Very outdated. One person working, and their credit card machines are so old that you have to wait the precise number of seconds putting it in and out or else it doesn’t work at all. They don’t “have tape” so if you need to redo your package they can’t help you. The lady was nice but told me i “wasn’t listening” when the credit card didn’t work. No contactless payment system option. No self self service kiosk. Go elsewhere unless you’re just dropping off

I walked into the post office without a mask on. I was under the impression that the mask mandate had been lifted if you were vaccinated. The woman behind the front desk was ready to rip my head off. I apologized for the confusion as I had thought Id seen people coming out without one on. I was going to leave since I hadnt had one. She was kind enough to give me one. But the way she handled the situation was very uncomfortable. Especially given the fact that the woman shed been helping prior to me walking in, hadnt been wearing one and only put one on after Id been harshly scolded. I understood as perhaps shes had to fight with people over it in the past. But also very dissapointing that a professional thinks its ok to treat and talk to people in that manor.

Stephanie is the greatest. She brightens up an otherwise boring environment!!

I usually go to this post office but after today so will never go back. I really hope the worker behind the counter wasn’t forced to work sick. First, she had no gloves or mask on. While I was standing on line the worker blew her nose, said to the customer sorry can you give me a minute while she was cough, said she needed a sip of her water and proceeded to say she didn’t feel well. Why is she at work!!?? She is handling people’s stuff. She should of been sent home. Not right at all. Myself and someone else walked out in complete shock.

Horrible post office. Stephanie is consistently rude to customers and complains about her job to those who come to her window. Makes everyone feel very uncomfortable. I asked about a shipping service and was given a sarcastic answer rather than being helped properly. Good thing it’s a union position because she would never make it in the customer service industry. Better off traveling to a different post office.

This is my favorite local PO. Worth waiting a second or so to get a parking spot in their lot because the clerks are very friendly and helpful. And its rare to wait more than a few mins for the better service so this is where I go

These are the LAZIEST slowest people. Go to lynbrook or Oceanside
