They show all of the registered easements, utilities, and abutting/neighboring properties on a site map. An important tool in determining scope of a piece of land, for the buyer, the seller or whoever requires. Stamped and certified accurate by licensed professional.

What a disappointment. Poor Quality. Not measured what was needed. Tried to contact and got excuses.

I purchased a Mortgage survey from them, I made sure to ask lots of questions to see what the survey entailed. I was told it would show me Easements on the property as well as any encroachments, and I was given a decent list. I figured this is worth the purchase, after paying and receiving the survey map. There was almost no information besides a small picture of the property shown as a rectangle and a smaller box being the house.. thats it. There was a small disclaimer saying that they didnt have the Title so they cant show encroachments or easements. Basically it was a rip off, I called to explain that I was never told Id have to get any information regarding the Title but the guy said his agents wouldnt make any mistakes.. in the end, he didnt care and I was scammed. Big waste of money before buying a house

I am a builder and these guys are NOT trustworthy at ALL, caught the owner lying to me, trying to scam me !!!!! I had a check for $15,000 that I was about to hand to him and I found out that everything that he told me was a lie.

This guys are so expensive 1700$ for house survey ,the other guys did it for 300$
