This is the best tire buying experience Ive ever had didnt have to leave my car they had four tires for me earlier than they said they would and I only had to wait 20 minutes for them to be installed, didnt have to leave my car All day. The people are very nice with excellent service and very reasonably priced! And theyre right in Forks Township on Sullivan trail where I live!! I also had a battery installed today September 30th they had it delivered by 12:30 installed by 12:45 and I was out the door cant ask for better service than that!! At the big tire and service centers youd be waiting for hours!!!

I needed two new rear tires installed after having the dealer install the front two (one under warranty). Another local tire mechanic was unable to get the brand and size (Continental 20) for the foreseeable future and I decided to give Knox Auto a try. So glad that I did. Not only were the tires considerably cheaper at Knox, Nolvia, the owner, was able to have them ordered and shipped to the store the next day and Carlos installed them within an hour of arriving. That is a level of service that I have become unaccustomed to lately at the bigger places. Knox Auto priced my new tires very fairly, and the job was done quickly and correctly the first time. I will definitely be using their services in the future, and highly recommend them when looking for a new set of tires.. Give them try like I did.

Very happy with the service, I dare say that it is the fastest mechanics workshop I have been able to attend.When I arrived I thought that my brakes were damaged, and they did the review which concluded that it was not that factor, that left me very satisfied because they showed that they do not want to take advantage of the misinformation of one as a customer.

I brought my car to Knox this morning because I thought I needed new brakes. Within an hour I received a phone call saying that my brake pads and rotors were in great shape, and nothing needed to be replaced! Okay so Im 26 years old and Ive been coming to Knox Auto services since I was 16. I believe one day I had a flat tire and happened to be in the area and ended up pulling in and they ended up changing my tires for me for a very good price very quickly and had me right back on the road. Since then Ive been coming here for new tires tire changes oil changes fluid checks and brake jobs and I always have a pleasant experience. It seems by the dynamic inside that it is family run and everybody is very kind and inviting. The waiting room is very comfortable and they have a dog which I enjoy very much but its probably good to put out there in case anybody has a dog allergy just to let them know when Im sure they would take the dog upstairs. They are very nice people and I plan on coming here in the future I recommend this place to anyone

They never try to take advantage of your situation no matter what and give you exactly the information you need. They give my wife and I the exact service we needed for breaks and tires and give us recommendations for services they cannot provide

After reading the reviews of what other people were saying about your facility I decided to bring my car in to have my passenger side rear tire fix which had a slow leak. After arriving at the facility they had my tire fixed within 15-20 minutes. This was my 1st time here and I was very impressed of how friendly the staff was and how quickly they got my tire fixed. Excellent place for tires and service. The owner is very nice and engaged with his customers. I normally get my tires installed and rotated there. Their prices are great, and if they dont have a particular size or part, they will get it. There is a small wait area, but I normally walk to the pizza shop down the street to get lunch while my car is being worked on. Ill continue to go there, and prefer them over the bigger and less service oriented places in the valley.

Pulled in last week to check on the cost to install new tires. We looked at the tires and he noticed a nail in the tire. Took me right in and plugged it. BAM! 15 minutes later I was done. Recently discovered Knox Tire and I plan to utilize their services in the future.

They immediately checked the pressure on all the tires, found a screw in a tire right away, had it fixed in maybe 10 minutes.Friendly, quick and professional!The reason I went here is the service at my usual tire shop has fallen off lately; the girl at that shop could hardly be bothered to stop eating her breakfast to help me, and then told me to come back in an hour because they were busy. Well, Knox Tire was busy too, but they realize that you want to get customers in and out quickly.

Excellent! I called The Brake Shop in Easton to have my daughters tire repaired. They were busy but referred me to Knox Tire. I am so glad they did. They owners were exceptional! Got my daughters car in with no appointment and out in 20 min. I had been pricing tires for my Outlander Sport for a few weeks but asked them for prices since I was there and they not only had GREAT prices, got the tires in the shop in an hour and I was then in and out in 20 minutes. I will be bringing my sons car for winter tires next. Really really glad I found Knox tires. They are only 2.5 miles from my house, professional and affordable! Highly recommend!!!

Best tire shop in easton phillipsburg area

I just moved to the area and found a nail in my tire. I called 20 places and got turned down for just a tire repair before coming across Knox and they are SO welcoming, so friendly!! Felt like home when I got there. The woman behind the counter even gave me a piece of her homemade bread, sooooo good. I will definitely be coming back for all car services from now on!! Other places are so scammy and treat you like a number, Knox treats you like family.

Needed an end of the day tire repair. Timing took the shop past closing time, but they were happy to help. Everyone was friendly and professional and they checked all the tires including the spare in addition to the damaged tire.
