This is one of the major bottlenecks for package processing. For the past 3 postal packages sent / received as priority mail, this location has been the hold up. We currently have cat food sitting in transit for the past 5 days at this location. Another priority package was mailed on 12/10 and not received until 12/29.... this location has some serious issues.

Sorry distribution center!!!! package arrived on Dec. 14th still hasnt been sent out. Only recordings for USPS, they are the worst. I realize its the holidays but this was a priority shipping. Please someone get your act together. I would like my grandson to get his present by Christmas seeing we cant visit with COVID.

Not sure how you received my package three days ago in Easton, and it still isnt down here in Salisbury MD by now to be delivered. I couldve picked it up myself at this rate. If its not days late its completely missing and then I have to contact companies for a refund.... USPS is a waste of funding.

I have a parcel that left there on January 2, 2020 and on Janaury 12, 2020 it is still in transit. Only going as far as Davidsonville, MD.

My package is still at this location has not been shipped to Florida and it is 4 days late already missed one race and am fixing to miss another as I race dirt bikes and am waiting for my carburetor to come in the mail

My package departed 7 Minutes after its arrival scan! Thats speedy service!

Same problems others are having. package has been there for 2 weeks now and I only live half an hour away from this facility. Have contacted USPS twice and have gotten a generic response that tells me they were too lazy to actually try to figure out if my package is missing, isnt being tracked, or is just sitting in the facility. Its a shame places like this exist.

Every package that goes through this facility is days and sometimes up to two weeks late. Whomever is in charge needs to be replaced.

I used 1 STAR ONLY because they didnt offer a NEGATIVE ONE!. You hide behind walls, while no one can see that you cant, or wont do your jobs! 7 days holding my package, and you wont even tell me why. The virus has NOTHING to do with it. You have a HISTORY of poor service.

Package came to Easton, 10 minutes from my house. Some how the package left Easton, and went to Virginia, 3 different locations, and still sits in VA. But the address is correct on the box. Wish USPS could do better. Don’t have this problem with Fedex of UPS.

My package has been here since 08 May 2020, and it’s now the 27th. Zero reason why, customer service can get ahold of anyone that works here. This is why I avoid the postal service.

No way to contact via phone, package hasnt moved from here in four days, No way to find out why...
