Took my 2009 Pontiac G6 in for brakes. I got a full inspection & additional minor repair, all for excellent price and prompt service with prior thorough explanation. Ive trusted no one else with this car, recommended by the dealership with just cause.

DONT GO TO AUTO CLINIC!!!! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!They replied to my review & knew exactly who I was. After spending $2,000 for timing repair on my engine 2 weeks later I found that I was not getting heat. 2 different mechanics told me 2 take my car back to them. When I did take it back, AUTO CLINIC did not tell me what was wrong all they said was the work they did was good & it would be an additional $600 to look into the problem with my heat. They never ran a diagnostic or found exactly why I WAS getting A/C but no heat ( I had heat before I took it to them). These are the type of people who will fix 1 thing & break something else so u have to come back & pay them more money. I BELIEVE IN SUPPORTING AND RECOGNIZING GOOD SERVICE .This place will SCAM YOU!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Received first class service! My car was towed due to electrical issues, and they were so fast and efficient in figuring out the issue. So happy with this shop and have definitely become a repeat customer.

They put in a new water pump and a drive shaft that cost me a lot of money. My service engine kept popping on and they told me this was due because of me riding my car while it was hot. My service light has still be on and they have fail to fix the problem. The. I take my car to another mechanic and they have completely left bolts off my car and mess up the radiator fan by not putting parts back together. Do not go to them none of them know what they are talking about when fixing any car. If I can give them a negative rating I definitely would.

Do not go here!!! These guys appear to be nice, however they took advantage of me. A single woman who doesnt know anything abt cars. My worst fear!!! Took my car in for a $2,000 issue, they fixed it fine. When they fixed that, they broke something else and refused to accept responsibility yet offered to fix it for $600. I spoke with 2 other repair shops who told me this happens often. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!

An unethical company... dont waste your money here. Look what they did to my door? Then had the nerve to ask me was the door already like that. It took them almost a month to get me my car back because they did not want to spend the money to fix it. When I finally got the car back I went home only to find damage to the rear passenger door and front passenger rear view mirror. It was a terribly stressful and horrific experience. I went back on 6/21/18 because I was experiencing problems with the front end work and drivers side window that they repair back in November. Mind you, I spent over 3k on getting my car repaired. I received a repair order (attached) for $53.53 to look at the work they did. However, when I went to pick up my car and to hear what was wrong, Hector had doubled my bill with no explanation. I called him back and he basically blew me off making it seem as if I was wrong for questioning him. Im done dealing with them. Dont waste your time. This is just simply an unethical, greed-driven business. If you dont trust me, just look me up on Google. Im far to busy to be wasting my time falsely slandering a company. I am terribly disappointed and will be contacting media outlets about it!!!

Ive used the Auto Clinic twice now and each time I am 100% satisfied with the service. The gentlemen that work here are always a pleasure to deal with are are extremely helpful in making sure you understand the full issues with your vehicle. They are extremely fair in their prices as well! The place is always full with cars that need to be worked on however this doesnt stop the men from providing professional work, courteous customer service, and they always meet the deadline I give them. They are also extremely helpful for those with low income, I have been able to pay off the work done to my car over 6 months while actually possessing my car. I wouldnt trust my vehicle with any other business!

Let me start off by saying, I love this place and the people who work there. My grandmother and I have been going there for years and when I learned I needed a new engine. Hector sat me down and went through all the options until we picked the right one for me, I’m so grateful for him! It’s not about the money with them. My dad has been coming to Auto Clinic for years and referred me to use their rental program. I love it and they help me to pay for the car monthly while taking care of any problems with the car that comes along. My experience with the staff is always pleasant and they are time efficient! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! They rip you off. Had to take my car there 3 times. Still not fixed. Gave them their useless coupon book back. The rental cars are dangerous. Ours had headlight, break light, and turn signal light burnt out. Needed a front end alignment and wheel bearings. Oil cap was broke leaking oil and engine light was on. Hector said dont worry about it!!!!!!! He said he knew but didnt want to put any money into the rental. It was a death trap. Ken is dumber than a box of rocks. Fast talker, promises you the moon. I sat there for 4 hours. I wish there was a zero rating. Dont put you or your families life in their hands.

I contacted Auto Clinic to get an inspection done on a vehicle I was planning on buying. Not only were they very friendly about it but they got me in right away and got in done extremely fast and the price was very fair. They did a wonderful job, looked over the vehicle thoroughly and gave me peace of mind in my purchase. I do not live around that area, but if I did I would definitely go back.

Ladies beware!! I took my car here the beginning of the year via referral from a coworker and because they let u finance your payments. They charged me over $800 just to put hoses on my car & transmission fluid & I was able to pay over six weeks so I was fine with it but I did notice my seat didnt heat anymore once I got the car back but it could have been anything so I took my car to them once again because it was running terrible and they charge me $1100 this time & my car is still doing the same thing it was doing when I first brought in. I took it back & to them and my car has the same issues. I paid $900 but still owe $300 but I feel I shouldnt have to pay because they didnt repair my car & what they did repair I paid for it twice. I cant even drive my car now it needs all kinds of sensors & things. Dont take your car here youve been warned!!

I have been bringing my cars to the Auto Clinic for the past 20 years and have NEVER once had a bad experience. Larry and the staff have always done an exceptional job on all my vehicles ranging from 66 - present. I can honestly say they fix only what needs to be fixed and will tell you what is imperative to fix and what can wait, because we all know car repairs can get expensive.No matter if it took one day or three days to repair my car. I knew it would be done correctly and they would stand behind their work. That in and of itself is reason to be patient.

I have had two of my vehicles in with the auto clinic and they have been very helpful to my family . One time my car broke down on the side of the expressway and I called and they sent a wrecker and a rentle car out to pick up my family. Their prices are fair for the good work they do. They are also awesome for their willingness to help set up a fair payment plan for me that would not break my budget. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I took my 2007 Nissan Murano there and for the first time EVER I left a mechanics shop 110% Happy and Satisfied!! As a woman you usually get dupped into extra stuff but not at Auto Clinic!! Ken is super nice and helps in any way he can!! Ill never take my truck any where else!!

I have been going to Auto Clinic for over 6 years and just recently had some major work that needed to be done. The fact that I been going here for just oil changes and they never give me false information about my car and if I did not understand anything they will help you understand and take their time. This place is not about overcharging you or giving you bogus information about your car. As women that mean a lot because I do not know anything about cars. If you take care of your car, your car will take car of you, stated my the owner of Auto Clinic that statement is so true. Was in town visiting family when my Subaru fell victim to the potholes that plague Wayne County. Stopped into the Auto Clinic and they took care of me right away. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Not to mention that the quality and speed of their service rivals Indy 500 pit crews.

I was too harsh on the guys over at Auto Clinic in my last review. They charge a fair price for honest work. I think most auto repairs cause sticker shock, but the technicians time is valuable now more than ever. My last experience was nothing but professional. I will definitely bring my cars back.

Quick and efficient job!

I would advise anyone to stay as far away from this place as possible. My sister took her vehicle to this shop because it was close to home and had good reviews. I couldnt get around to checking her car out because things had been pretty hectic at work. After working a full day on customers vehicles, it kinda sucks to come home and work on another vehicle. She was having really bad issues with her car to where it felt sluggish and almost like it wouldnt come out of first gear. They performed their diagnostics which told them her abs sensors were not reading correct. I was kind of skeptical on that diagnosis but I try to veer away from working on mopars so I took their word on it. After the initial diagnosis of wheel speed sensors they tried telling her that she needs a new shifter assembly because the car will go into first gear if you pull the shifter to the left. (2006 charger r/t with the autostick option)WHICH IS A NORMAL CONDITION.She declined this unnecessary repair and they put it on her work order that was sent to her warranty company, so now were dealing with that whole issue.She then pays and picks up the car after they replaced her abs sensor (front right wheel) and behold the car is doing the exact same thing!So, thanks for nothingThank you for putting a wheel speed sensor in that the car did not needLuckily we found a shop that was not willing to take advantage of someone, and with higher morals.

Ive had my vehicle in here twice. The first time was for a timing chain replacement and everything else that the timing chain took out with it. They had my car back to faster than I expected and worked with my warranty company to get everything covered.Most recently I took it to them after going to one of the big chain repair shops. What needed to be done, according to the chain shop was:New calipersNew rotorsNew padsNew tie rodNew hub assembly4 New tires.Auto clinic agreed with all of those items and also found that my rear shocks needed to be replaced as well. They managed to do everything, including the shocks for over $500 less than the chain shops original quote.To make it all even better I got a call the day after i dropped my car off telling me it was ready.Next time Ill skip the chain and just bring it back here.

Eastpointe auto clinic is amazing!! I have had nothing but great experiences there every time I take my car in! They are fast and friendly! I love that they have rental cars available and that they back up their work with a 100% guarantee that its done right or they will fix it. I also love that they do payment arrangements, seeing as everyone has different things going on in their lives and dont always have the money to fix repairs all at once! I will never take my car anywhere else! I hope everyone takes this into consideration and takes their vehicles to them because they are a place that truely cares about the customer!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent over $1,000 on my car at this place. They did not make the atmosphere feel accommodating AT ALL! One of the men at the front desk is rude. They do not care about the customer. They lacked communication. Fixed my car without telling me the diagnosis or giving me the option to decide if I wanted to get it fixed at that time, then charged me for fixing it, which they did not do because my car had the same problems 2 weeks later. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They got me back on the road after... about 2 weeks... I called after a week and was told not to worry about it... I called again and showed up after the 2nd week, and was told again not to worry about it...... Then after leaving my rating their receptionist (actually a guy) calls me as if to coherce me into recanting my review while being sassy. Now youse get one star! Expensive and slow and lack of communication!

Just got my vehicle back for the auto clinic. was a little unsure of taking it there in the first place based on the reviews I read but had heard nothing but good things about them around the neighborhood. They fixed my problem and charged me a fair amount. Seemed a little slow to get it back, but they seemed really busy so it seemed reasonable to take 2 days to fix my car. all and all, I would rec them. they are a decent place to take your car. oh ya, they even drove me home :)

FEB15 2018 I want to give a huge huge shout out to HECTOR the head over the rentals and making sure people have a reliable car. IT WAS 11PM AT NIGHT JUST OFF WORK. The Auto Clinic, the worst place for Auto Repairs. They gave nagociated a price for a Starter, Tierods and frame work. and raised it $300.00 with out calling and getting authorization. Told me the car was good to go. To drive it on the freeway. Then when I drove it, it was a death trap. When I called for help, they told me it wasnt covered on their so called warranty. Then told me, OH YEAH! I was missing an AIR SHOCK on my rear passenger side. They, of coarse, know nothing about. I got 4 new tires two weeks ago at Bell Tire on 10 mile and Graiot and it was there, but now it magically disappeared. I usually have my vehicle serviced at Don Auto Repair on 9 mile and Ryan.and Morrisets Auto at 10 mile and Schoenherr. Where I obtained a repair list for the past 5 years, stating the AIR SHOCKS were in place and working. Ken, the short fat guy was a disrespectful employee. Calls to the owner are not answered or returned. Im starting to believe that most, if not all 5 star responses are by paid or fictious people. This Auto clinic should be held responsible for their poor workmanship and treatment to customers

Over the past few years I have become completely fed up with mechanics - from lack of communication (making repairs without my approval or even a price quote), poor customer service (I dont expect much but im tired of dealing with guys who have ZERO people skills and really dont give a damn if they get your business or not), keeping a vehicle for days on end for simple repairs (itll be done when it gets done attitude), and trying to con me into unnecessary repairs or overcharging for what is actually needed. With that being said, I am BEYOND GRATEFUL that I brought my truck to Auto Clinic for repairs (on a whim driving down Gratiot). From the moment I walked in the door Devin and Ken (both managers) greeted me, carefully listened to the problems I was having my vehicle, and quoted fair prices for the needed repairs. What stood out the most was that they actually CARED about retaining me as a customer. Furthermore, after I left the vehicle with them I received a call notifying me of what they found after inspection within a couple hours (I know this seems like it should be basic but Ive previously had cars sit in other shops for 2-3 days before they even look at it). They had my truck done (it needed some fairly major work) in 2 days just like they said it would be - other shops quoted me a MINIMUM 3 - 4 days or didnt even want to bother with it. And no, my vehicle wasnt the only one there - the lot and bays looked pretty full. As far as Im concerned, Ill be a long-term customer at Auto Clinic and have already started recommending them to friends and family after picking up my vehicle only yesterday (vehicle runs and drives like a dream now). If youre looking for an auto shop with integrity, experience (70 years in business), top-notch customer service and really fair pricing go see Devin and Ken at Auto Clinic.

Do not deal with these guys. They towed my car to their shop which was cool they get my car in look at it tell me ok it will be three hundred to fix it this was on Friday I was like ok when should I be looking forward to picking my car up he said Wednesday ok cool Thursday roll around I come up there he like oh the dealership sent the wrong parts first off Im a guy and I know b.s when I see it the dealership take vin numbers so they wont send the wrong parts. But anyways so I let them know like aye Im paying for a rental so everyday Im coming out of my pockets while they seating around not doing what they said they were going to do. So they like we will give you a rental. (1999 Tauras) Lmao with bad brakes. So I call back there Thursday which now everyone like oh well call you back. So I get piss and now Im the bad guy because one dude telling me his mechanics gone home and he dont know the status of my car. So hows that possible you let them go home and no information flowing so my point is these guys take on to many responsibilities that they cannot handle and communication is terrible and overall customer service horrible. The guy talk good with a slick mouth but once he get you car a bunch of bs
