I requested a service, and I paid. I asked the process server to serve the document upon certain address. First, he went to the wrong address and said there is no such address. I google and I did see the premises with the address. I called back to the process server and told him Im able to locate the address, please serve the document. Then, he said he will try. After a week, I didnt hear back from the process server. I called and he told me he tried 5 times and no one was there to accept the serve. I asked him to do nail and mail he wanted to charge me extra. I said ok then just give me the affidavit of due diligent. After a month, I got nothing from him. I called and no one answer. As of today, im yet to receive any affidavit nor a call back. Waste of my money and time. I hired another process server to serve the document, and the job was done. There was people there in the address that i request to accept the service. Will never use this company anymore. BLACK LIST!
