This is the best location. I will always always recommend and go to this location if I ever need a car rental. The service is 1000 percent excellent, they get to know you and your situation they look out for you and cover all grounds to accommodate the customers needs...well at least mine 😁 I truly appreciate them and all that they have done. Wow.. Where do I start, the customer service Nick provided was awesome. I rented a car over the weekend to take care of so family business and Nick completely made my experience the best I’ve had renting from enterprise. I returned today to get a different rental to have some repairs done on my car and needless to say, Nick continued to provide exceptional service. Making everything smooth as possible. I’ve only rented from this location twice, and I don’t think I’ll rent from another. Because of the great customer service displayed I will continue to rent here.

Marissa and Nickolas were the nicest people. Marissa worked with me for two days to help me find the perfect car for me and my family. She was so accommodating and sweet. Upon returning the vehicle Nick was the one who checked out the vehicle and took both me and my brother home so we wouldnt have to walk home in the 88 degree weather. On February 1, 2021 I rented a Chrysler Pacifica all the inside windows were fogged up I asked what was wrong with the windows I was told it was just cleaned. I used the sanitizer wipe to wipe down the steering wheel it was filty and sticky. I told my concern to several people at Enterprise but hasnt received a proper response I took pictures of the the dirty seats, radio, push start, steering wheel, windshield and wet carpet. Im still waiting on someone to address my issues.

Great staff, worked hard to get me in a rental and to my appointments on time. Even though they had no cars on site. Highly recommend renting from here.

Go here if you want to get gouged on a car rental, was quoted $170/day for an escape. Shame on this business , taking advantage of the chip shortage.

Promotions has scattered the team, that I had became so fond of, but proud of their accomplishments.The covid seemed to have lessen the friendly atmosphere, pick up/drop off services & increased rental prices.I do appreciate that this Enterprise location is and has stayed accessible.

In part my experience at Enterprise was great except my one on one experience with the person who did the final over look of the car. His abrupt presence was quite offensive. Ive rented cars before but never experience such attitude.

The staff is great to work with, very friendly, accurate and helpful.The vehicle was very clean and worked out great for my needs.I have used them in the past and will continue to use them as my needs dictate.

Very friendly & professional Service. My agent name was Nicholas & he did a awesome job! He gave me his “superman” coverage (insurance) for my rental to ensure I was covered & that nothing happened to my vehicle while in my care. He was very thorough, very efficient and knowledgeable of Enterprise‘s policies and procedures. He went over and beyond to make sure that my rental experience was exceptional.

Employees were nice but the van was dirty. I remember when Enterprise would never rent a dirty vehicle but maybe its location. This was first time ever at this location.

I reserved a car way in advance and when i got there they had nothing and i had go settle for a compact car or either come back @3:30pm when the reservation was for @1pm. When i got in the compact car the car was filthy, stains over the seats and crumbs like they didn’t even try to clean the inside of the car and had a weird dog pee smell. When i returned the car i told the guy everything and he did nothing and basically brushed It off. I will not be renting from here again.

They were fast, friendly and I got a 2021 BMW when I should have gotten a Wrangler. So you judge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there was no mention of a 300 dollar security deposit until I went to pay. I dont think thats right. They should tell you all fees right up front. I wont be renting from them again.

Used for 3 months consistently. Every week i had to come in and renewed. Very inconvenient! Also i have a employer discount that hasn’t been used for 2 weeks because of a “code change” but i never used the code from the beginning i simply showed my Badge! I absolutely cannot stand this company, when given the chance i will go to another company!

The process was so easy. I went online and booked my car. When I got there at my appointment time, the car was ready. We did the walk around and I was out... The Malibu was an amazing ride, great on gas... When I returned the vehicle it was super easy, I parked the car and turned in the key and left. My deposit was refunded the very next day.. Thank you for a great experience.

This Enterprise location is really convenient and they are always professional. I’ve rented from here several times and they always accommodate my needs. Also that they are open on Saturday and Sunday makes it extra convenient.

Good thing was a vehicle was available at the time I made a reservation. But disappointed by the rate changes. Needed the vehicle for two and a half months while getting a motor put into my vehicle. First contract I was given a discount because my vehicle was in the shop. Then they had to rewrite the contract. Was told they dont give auto shop discounts so price increased by $40 per week. Had to rewrite contract again and was told they had to switch vehicles. Had vehicle for two days and got a call they had to switch that vehicle out. Just a lot of confusion.

I have to first say that I have used Enterprise in past years and was always pleased. That being said, was disappointed this time. I only used Enterprise because my auto insurance recommended it for me to get a discount. I was in an auto accident and I needed to get to work while my car was at collision shop. The location I used was Eastpointe Michigan on 9 mile Rd and the quality of cars were terrible. The first car I had was smelly of cigarettes and the associate who brought it to me had to have smelled it it was scratched up and the service light kept coming on. Because of time restraints I could not wait for another one. I just bought tons of air fresheners and had to clean the inside windshield because of nasty fingerprints and hair. Unfortunately I had to get another one which was better but due to the complaint I made on the first car and service, I feel I should have been given an additional discount or at least some of my money back.The second car I had to get was badly scratched up on the hood, the doors, there was chipped paint where the car had been hit. Needless to say, if I dont have to I wont ever use that location again and maybe not Enterprise at all.Sonya Harris

I enjoyed joking around with her while she explained our options for our upcoming family trip. Don’t count on the vehicle you requested being there when you go to pick it up. I requested their cheapest car a head of time only to be told they had none to give me when I got there. But for $50 more I could have a mini-van! I thought that is what a reservation was! They didn’t care a bit about my reservation! I was mad and uttered a colorful remark as I needed a vehicle. No vehicle for me. I will never try to do business with the Eastpointe Enterprise rental company again and recommend you don’t either.

This location on 9 mile in Eastpointe has been my go to for the last few years. Usually I reserve online or over the phone not too many problems. Recently rented a vehicle for a four day, short road trip. My reservation was unavailable so I was upgraded, no biggie except the upgrade was not very clean. I expected more considering most businesses are taking extra measures to ensure customer safety during this time. I wiped down all surfaces with antibacterial wipes, they turned brown so the vehicle definitely was not cleaned before renting to me. Later when picking up items on the backseat floor I discovered a used surgical mask under the drivers seat and lighters, some broken glass as well as something resembling a needle. Shocking and so disappointing , I raised my concerns to Enterprise and was told I would be refunded some of my charges but of course that never happened. I will think twice before renting here again.

They are so professional and courteous, this location is cleaned and follows all covid guidelines. No restrooms and they accept all major credits cards.Eastpointe location rocks all the vehicles in stocks are 2020 editions.💜

Hands down worst Enterprise Ive ever been to. Had a rental pick up for noon and arrived no later than 12:05 to a crowd of people standing outside. Went to walk in and an employee just standing outside says we closed man. I said I have a rental pickup scheduled for noon. He just repeats we closed man and shuts the door in my face. I understand I was a few minutes late, but any business should be wiling to serve the customer and make them happy. Even if the employee has to stay a few minutes extra. Thats pretty much business 101. The one employee I had contact with was blatantly rude and had no intentions of helping me out.

Awful call center gave us a reservation today of a small car. The rep was named Mandy, and she basically lied to get us to come in. She made it seem like we had a choice in vehicles. The actual location did not have the vehicle we needed. And then they wanted to charge us a higher daily rate for a bigger vehicle and did not want to honor the price we were quoted over the phone. The manager was very nonchalant and not very professional and his mask was down on his face at times too. Try a different location

Reserved a Van MONDAY!!! to pick up FRIDAY!! Some lady calls me tells me they dont have it the day of, not all week they could have informed me, but FRIDAY!! get here and they only have small cars, they tell me welp u can take it or leave absolutely horrible service, from top to bottom F enterprise, horrible experience.

When I got there a representative came out and got me started. She was clear on how everything worked. The truck was clean and everything worked. It did however run a bit rough for a 2020 vehicle. Overall it got my son and I safely around and back home. We drove roughly 2,000 miles.

Nick was super great and friendly. Helpfully and great conversation.

Do not get a car from here, they do not clean cars out before giving them to you, our floors were disgusting, one of the seats had chewed up gum on it and all the seats are stained. so nasty!! ugh.

The quality of the car and customer service of the staff was very good; however, there was a face mask and an opened juice container left in the front armrest storage bin. I was a bit disgusted, especially in light of the current pandemic situation AND it made me question the overall cleanliness of the vehicle and if had been sanitized properly before re-rental. I cleaned it out myself. At rental return, $58.00 was deducted from my bill, so I do appreciate the agencys apology and restitution.

Customer service is five star. Unfortunately, the cars are not. Every car I was offered had been smoked in. The financially penalty to drivers who disregard the no smoke rule should be raised to a level that will fully enforce the no smoke policy.

Horrible customer service and horrible service from Enterprise all around. Reserved a vehicle over the weekend to pick up today after calling to confirm that I will be get the vehicle needed only to be called the day of pick up that all of their vehicles are unavailable and I would have to goto the airport to get what I need. The guy on the phone was very short with me and quick to get off the phone before I was even done trying to figure out what to do. Called the airport location only to be quoted double what my original rental would have been. Tried calling this location back again for a different size vehicle only to never speaking to anyone, just kept getting hung up on. Thanks for ruining a family trip.

Horrible customer service. Im highly unsatisfied wit my last rental with this location. Eastpointe location. 2019 FORD F150 I WANT A COMPLIMENTARY WEEK OR MY MONEY BACK FOR A WEEK.

CAR was not clean inside or washed. 3/8 tank of gas. Staff was very friendly but under staffed and overworked. 10 miles from our house was the only store with cars. Very disappointed. Enterprise has always been our go to rental. We have 5 other stores closer to our home but no vehicles available. No pick up no evening drop off. We are in a pandemic but vehicle availability should be better spread out. All the people in line we scheduled for 3om pick up. Store did not answer the phone when we called to say we were running . late but showed up to parking lot full of people lined up. No social distancing.

I stood in line for an hour and a half and the car I reserved was not there. I requested a suv and ended up with a car. The car was a good one but it had not been serviced and I ended up with tire issues, but they were accommodating since I was not able to get back before they closed on my return date. The gratefully did not charge me for the extra day but, I was there when they opened. I understand that covid has caused a lack of employees but they need more efficient ways to make sure you are getting cars prepared

I only put 2 stars because there’s another gentleman there that provided me and my family great service I would’ve put 1 after how I was talked to today but there is a man named Spencer (I hope that is his name) he was very rude !! Good location but I’ll never go to him again. I spoke with the assistant manager who sounded as if he could care less but no one should be treated the way we were today! He gave me a very hard time and me and my entire family are loyal enterprise customers and no one has EVER made it so difficult to get a rental.

0 stars. Worst car rental experience ever. I waited over an hour to get a car at 8am (Nissan Rogue) only to be told the plates would expire in a week. My rental was supposed to be for 3 weeks. I waited for another car (Ford Explorer) which was given to me not fully clean, still damp from attempted cleaning, and French fries in the backseat. I was told to wait in the first car while they inspected the second car, so I did. I was late to class at 10 am because it took so long. I returned the car a few days later because the gas mileage was terrible and because the Explorer got stuck on a hill in the middle of a snowstorm at a light. Then mysteriously there was a scratch on the car that I’d never seen. I was told to file a claim to close the contract to get a new car. When I did, they told me I had to pay my insurance deductible to get a new car before I was even assigned an adjuster. So I was trapped there with no car. I paid a $50 deposit for the first rental. Another employee told me it was a $200 deposit for the next car. Then went I went to pay they tried to charge me $500. When I asked to clarify they said “I have no idea what your deductible is. The deposit is $200.” But I already paid a deposit! I had asked again for a Nissan Rogue and they said they didn’t have one but while I was waiting another customer came in with donuts for them and asked to renew her contract and they offered her a Rogue! I had to Uber home and I’m waiting to talk to my adjuster to go with another company. This place is a scam, a rip off, and a dubious place of business with horrible customer service. As I read reviews now, I can see this has been going on for years! Don’t go to this location unless you want to get screwed over.

I appreciate the efforts Enterprise is taking to ensure staff and customer safety, but the system could use a bit of refining. Three suggestions: put up an awning or tent to protect waiting customers from the rain, heat, etc.; clarify and separate the spaces for returns from rental pickups; have a priority system for customers with reservations versus walk-ins.
