They were very efficient and professional. We had one large pine that was dead and in a dangerous position. Its nice to have peace of mind and to have a clear view of our house! We were not present but our neighbor said they worked like a well oiled machine. What a difference a profession team makes!

Im very impressed with Tidwells Tree Service. These guys are friendly and professional but their attention to quality service and listening to my concerns is what sets them ahead of other services Ive used. They removed a large oak tree (and stump) sitting within a few feet of the house. They accomplished this without damaging a single blade of grass. They even cleaned all the debris and leaves from my entire roof-not just debris from removing the tree. And, they used a blower to clean my driveway as they were leaving. The only evidence they were here - the tree is gone and the yard looks better than before they arrived. Ive used a number of tree removal services over the years. These guys really care and the cost of their service is very reasonable! I impressed!

Amazing precision work to remove an enormous pine tree for me just now! A crew of six people, huge equipment, everyone extremely nice and professional, and they did not leave a single twig behind on the ground. the ground was raked perfectly and left better than before they arrived. I feel like these guys became my friends in 2 very short hours. What a great business!

I was so impressed with Tidwell Tree Service. We are new to Milledgeville and didn’t know anyone. A neighbor had used them, so I stopped and Ricky Tidwell came over and gave us an estimate. We had huge pines that were dead and on the ground and several dead ones that were still standing in our wooded area. They used a Bobcat and skilled tree climbers and were able to get all the trees down and removed. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and it looks beautiful. Wish I had taken before and after photos, they did an amazing job. It is a family owned business and I liked that their trucks are painted with a tribute to their late Dad, Mr T. Family and doing a good job seems to be their mission. . We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

We had a pecan tree taken down and some limbs over our carport from a different pecan tree and these guys were so thorough, patient and had very good manners throughout the whole process! They cleaned everything up and had my yard looking like nothing ever happened! Thank you guys for the amazing job and expertise you showed! After stalling for nearly 15-years, we decided to have nearly 50 pine trees removed from our Lake Sinclair lot...many of which we over 100 tall. After consulting with several tree service companies, we chose Tidwells. Over the course of three days, Ricky, David and their crew removed and hauled away all of the trees and limbs. They did an excellent job...were as punctual as could be considering all of the rain at the time...and were very organized and thorough. For as many large trees as our project involved, the price was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to call on them again, regardless of the size of the job.

I was extremely pleased with these folks. They came promptly and their cleanup was amazing. Not a twig left on the ground. I’ll definitely use them again.

My husband and I had a few trees cut down and a lot of limbs cut off other trees. Tidwell’s team came when he (David) said they would and went right to work. We watched David the whole time and was amazed at how he operated cutting the trees. The level of work was awesome. I have flowers all around where they were cutting and they didn’t touch any of them. When they got through They cleaned up everything and blowed off the driveway before they left. These guys are awesome! Had a few trees and limbs to be cut. Ricky returned my call quickly and came out to do an estimate immediately. They came in did a great job, cleaned up and when they left you could hardly tell they had been here. Most professional job!

They were hired to cut a tree down in a neighboring house that had been vacant next to me for years in which the owner had asked me to keep an eye on! I approached the guys to ask if they had talked to the owner! I was responded to by an older man that informed me that the neighbor behind me was paying for the tree removal but that had not personally talked with the owner! Ok whatever you say right?? No problem with that! It was the rudeness in which the men at this time talked to me ! On top of that I don’t appreciate your guy relieving himself with concern that small children were looking out of the window! I would not hire this company regardless! They are rude and have no manners at all!

Site unseen I was given a min quote of $350 to grind a stump. Ive had trees downed, hauled away and the stump grind for $350.

We have nothing but good things to say about Ricky and his team. We had a huge oak tree that we needed to be taken down in our yard and they did an amazing job. They were here and gone in less than two hours. There was no damage to our yard and the only left behind was the mulch from the stump, which we needed to do some other task around the house. He also ground up a stump for us from another tree that was cut a year ago. Due to our yard layout and sprinkler system, they could not bring any trucks in our yard. Ricky had someone climb and de-limb the tree, while other members of his team piled up the debris, removed everything with a bobcat, and raked the area clean. I was beyond impressed with Tidwell Tree Service and will use them again!
