I was surprised, after seeing a previous review that said Everything was completely cleared and cleaned up perfectly and another that referred to roots that were on the surface of the lawn, and he made sure to get all of the roots, since Brett told me when he finished that it was up to me to clean it up, and left roots on the surface. Maybe it was because he had dropped his price to match a competitors quote, and maybe because he did the job at the end of the day and when he finished it was dark, but it didnt measure up to all the other great reviews.
