully prepared to pay for the diagnostic cost and then the repair if it were in budget. I was simply trying to see if we had the budget for them to do the repair. After spending over $5,000 with them they were unable to do this. That’s bad business in my opinion. So I thought I could just share so people know what they are completely getting when they purchase from here.

This place at first was really friendly and inviting the first two times I went there looking for appliances. Tony helped me and found everything I needed with a smile and nice personality. I was told I would have my appliances in a week and it is a week today and no appliances. I called Tony yesterday and he stated that he would call me back because he was with a customer. No call back yesterday or today. I just called him five minutes ago and again he is with a customer and is bogged down and insured me he would give me a call back tonight. We shall see what happens.

Me and my husband went into this store to purchase more than three items so we were coming to give them our money when we stepped in the door no one greeted us my husband spoke first and still no one replied we proceeded to walk past all the service floor employees then at the last minute an old guy jumped up because I made a comment (that was rude) I wanted to leave but the old guy downplayed it and everything that did not have a price on it was 3000 no thank you for those prices I can go into the regular stores super Duper poor business skills

Update: My new washer/dryer has been delivered and setup. The gentlemen were super competent moving the old one and setting up the new one. On such a hot day they had to deal with a small area squeezing the new washer/dryer into a closet as well as my plumbing is a bit out of the ordinary. They even had to run out to get a special part to fit my pipes. My only problem was scheduling when it was to be delivered. I felt the right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing. All in all Im very happy with my new washer/dryer and decided to give them a full 5 stars.

We needed to replace our double ovens which were purchased thirty years ago at Eatontown Appliance! Tom was helpful and wonderful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Don came and installed our new ovens to perfection! He is truly gifted and amazing. The ovens were installed to perfection!A very special shout out to Caroline who addressed our concerns and rose to the challenge. A real doll!

This rating is specifically for SERVICE. I had 4 servicemen out to my home from different companies who could not fix my 8-month-old Whirlpool Dryer. Finally, an AWESOME serviceman, TOM, from Eatontown Appliance was able to resolve the problem. He disassembled the entire machine (I never thought is was going back together again) found the problem, fixed the issue and reassembled the machine to perfect working order in about 1-hour! Nothing short of amazing. Tom was neat, clean, personable, and new exactly what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend TOM from Eatontown Appliance!

07/13/2019: Purchased four kitchen appliances about a year past for ~$6000. The stove was not level since then and upon inspection, the right front leveling leg was broken. Called Eatontown Appliance and discussed this with them. Over the phone, they said I was not located in their service area and could not service the stove. Funny, there was no problem purchasing $6K of goods from them. Purchased the part elsewhere and worked on it today. Found packing paper underneath the right side clearly used to level the appliance. Evidence points to the leg being broken on installation. The left leg is also broken. I will NEVER purchase anything from Eatontown Appliance again and should anyone mention their name to me, I will simply turn away.

Awful customer service with incompetent staff, Tom Sikorski specifically. They scheduled a delivery to deliver and install a microwave for BEFORE NOON. I called at 12:30pm to find out where they were and he told me there is no way of knowing when they will arrive and his words were “someone needs to wait around for them all day, that’s how long it could take” Mind you, this was after I was put on hold 3 different times...... so what is the point of a scheduled delivery??? I will NEVER give them my business again and will continue to tell people to stay away.

Good sales, excellent service.We called on a Friday to have our 19 year old dryer (from Eatontown TV) looked at. Monday morning, a service rep took a quick look and gave a quick estimate: not worth fixing. A few hours later, we were at the Eatontown store. The salesperson matched Home Depots price. Tuesday morning, our new dryer was installed and our old one was taken away. Yay!

Called for service of my refrigerator. Wanted to use the local company. Big mistake. They told me they’d call me back to tell me when they were coming. No call. I called them “oh sorry. We forgot. We can come tomorrow “ one day wasted. Next day tech comes he pulls the last ice cube out of the ice maker and declares it fixed. Writes on receipt “ice jammed in ice maker”I get home and the freezer is still above freezing. Turns out it needed to be defrosted. I did it myself and paid $110 for the privilege. Total hacks.

December 2018Full disclosure, our Electrician recommended talking to Tom Sikorsky at Eatontown TV. My Dad prior to going to Eatontown TV visited; Loews, PC Richard & Sons, Best Buy and even shopped on the Internet. We were initially going to buy an LG Dishwasher from Best Buy who did better than the other two stores, but after my Dad met with Tom at Eatontown TV, he changed his mind. Not only did Tom beat Best Buys price, but the delivery and installation and removal of the old Washing Machine was less than Best Buy as well.The two gentlemen who came to install the new Washer were polite, efficient, fast, affable, and very helpful running a test cycle to make sure the Washer worked perfectly. It took maybe thirty minutes to install.A very easy, pleasant and stress-free experience. My Dad and Mom and I were extremely pleased. Thank you Eatontown TV!!!!

Store was cold and empty. Management was rude and unfriendly. Prices are uncompetitive, and the staff looked miserable. Left without making a purchase, because they didn’t seem interested in helping me.This place will be out of business soon, and hopefully replaced with something more beneficial to the community, like a crack house.

I moved into a home with Viking appliances installed by Eatontown appliance. Our microwave stopped working so we scheduled a service call. The technician said someone would followup with a call to give us a quote on a repair or replacement. No one called. Several days later I called the store and spoke with Ken. He assured me I would receive a call back. Nothing. Several days later I called again. The woman I spoke with found my name and said she would call right back after finding my file. Nothing. This place is a joke.

For the last 25 years I have bought my appliances from here. I went on Presidents Day weekend to purchase a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. A deal was agreed upon and I was sent to pay in Long Branch in order to pay 3.5% sales tax. I arrived at the business and it was not open. I called the store and they had know idea what was going on. Come to find out there was a medical emergency apparently the day before but Eatontown wasnt told. On called the store the following week, TWICE, on Thursday and Friday to make sure that someone would be in the store on Saturday so I could pay. I was told someone would be there. Guess what? No one was there. I wasted my time and gas twice. Clifton, my sales person did take $20 off my order for the inconvenience. My entire order was to be delivered on February 29th. I stopped in at the store on the 28th and personally checked with Clifton to make sure it was a go for Monday. He told me YES. I rush home from work and there are 2 calls from Eatontown Appliance. Not from Clifton but from Cheryl who has now proceeded to tell me the stove is not available because it is broken. I still dont believe that was the case. I was inconvenienced again. Not once did Clifton pick up the phone to apologize. I actually stopped in this Saturday to tell him he should have been on the phone apologizing to me. What did learn? I will not be returning to Eatontown Appliance.

I moved to Monmouth county a many years ago and brought several appliances with me from my prior residence. I heard about Eatontown TV and went to the route 35 store to see what was on display. I must have jinxed myself because 2 days later the dryer stopped working. I called Eatontown TV and told the woman that answered the phone the my dryer wasnt heating.She asked, did I buy it hereI said, no I brought with me when I moved here.She said, we only service what we sell, and HUNG UP.I thought what rude mannerless person. That is not a response I would expect from someone whos business is sales and service and is talking to someone with a broken appliance who could charge to evaluate the dryer with the possibility of it not worth repairing resulting in a sale.I didnt get that response or attuitude. Is Eatontown TV repair service free as the only service what they sell? Any place I have dealt with has a trip charge, labor charge, and parts making up the bill. As we all know the trip charge is found money, labor charge is always high for any type of service on any type of item.Now I need a replacement for my 48 inch built in refrigerator that came with the house and I got sticker shock when did some online research and found they are 8000 to 120000 price tag. With that attitude woman i will not be spending my money with them.

$125 service call for one bose system that we originally bought from them and they installed. The total for today was $267.50, it was explained each component of the system cost $125. I would never go to this place again! Rip off artists in the highest form.
