These guys/gals are great. Recently bought a kit car and had to go through the initial state inspection process. Anybody thats familiar with kit cars knows it can be a hassle to get them inspected in MA, but Pancho and his crew were willing to work through the process to get it done. And they did it with a smile. Glad I found them and will recommend them to anybody looking for a good, honest, and friendly local repair shop.

Ive been going to M & M since 1985. Ive taken all my familys cars there, and when John sold cars I bought three over the years. There was a transition period when John retired and another fellow was operating there. But starting a few months ago Pancho took over and hes doing things right. He recently completed some major engine work for me. (My brother -- hes far away from here -- has been a mechanic for 40+ years. When I see him he always looks at my bills and says all prices are on the mark.) Quality repairs and service!

Love the place. It’s a small shop but they definitely push out the same amount of work as any big shop in the area. Fair prices, quality work, and the guys that run it know what they are doing. Funny and friendly. But most importantly, very honest on what they see and what needs to be done. They will tell you straight up that something is wrong with your car or something doesn’t need to be fixed. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding quality of work. If my car or truck has several items that may need attention. ( due to lack of use). John will let me know what should be taken care of first. Etc. This type of service is why I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years.

The Firestone mechanic said one thing and this guy said another. I ended up going back to Firestone in Hadley, and they fixed my car for a little more than half the cost of what M &M quoted. John, the previous owner, was fair and wasnt a typical mechanic trying to outsmart you with changing parts that you dont need. Be aware with the rating you see.

John and Chris are great mechanics, honest, and quick. I have never felt that they have overcharged me, John always runs the price of the parts by me before ordering them, and gives a realistic idea of when the job will be done. The cost of labor is very reasonable and fair.

Best prices around, great service, and above all HONEST. (A sears had told me my tie rods were messed up and needed replacement. Went to get it done at M&M, and was told not only were they fine, but showed me why. Sears was just trying to add a sale).You cant go wrong here.

As a dude who knows nothing about vehicles, Ive always dreaded the mechanics because they make me feel stupid, which I am... I just dont like feeling stupid.I went in expecting to spend $600+ as a broke college student, but I told Tim (I think is his name) that Id like to only spend $300 and he made it happen. What should have costed over $600, was $282.I dont know how he did it, but he did it in less time than he quoted, was very friendly, and great price.This is definitely my go to spot, and should be yours too.

M&M Service has a new person taking care of the mechanical work, his name is JeremyVery likeable gentleman.Did some work for me ,very satisfied.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone! John sold this shop to some new kid, and hes as shady as any stereotypical mechanics.I went to this shop because I used to go to John for almost everything. I was told my rear breaks need to be replaced by Honda dealership, but they wanted to charge banks (they said rear calipers were installed incorrectly). I went to this guy and he told me to change all four break pads, rotors and calipers (>$700). The funny thing is, I changed all four brake pads and rotors (and serviced the calipers) about a year ago with John. This guy was trying to rip me off... He then charged me $90 because he started removing parts without prior consent.I would avoid this shop like a plague. There are many other small mechanic shops in the area.

Had a great experience! They did an emergency brake service for me. Im from out of town and calipers were sticking so bad that car sounded horrible. Replaced calipers, rotors and brake pads in just a few hours. I was extremely pleased that my car was finished in time for me to pick my great niece up from school. Thanks!

Terrible. The gentlemen who did my sticker. Failed me for my ebrake. Although it was replaced 2days prior to inspection. He gives me a Red R. I take it back to where I got the ebrake done, the mechanic tells me its fine. I take it to a second shop. Mechanic also states its fine. I bring it back to be reinspected and the guy gets in, puts it in 1st gear, gases it and drags it across the parking lot with the ebrake on and refuses to reinspect it. He is so rude the entire time. I take the car to be inspected at Garvais Auto, less than an hour after M&M refuses to reinspect my vehicle. My car passed with flying colors! The mechanic said the car was in great condition, the ebrake was perfect and apologized for the way I had been treated at M&M. What a joke. Losers
