So I had my car towed over to get a quote/estimate on repairs. I was told I would get a call with an approximate quote before work began on my vehicle. After hours I finally called to check progress after no word and was told that not only had all the work been done already but that I would not be able to come and get my car unless I paid a completely over priced amount. I am livid and feel robbed. Shady business if Ive ever seen one.

I was overdue for a new timing belt and J&J quoted nearly half the price of other local mechanics. Quality service for fair price. Very friendly and I didnt feel like I was taken advantage of, as a person who knows nothing about cars, and as a female.It was difficult to call and get an answer until the mid-day hours, but I had the time and flexibility to work with that. I asked them to check the brakes and the timing belt. While the timing belt needed to be replaced and they quoted me that price, they said the brakes were good and did not warn me about the $70 adjustment. Just something to keep in mind as constructive feedback and for future customers to be aware of, but overall, they did still save me a lot of money and I was happy with the service. I will go back to them.
