I am very disappointed with the service that I got. I sat down for a pedicure with gel polish removal and I was told that it would be a $7 up charge. She took 45 minutes to take the polish off, and when I looked, there was still gel polish on my toenails. She then proceeded to tell me that my nail was too thin and she couldn’t take anymore of the polish off and it wasn’t her fault. It was obviously her fault my toenails were fine, until she touched them. She became incredibly rude and hostile and said just because I have a problem doesn’t mean she’s at fault. This is utterly ridiculous!! I will never go back and you shouldn’t either

Nancy did a fill and nail repair for me. Her work is meticulous. Very friendly and professional. Price was reasonable. Also, she makes herself available for the inevitable nail emergency

I had gone to a nearby salon several times, pre Covid. Recently, my friend recommended Lucky Nail. My toenails had begun to look old and gross and I was embarrassed by how I had let them go. I got an appointment at Lucky Nail right away when I called them. The salon is spotless, and attractive inside. The equipment is newer and cleaner than the nearby salon. My nail tech was Tom, who spent a good hour on my feet. He was so thorough and particular. The pedi is perfect, the polish meticulously applied. Those big ugly claws were turned into pink perfection. I will be back again as a regular customer.

My husband and I came for impromptu pedicures and we got the full treatment! Thorough and detailed! Comfy massage chairs, great foot/calf massage at the end. A delightful experience start to finish.

Ive been coming here for years, and I get great pedis every time. Others have mentioned the calf massage, which I love as well, but I opt for the extra (for 5 more $) mineral clay wrap, exfoliation and hot stone treatment on my calves, while Nancy or Tom does my pedicure. Ive recommended this place to family and friends, who also seem quite satisfied with it. So, in all, good pedicures , a nice, relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location with a fair amount of street parking on Cottage Street will keep me returning to Lucky Nail.🙂👍

This place is the best around. The staff is excellent and I have been a client for years! The location is easy to get to and is one of the best little hidden gems. There are so many colors to choose from and I never leave disappointed!

Got a pedicure here last week with a friend. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and inviting. The staff are warm and friendly. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. The massage chairs are large and nice & my nail polish still looks great several days later. This is my all time favorite place to come. I love this place!

I got a full set, acrylic with gel polish. Over two hours later let’s just say it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. $40 later after I paid, I got told I owe $5 more for the “coffin” shape that I didn’t ask for & wasn’t told it’s “more”...wouldn’t have gotten this non existent shape if I known. She asked me if I had a different card to charge I said no. Told me to write $5 where “tip” is, I said I can’t do that sorry. Thank god I had 5 ones on me. And it’s not even the “coffin shape”. Never will I go back. Wicked disappointed and upset. Probably should have let my 4,6, or 10 year old nephews do my nails. Merry Christmas!

So cute! The nail techs are so nice and so informative! My sister- in - law went in with long nails already so they recommend just dip for her and she loves them! My nail tech was so nice and gentle! My nails came out really cute ! I love them! Will definitely be going here from now on!

This place is amazing!! I have been 4 times now and every time does not disappoint. The level of attention to detail is impeccable, and the extra features are perfect. My nails always last FOREVER and looks amazing. I have had amazing work by all of the techs.

I got a pedicure here and Im very happy with the results. As far as I can tell this place is clean and sanitary. The woman opened a sealed kit in front of me and used gloves.Im not sure what is with all the bad reviews. Maybe they got their act together or maybe as a guy I have low expectations with my salons, but its m very happy and so are my feet.

Im back for and updated review. Im still faithfully coming to this Salon!! If yall cant tell by the pictures, i completely trust her with my nails. She give her suggestions and every single set that Ive had has been so beautiful. Truly grateful for technician!!

Did acrylic nails on Friday and nails were chipped and broken by the very next day. When I came Came back on Monday to have them removed and get something else in return the lady started that did my nails say the only thing she can offer was to have a clear polish. Wasted $40 and would never return to this place.

Had a great experience today at Lucky Nail. I was super impressed with her attention to detail in making sure every nail looked perfect. Everyone that works here is friendly and does an incredible job.Really liked the color selection and feel like the prices were reasonable. I would for sure go back again.

I LOVED Lucky Nails! First they take appts online via Google message so its super convenient. I like that they have quick service as well. Price is reasonable and they also have big selection of nail art they can do on you! Will be back!

Great nail shop! Came in with my daughter for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness, and staff. We got the basic pedicures and were very happy with them. Definitely a hidden gem in the area.

I was kind of apprehensive about getting my nails done because I had a broken nail (with extensions) but tech was so gentle. She checked in on me often and made sure to ask that I told her if I was in pain. I loved the colors I got, I loved the shape I got and she was just overall very kind. Im definitely coming here again.

Great job on time, speedy mani/pedi in one hour. Looks great and used plain plastic tubs to soak feet which allows them to easily quickly sanitize as oppose to worrying about the cleansing of feet bathing tubs at other nail salons. Would definitely go back. I love my nails so much, the girls are very professional, they really listen to what exactly you want.

I called to make an appointment for 3 pedicures a few hours earlier in the day. When we got there we couldn’t sit together. There were 6 customers including us, but only 2 employees. Then one of the employees left. The employees kept switching between customers. They did a sloppy job painting all of our nails. I could have done a better job at home. They left nail polish on the skin all around my nail.

Apparently you have to give at least 1 star to post a review and I need to do that in order to warn you all NEVER to go here. Dont, dont, dont. Do not get confused with Lucky NailS (the one in Northampton, with an s, an important distinction from this place, lucky nail). Its totally different owners, different people, not a chain at all. This place is dangerously bad. I feel lucky to have left with all ten fingers, and Im praying theres no permanent damage or other serious consequences. It was not a manicure, it was a massacre. I cannot stress this enough: for your safety and well being, never ever ever go here.

I went on a Friday for a full gel set, the following Tuesday meaning 4 days after the thumb tip legit just fell off . I didn’t even bang it or feel it . I went right over there to have it repaired and told her my nails don’t look very good at all and 1 just popped off . After she started the fix she said they only guarantee their work for 3 days and I still owed $3. I also said the cuticles are a mess and asked her to trim them while I was there. I left with 3 bleeding fingers and bigger hangnails then when I got there . It is now Friday and a second nail tip just broke off . Not going back every day to fix each nail plus hoping I don’t get an infection from my current cuts given to me . I have been to lots of nail shops but never experienced something like this. Now I understand why both times I have stopped in there no other customers were there .

Oh my gosh!! I cant believe how horrible this is. He asked the other customers who was probly gonna get athlets foot if my nails were bad! I couldnt believe it. they were obviously bad she had no comment and was super uncomfortable he asked. I do not recommend this place. He claimed he has been painting nails for 25 years. But the way my nails looked it looked like he was painting for 2 days. Please do not go there.

I had an appointment with them for 10:00am which is when they open. 10:05 they still weren’t there and the doors were locked so I gave them a call. (Very unprofessional) They said they were on their way and were sorry they were late. They started my nails at 10:30 and ended at 12:10!!!! My nails were poorly done and kept falling off WHILE he was doing them. They look absolutely terrible and I have fake nail gel and nail polish all over my fingers. Two of my nails broke and I haven’t even had them on for 24 hours yet. Waste of money and time don’t go here lololol!!!

Went in because the place I normally go didnt have any openings. I was the only customer in there and it took 2 hours for a full set and half the nails are not straight. Would not go back even if it was free. Very disappointed!!
