Both a drive thro and a self serve car wash with lots of choices. Very clean. Make sure if you get anything out of the vending machine....use exact change for every item...i assumed if i put a $5bill in...that i could get 2 $2.50 cloths....my mistake. Will return here!

The car was was ok not great. I bought there best car wash. It was a waist of my money . This is the second time here in the last 2 months I had to tell the people to reclean the windows . They were worse after the car wash and them drying them. My car is black and I got home and had to wipe the whole car down with a damp towel, there were streaks of I guess soap or I dont know what everywhere. Not a 30 dollar cat wash.Its a shame I dont mind paying for a good job. Seems hard to get that these days.

We just joined and the service is very good.

The brushes hung up on my driver side mirror and ripped it off. I filed a report and someone was to contact me in 2 days. No one ever contacted me. I went to Tannersville business and talked to Ed, the manager. He said he never got the report or was told. He toke a picture of report and said he would order the Mirror part and credit my account for November because I can’t use the wash. Now it is almost Jan. No credit to my account and no contact from Ed. We have tried going to facility and he’s never there. We have been loyal customers since Dec 2019 with auto pay for monthly service. I’m hoping this gets to Corporate to see. They have lied to me.

I got my car detailed for 75 bucks but was still dirty. They said 2-3 hours was 4-5 hours. Don’t waste your time or money. Not worth the wait or job.

They did a poor job on the interior windows dirty and console was dusty and had streaks. Why should I pay to have my car washed and have to clean it when I get home. People need to teach their employees to have integrity

Its ok place for a quick clean

Just had an interior detail done on my Honda Pilot. (East stroudsburg location) I have 2 kids and one of them is in a car seat. (Need I say more). I picked my car up and it was like I picked it up from the dealership. They did a fantastic job. Feel like I’m driving a new car again. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Free self-serve vacuums that have no suction??? Tried 2 of the 3 vacs. Maybe its why the vacs became free, but non-working isnt a service at all...

Very limited bays to clean your car. I had an issue with the soap coming from the wand in the Hydro-Spray bay. I over payed compared to other places. I dont mind paying more if everything works like it should, I did not here. I was disappointed. I never said anything to the people who own of run the place so maybe they will see my posts and try and make up for it?

Great car wash!

Rock fell on top of my car after a wash and scratched it deep. The owner Ben who owns simplex said they would have it taken care of and told me to go to Jim Weiss autobody and they would take care of it. Never did. Ended up having to front the 750 myself for the repair.

Great for a quick exterior wash, close to home and...love the fact that there were two employees drying off the exterior of my car at no extra charge.

Well I did give this place a favorable review before, I won’t be doing that again this place bites they don’t honor what they promise. Got the full services but because someone else beat me to the punch he got the full service and myself and a car behind me just had to do without 🤔 like I doubt that’s even legal all the while 2 attendants are staring at me and the other customers not saying a word like we are insane. I go talk to the manager and he simply says it is what it is???? I’m done with this place jus like sparkle, wash your car at home

I purchase the monthly unlimited basic car wash deal for my cars. I find it economical. In the winter months its the best option to keep cars clean and protected. The free vacuum stations are a plus.

Really nice Car Wash, staff were friendly and compliant, vehicle came out very clean, at the end of the wash, just need little more attention when drying off the vehicle. But, it was s a good first time experience.

Quick and convenient

They will always stay in business. Even the local police go here to get their cars shined. And right across from them is a car detailing shop and Auto Shop. You have all you need in a few feet of eachother.

Worst car wash ever. I bought the unlimited wash that was a bad idea. At this location it’s 1 person working to wash and dry cars. Waited 10 mins for someone to come dry my car and they never came to dry it. Car wash sucks don’t waste your money

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to, half of the deals are not available, staff is not doing their job and is merely socializing among themselves. If you go there, you mind as well do self-service.

Without a doubt, the worst car wash I have ever been to. Basically, if you leave your car out in the rain, your car would get cleaner than running it through this wash. I paid for windows and interior and windows were still dirty and interior still a mess. Don’t bother wasting time and money at this place.

The employees are just lazy.the vacuum, wipe down window cleaning are done with no pride.They have two women that do exceptional work but are hardly there.Actually they need some grown men working who appreciate the job instead of inexpierienced teenagers it looks like with no supervision what so ever I go there for the monthly rate so I deal with the sorry work and go home and touch it up myself.I stop paying the extra for the full wash,mainly because I can pay a blind person to do a better job.

Stay away from the coin operated do it yourself wash it to expensive go through the regular car wash its cheaper and it does a better job

$27 for them to wash the exterior of my car (rims are still black and dirty) and the clean my windows. They didn’t wipe anything else down and either their vacuum is broken or the guy doesn’t know how to vacuum. Its a complete rip off. If I wanted half as* work done I would have went to the cheap $7 place on 209 and just drove my car through.

Its okay. The wash was decent but not great

Attendant scuffed the car in multiple places when brushing during pre wash, kept hitting the car with the back of the brush. If this car wash was good, pre brushing would not be necessary.The dryer is weak, car looks like it wasnt even blown off afterwards.Its not a complete failure so two stars it is

I went to this car wash right before Christmas to wash the salt off of my brand new 2020 car that I had only owned for a week at this point.i returned within 10 minutes of leaving the car wash because my car was scratched all over. I spoke to the attendant on duty and he said his name was Steve and he took my information and said someone would contact me. It has been roughly a month now and I have yet to hear from anyone. I had to take my car back to the dealership and pay $160 to have the scratches waxed out.

Horrible service! Perhaps, the owner(s) should invest into hiring actual employees instead of having young teenagers working at the establishment. They laughed, joked, and played around the entire time. Couldnt even take the time to remove the rugs to vacuum the exterior. Money wasted!

Young crew clueless car needed to be wash twice

I have called this place over 5 times over the last month to stop this useless monthly car wash and they refuse to pick up the phone and take me off of their list. I want 2 of those payments back, and Im sick and tired of calling this place and getting their answering machine. Scam scam scam.Furthermore, when I set up the monthy car wash, their car was was broken the following month... The entire month.

Went there today to get my car washed 10 dollar service. I did not have ONE scratch on my new car.... After the service was done, I had about 30 to 40 scratches on my car. I will never recommend this place ever to anyone that I know.
