So impressed with these folks! Not only did they do a great job, but they provided peace of mind. Owner Jason Gale was incredibly helpful and responsive – immediate call backs and text backs, and was always on top of every detail. Project Manager Josh Lepage and the crew working with him were meticulous, skilled, efficient, and friendly. They always arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and thoroughly, took great care with every single element, and cleaned up afterwards. And they did beautiful work. They really made a stressful water damage situation way easier than I ever would have imagined. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Shorty after I had bought a condominium in Springfield I suffered extensive water damage to the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor and to the garage and basement below. Jason Gale and an incredible crew of skilled and experienced workers at Advanced Restoration Group of Easthampton immediately began a very effective and thorough mitigation/drying operation. During the subsequent restoration process they took great care in protecting my furniture and other belongings as they replaced flooring and kitchen cabinets, and did a good deal of wall and floorboard restoration as well as painting. All of the workers were very professional and courteous, from the carpenters and painters to the office staff. The work performed and the materials used were of the highest quality. Not only did they mitigate the damage but they also mitigated the substantial stress that naturally accompanies a very unfortunate occurrence of this nature, especially in the Age of Covid. I am more than satisfied with the entire job and am very appreciative of the many wonderful workers who had a hand in it. Another facet I deeply appreciate is their assistance in helping me to navigate the two insurance companies that were involved in the claims.

At the end of August we had a plastic coupling on a toilet pipe crack causing water damage on first floor – kitchen, dining room and bathroom - and in basement where we have a finished room. Initially another restoration company came in to pull out insulation, cut sheetrock, pull up rugs, set up fans, etc. By September when time came to schedule the restoration we were told it would be 3 1/2 months before they could get started. I began to cry. That is when we fortuitously connected with Jason G. the owner at Advanced Restoration Group. After going through our home and seeing the damage, Jason told us that, if we trusted him to do the work, all the repairs would be taken care of before the holidays. That was hard to believe, but we trusted in Jason’s commitment to us and Advanced Restoration did a wonderful professional job in restoring our home! We were away during most of this time and it was a challenge for us to have strangers in our home. But all his contractors that worked on our home respected it and provided professional quality work. And Jason was always available to promptly respond to any concerns and questions we had. I am more than happy to say that all the repairs and restoration were finished as of Tuesday! Today as I wrote Advanced Restoration Group a check, I teared up with appreciation. I am so grateful for everything Jason did for us and for our home and thankful that we will be able to host our family Thanksgiving again!

What a great experience I had with Jason , he came the same day as the fire and reassured me that everything will be O.K. !! He had his crew at my house at 8 am. the next day , that was pretty fast, I never expected to have my house put back together so quickly !! They stayed all day and then they left and came back with my furniture at 6:30 pm. I have total confidence in the team !! I highly recommend that you call Advanced Restoration Group ! Called these guys after a pipe burst in the basement at the Northampton Community Music Center. They were fast, efficient, and great to work with. Definitely who you want to work with in a crisis; we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Marvelous work ARG!!! After a small fire forced us out of our Auto repair business, ARG came in and orchestrated the removal of debris; replacing the bay ceilings, walls, electrical and plumbing service, and lifts. They coordinated the restoration of our office space - replacing carpeting, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, painting the walls, as well as replacing bathroom fixtures, flooring and upgrading with bead board on the walls. Jason, Bryan and team were on site daily, ensuring that everything was progressing smoothly and that renovations were exceeding our expectations. From the exterior siding to the lighted bathroom faucets, ARG was instrumental in getting the work done expeditiously, with a focus on quality and they worked closely with the insurance adjuster and agent to seamlessly account for the insurance coverage. They were always a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services. They are truly remarkable and caring.

We have used ARG for 4 different flood restorations over the past 8 years. Three in a commercial bldg and 1 residential. The owner, Jason, was on site of the flood later the same day in every case. These were not small floods, with one of them costing over $65,000 to repair. He worked closely and tirelessly to make sure we could get our mixed use building back up and running quickly, and managed the insurance claim, without my having to get involved with adjusters etc. I cannot recommend any more highly. They also do carpet and upholstery cleaning as a separate entity of their firm.

Working with Advanced Restoration Group was a pleasure. Our church needed a kitchen renovation.Jason was hands-on at every turn, answered every concern, met with our members when requested and his team did a great job. I would recommend Advanced Restoration Group, he stands by his word and makes the whole process worth while.
