I was struggling to find a storage unit that I absolutely needed. Linda went out of her way to help me, was amazingly kind and efficient. She talked me through every step and made sure I had what I needed. I havent moved my stuff in yet but the customer service alone was excellent so I am feeling pretty great about my choice in facilities.

Frank was not only professional but super friendly. When we contacted him a couple days ago, he had nothing available. 2 days later he called us with 2 open units. It was easy and user friendly doing everything electronically! 5 STARS FOR FRANK

Had a very good, straight-forward experience with no complications. We moved in and everything sat tight for 4 years until we were able to move out. The facilities were excellent in terms of access, cleanliness, security and climate control. No drama -- just the way I like it.

I just moved here from Long Island ny and was looking for a quick storage for a reasonable price. I’ve found it with Extra Space Storage. I recommend order online because the price is cheaper than over the phone. Also even if you set a reservation online or over the phone it holds a unit but if it’s the last unit and someone purchased it online then you won’t be able to receive the last unit and have to wait tell another one is Available. Now that that’s all out the way I was help by Linda and she was absolutely amazing. She answered every question I ask and made shore she went over every detail so there wouldn’t be any miscommunication. She was very nice and friendly that made me feel comfortable with leaving my valuables at this location.

The last text message received provided all the detailed information to enter/ w code, find my unit and load my stuff. Waiting for instructions to return unneededlock

I have just returned after a few years and rented another storage space from Frank at his facility in Marshals Creek / East Stroudsburg simply because of how well I was treated the first time. Additionally, because this facility is always kept in top notch condition I am not concerned about anything I store here.Frank and his team are always extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. All the details of renting are covered thoroughly so you understand what you are getting and what the costs are.Access codes to the facility are quickly set up, then tested, and the renter is escorted to whatever space they have been assigned. All the instructions for coming and going are reviewed as well as how to use the elevator if necessary, and permission to use the facility dollies for moving items.I did not even consider going to another facility, but drove back here in hopes space was available. I was not disappointed. And it seems nothing has changed: the courteous service and helpful attitude is still here. It’s a pleasure to be doing business with Frank and his organization again. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

This was an excellent experience for me. It was the lowest rate for a 5 x 5 storage unit and about 15 minutes after completing the online sign-up and pay I received a call from Frank where he then met us at the location (separate from his office) and went through everything. Definitely a great guy and business.

The registration was easy. The unit is very clean and temp controlled. Wagons are available for loading and unloading. Cyndi is very easy to work with

LOVE Extra Space Storage! Used them years ago to store my apartment and now back again to store furniture for our future house. Amazing service! Ashanti and Linda did a lovely job when it came to assisting my needs. They have a very nice setup and where very helpful. They made the rules clear for my purchase and explained how to use the locks. They also have great prices for storage boxes, but never pressured me into buying them. Overall they were very professional and helpful!!! Will make sure to pay for my unit and stop by for their faithful attitudes and amazing work system. I highly recommend this extra storage location. Before going to the actual location I received a call from Ashanti and Linda who were both very attentive and considerate of my needs. Upon arrival to the location Ashanti came outside to guide me the office because it’s a little hard to find at first. Both ladies demonstrated optimal customer service. How a person speaks to me plays a big part in my decision making. it was my initial interaction over the phone with these two women which made me make the decision to use Extra Space.
