They advertised a tablet sale on Facebook. I went to check it out and while talking to one of the sales people that work there I learned that I wouldnt be able to purchase the tablet without them charging me a setup fee of $175. When I asked if I could purchase the tablet and set it up myself I was told no. I understand that the company needs to make money, and I know that IT companies sometimes have a minimum they charge per hour for service. But setting up a tablet should A: be optional, and B: not cost almost $200. That is my only experience with Jasons Computer service and Im sure him and his team are excellent with diagnosing and repairing computer related issues as other reviews have stated. Im just giving everyone a heads up of what to expect.
