Nelson and his mother have great customer service and are people persons, care for how they service customers, always busy and keep the mat up to par! Good people to converse with and very helpful!

The manager is the nicest girl. Always smiling and eager to please. She goes above and beyond her duties. Everything is always so clean and ran efficiently. Great prices, free drying . All around best place to do your laundry. 5 stars

This is my third laundromat that Ive tried in the Stroudsburg area and it is THE BEST! It is always clean, easy parking in the back, the attendant is actually helpful where some of the other places were like oh well, guess you lost your money in the machine. ANNNDDD they take card! I found my favorite spot to do comforters!!!

Very clean and organized. The machines are big and they seem pretty new. Fast and easy process. A lot of convenient form of payment.They clean and disinfect constantly.

Nice laundromat. Its clean, at least its obvious that its cleaned on a schedule, which many places arent clean, so thats a nice thing. Plenty of baskets, seats, machines etc. The machines are like new. They use a card that you add money too, sometimes with a bonus. Like 10$ gets you 11$to use on the card etc. I dont believe any of the machines take change or credit cards. You can also pay through the Huebsch app.The biggest machine I noticed was about 10$ then I think 8, 6, 4 $ respectively. Its about 50cents to dry for 8 minutes, but the dryers work well..so you wont have to dump 4 or 5$ to dry some jeans and towels like some places. I do wish the washers extracted more water. My washer at home with an extra spin has them at least 50% dryer before going into the dryer.Theres a large vending machine with all sorts of laundry stuff, as well as snacks.Overall this is one of the better places to do laundry in the area. The two other laundromats that are one are old, and not nearly as clean and tidy.

Very clean facilities, bright environment, and TVs playing local stations. The guest WiFi was down when we came in. They have a change machine that dispenses quarters and one dollar coins.Wash prices range from $3.00 to $8.00 depending on size of washer and options. Medium Soil level is a 25 cent upcharge, and Heavy Soil is a 50 cent upcharge.Dryers range from 50 cents for 12 minutes to $1.00 for 13 minutes depending on load size. A quarter will get you a proportionate amount of additional time.They offer cleaning and dry cleaning services as well. They also sell laundry supplies including branded laundry bags for $7 or $8 for strapless and with straps, respectively.There is a unisex bathroom, a vending machine selling snacks, an ATM, two arcade machines (one of which is broken), and coin operated laundry supplies for when the desk is closed and you need something quickly.They were repainting their ventilation pipes when we were in.

Like that it is open early, machines are new, and I can zip in and zip out quickly.

Whether your dropping off or doing your own laundry, the space, warmth of the establishment and customer service is perfect!! You have everything to gain, and nothing to lose except the dirty launder that always comes back as clean as the day you brought them!!!

Usually fast drop off service but this time took 3 days! Prices are expensive

How they advertise online that its coin operated when you clearly need a money card, no one onsite to help you, and on top of that theres nowhere to exchange coins for bills to get a card. If you have coins and looking for coin operated machinery dont come here complete waste of time

Clean. Free 30min dryer time. The road to get in back parking lot is horrendous with potholes. Parking in front isnt always easy to back out of.

Washing machines are pretty expensive but they wash your clothes well. Its definitely worth the money. Customer service is great there too. Very respectful staff.

I like washing my clothes here. The machines wash your clothes very well. But during this time of covid the employee does not enforce the face mask rule. So in a laundry room that is not good. If I see that happen again I wont be co.ing back.

Facility not truly Open 24 hours. I travel all over for work for weeks at a Time and when in an area and in need of Laundry Service Google states this location is 24 hours with no mention of access Card required, can understand not staffed 24 hours. Would be nice if there was a website for this location stating operation hours and details on when Drop off service is or isn’t available especially for an out of State traveler. Site from the outside looks like a nice place but unable to do laundry or even enter building.

I come to this laundromat all the time and have never had a problem until tonight. The attendant was clearly not interested in doing her job. When I got there she was gambling on the slot machine in there. Then she completely disappeared for over an hour. No one could find her anywhere. The bathroom door was locked and I needed to use it. I’m not sure if she was in there or if she left. By the time we were finished she was still gone and there were still people in there that needed help. This is not the way you run a business. Hire people that can actually do their job.

Tyler was extremely helpful and honest. He returned $20 when I accidently overpaid him at the counter.

New machines are great

I am in a campground in East Stroudsburg, Pa coming up from Florida for part of the summer. Again I went to the Wash Wearhouse on Courtland St. and was pleased Trisha was still there and keeping the place clean and friendly. I love the new machines. Miss the sink. Trisha and Arianna are the best. Very helpful, friendly, informative, and always welcoming. Since I have to a laundry mat, Wash Wearhouse on Courtland is the best!!

Is a great place to get your clothes clean

Free dry, very large washing machines. nice atmosphere. I cant complain. My washer broke down a few weeks ago and this is the best place for me.

Not open 24 hours even though all the signs on the building say so. Three times in the past few weeks I got up early to go there and they were not open. Once at 5 once at 6 and today at 7. Besides that everything seems to go nice and smooth.

Nice, quiet and clean laundry that uses a card system instead of coin operated machines. I like it because you dont have to haul all your quarters with you like a cavemanIm always there early in the morning on Sat or Sun (6-8am). If you visit at another time, it may not be so quiet. Lol

The absolute best place to get your laundry done Trish the girl that works behind the counter is super friendly & amazingly honest ! I lost a piece of jewelry that has a lot of sentimental value to me & she found it & kept it for me for a whole month ! Great place great staff Love this place !!

Joann is the only reason I come to this location ! She is the best employee they have here if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t come im always welcomed and greeted I love it this is family oriented and has a children’s area the place is always very clean when I come . I’ve been coming here a few months and my experience is always great with her ! This place is very clean aswell and highly recommend for anyone else to come . Rather go here then any other laundry matt

Cheap dryers, expensive washers. Only giving 1 star because they require a special laundry card to run their machines. Money has to be preloaded on the cards and no change will be given for any remaining balance. Doesnt matter how much you have left so plan you loads carefully or be prepared to pay way more than advertised. We were camping in the area and overloaded our card thinking we could get our change back like at every other establishment on the planet, but no. They were very apologetic but unable to open the cash register right behind the attendant and give change. Avoid this place if you can.

I only need to go to use the extra large washer and dryer for my comforter. But the place is clean and the staff is continously cleaning and maintaining the area. Overall the price is great. The extra large wash is about $9.25 and dryer is $1 for the first 12 minutes and .25 cents for 3 minutes extra. The cleanliness and price of the service will always keep me coming back. There is also free WiFi for those who stay and wait.

Despite appearing small from the outside, this laundermat is quite spacious. The place is temperature controlled, and boast a large selection of mashes. The entire laundermat uses a card system; this means no more pockets full of quarters. This place also stays open 24/7.

Great customer service, lost my debit card and the miss that works there offered to look through the cameras for me right away to see if anyone picked it up, luckily I ended up finding it but just the kindness and hospitality she gave was great..

Although it took a couple of days, the dry cleaning came out pretty good. I found this place from other reviews. I have to travel from Tannersville to get to here because there arent any well-reviewed laundromats / dry cleaning places where I live.

Plenty of machines

Puts all other laundromats to shame. They are open 24 hours. So no rush. They have bathrooms, but they are locked from 10 pm to 6 am which makes sense. They have tons of different size washers and dryers. Not 5 stars because of the little kids running around yelling and crying at times.
