I dont like Lowes or Home Depot!Lowes employees will point you in the directions of an item you are searching for, which happened to me at the Camp Creek store. I told him thanks, but gave him a look. As I was searching for nails, for my nail gun to finish the border on my basement floor, the guy came over and helped me. I was very appreciative to him for helping. Thus, I give the 5-star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟rating.I could have taken it away after waiting in the self checkout for 12 minutes!

Usually when I shop at Lowes my experience is pretty good, but my last two shopping and ordering experiences have been horrible. Ordered a Wall in Stainless steel oven and stove last year. We received the stove but never got the oven due to miscommunication between inventory and sales. Apparently the oven wasnt in stock due to Covid which we understood. We waited past Thanksgiving for the oven after being promised a delivery date. Canceled that order. We then proceeded to reorder this year the same oven and was told 10/23/21, once again we were fine with that. We then got a call this past Friday saying the oven would be delivered today. We were excited. Lowes was the one who called us and the installer. He showed but not the product. We have tried calling the store and the 1800 number and it takes hours to get through. This particular store is my home store and it horrible. Service is fine once you actually get someone but the communications for delivery and other services suck. When we finally get this oven we will probably no longer use Lowes for anything.

A lady helped me to check out when no one else would. If not for her this would be 2 stars. The products I was searching for were unavailable... I think. Either way EVERYTHING was strowed as if no one cared about the customer at all. No one in that department had any pride in their work... plumbing dept. What should have a couple of minutes actually took 10-15 minutes. The excuse should not be it like.this everywhere. I wish I remembered that darling ladys name.

Lowes as a company is horrible when it comes to on-line purchases and customizations, installations. They are disorganized, unprofessional and incompetent. Its the absolute worse experience I have ever had. i am speaking of multiple items and issues. I kept trying to give them a try but no more. not after waiting 10 weeks for 2 $1500 customized doors to arrive and be installed. They take your money and then treat you like you are nothing bc they have your money. never again. i will stick with Home Depot.

There was a woman at the self check out area, older woman, she was rude, told me I couldnt get my military discount at those machines. I go to different Lowes stores in the area and never has someone told me that. Everyone was happy to get my discount. Its the way she reacted and her rude response. So inappropriate and unnecessary. Like I was making her job so difficult, like I was the problem. I was walking out to go to the main check out when she said wait and checked me out. I think she though about it, and realized I could go to corporate. I have served and almost lost my life and people forget what that means to be a veteran. Didnt even say thank you for your service. The two people that are supposed to schedule installations always arrive late, leave early, and are usually not helpful. Please do better...after charging us $75 to have someone come out and take measurements, we could never catch them working (yes, during store hours) to schedule the install. We ended up having Home Depot do it, because us working folks dont have months to keep chasing these folks to do their job. Really disappointing, a waste of time and money. And a lost customer for Lowes.

Large variety. Find most items Im seeking actually. One stop shop for most things. And they even have a wide selection of appliances. Wide appeal I think to the public at large.However, for me Im seeking a bit more specialized trade specific type store that would probably bore not only the average person but most people. If I saw a store that sold specialized items even without the music that would likely be my home but to date Ive seen no such store.But this store handles my basic needs and probably a treasure to the average person.

Went 40 miles to this store to get a chainsaw as all surrounding areas was sold out due to the tornado in the area. We have trees down in our yard so I went to get a much needed chainsaw. Got home and got ready to get to work cleaning up from the storm. Opened it and realized the customer service department who took the return didn’t even bother opening it up to make sure it at least look new. It is coated in sawdust and has oil over the box and chainsaw. The chain is clearly well used and rough. They didn’t even give a open box discount. Beware buying here as they obviously don’t mind taking returns and reselling them as brand new without even caring the condition it’s in. Going to exchange it at a different hopefully better location.

We ordered a 7-piece patio set before Independence Day weekend to have a family outing. The furniture was delivered damaged, so no family celebration. We have tried for around 12 days to get the damaged furniture replaced by talking to Lowes many times on the phone. They keep saying that they will escalate the problem and call us within 24 hours. We still have not received any of those phone calls. Still no visible progress in getting the problem resolved. Worst customer service that I have ever seen!!!!

I was told he wasnt in the store.I decided to drive to the store. There were a lot of workers in vests walking around but no one knew anything about the sink/faucet dept. I visit this summer store for a few home improvement.i found everything I need for a good price. (Recently quoted review from Last year).How do you go from a five star review to a one 🌟.! Thats exactly what happened to Lowes from my point of view. Customer service is everything. I went in to Lowes to purchase a door handle and I stood there for 45 minutes in the aisle asking customer associated after associated to assist me and no one every came. I also got tired and went up to someone and asked he shrugged his shoulder and spoke to and told me that I was in the right aisle which I already knew.So ten minutes after that I walked up to Travis voice my complain he shrugged his shoulder and replied do what you gotta do. Lowes Im so disappointed about that visit. It was so many associates walking by but no one took the time out to help. I have ate that that happened first time ever but it was a bad experience. Please talk to the customer service representatives at that location. One store can cause a ripple effect on the store chains. Excellent should be a main focus.

This Lowes is probably the worst Ive ever delt with. I was supposed to receive a delivery for a washer and dryer from this store... I ordered ONLINE and the following things went wrong:1. They sold my products to someone else at the store2. The had me waiting for 2 months just to say that I needed to look for something comparable and that they would see if they could offer a discount (they couldnt)3. Lowes still has my money because apparently you need a manager to cancel the order and when I call they either dont answer or no manager is available. They say they will call you back but thats only 20 percent accurate.At this point I just want my money refunded. I was unable to wash clothes for too long. I bought a lawn mower 2 years ago. The handle broke off. Luckily it was before my warranty expired. I took it in March. Three times they told me they fixed the problem but it has still not been fixed. It is August 8th.they keep on giving me the run around. This is not the first time I have had problems with Lowes. We purchased our LG Washer and Dryer two weeks before we moved into our new home. Our appliances were supposed to arrive on Wed, Aug 5. We called Tues, Aug 4 to confirm the delivery status. On the 5th, we were contacted at 9 am saying that our appliances were delayed and would be dropped off between 12:45 and 13:45. No one showed up. We contacted the logistics representatives, who were unable to get in contact with the driver(s) nor identify their location. We made calls to customer service until 21:00. Thurs, Aug 6, we went to the store with the concerns of our appliances not arriving. We were told that our appliances were not on the delivery truck on Aug 5, and one of our appliances was out of stock. An employee said that she would take care of it and bring both products to our house; however, she wouldnt be able to deliver it inside to the second floor. We were promised an installation crew on Aug 7. The appliances arrived on the 6 of Aug, with scratches on the washer. Β On Aug 7th, no one from Lowes contacted us nor came to our residence. We contacted Lowes to voice our concerns about our issues and the female employee in appliances had a nasty attitude. We requested to be contacted by the store manager; however, we have not received any further communication from Lowes.

Javari at the customer service desk is rude and not friendly at all. I had a difficult return and he seemed bothered and annoyed before even stepping in to assist.My return was completed according to the associates but they were unable to provide me with a return receipt, which seems like a reasonable ask. Javari seemed frustrated that I would even ask for a return receipt. The customer service representative Izzy took a picture of the screen with my phone, but the whole process seemed a little sketch and I’m not confident that I will get my money back or the store credit I used to make the purchase.I didn’t think it would be terribly difficult to cancel an order that had not yet been delivered, but I should have know when doing business with Lowe’s to expect the absolute worst. The absolute WORST Lowe’s location EVER!!!!!! No one wants to work. Everyone has on a Lowe’s vest just walking around. I’m still getting the run around on items I purchased over a month ago (refrigerator and smoker). The only people that are working and help are the people in customer service. Their line is so long you just have to give it to God. I was supposed to FINALLY receive my items today. I received a called confirming my order would be delivered today between 12 - 4. Needless to say I did NOT receive my order. I called the delivery company and was advised my order was not delivered because it was not on the truck. I called Lowe’s back and ask about the status of my order. I spoke with someone who did not give his name. I asked him what was the fastest way I can receive my items. He continued to talk in circles as if I knew his system and software they use to obtain items from the distribution center. He eventually hung up on me. I guess he was frustrated by my questions. I’m the one that should be frustrated since Ive been with out a refrigerator for almost a month. SMH. I will still go to the Douglasville location where they truly believe in customer services.

Every time I go in here, Im reminded how much I hate it. I dont think its necessarily this particular locations problem, persay, but its the only Lowes Ive ever frequented since its the only big box home improvement store around. My latest experience was actually one of the better ones, somebody asked me if I needed help (first time ever! ) and they actually had everything I went there for (not the first time, but Id estimate they have a 25-33% success rate . . . mind you not that they carry what I need, I usually check that, but that the things which Lowes says they do carry are actually in stock and on the shelves), although I did have to search through five bins since none of the sharkbite fittings were in their correct places). This success was quickly maligned by the fact that only one register was open, and I waited 15 minutes behind some issue they were having with checking someone else out before they directed me to self checkout, which I avoided since I had some bulk pipe which I didnt know how to scan. A nice staff never did then show me how to do ring it up, but other nearby staff members were vocally upset that my long pipes were in their way (part of what I tried to avoid by not going to the self checkout). Again, this was one of my better experiences, and I left vowing never to return. But when you have plumbing issues at 8 PM, you go to whats there. Other problems have included 1 hour waits for getting pine straw off the truck (not exaggerating, have the texts with my wife to prove it), having a washer take 4 delivery attempts before bringing us the correct model with no damage (I think it was ultimately 2 months late), and staff members literally getting into arguments with my wife. I just have no words. I left it at 2 stars, because at the end of the day, theyre at least here, in an under-served community, bringing us a wide variety of supplies at good prices. I want this store to succeed. I want to want to go here. But for my own sanity, I will continue to avoid it at all costs until every time I do end up here, I dont want to rip my hair out on frustration. Please, somebody do something. We need you. Or at least a closer Home Depot.

Waited 40 minutes in tool world trying to get someone to help me get 3 boxes from top stock and after 5 pages for help from the cashier and me walking to customer service to ask for a manager and still no employees to be found so I moved and climbed that huge ladder myself and grabbed my own items down !!!! This store lost 3 large tool sales because no one would come unlock cages and they got mad and walked out.Making your customers wait that long for help and a manager never coming out when requested is ludacris!!!!The store was also in major disarray ! This Camp Creek Lowes needs some serious help in the management department or needs to be shut down !

I always get so confused here but (I wish I got his name), but he pointed me to the window film like he was pointing me around his home. Then he directed me to find the putty knives which were not in their section due to reshelving. He was a young black man. I approached him near the windows and doors. I spoke to 5 different employees that seemed as lost as me but this young man clearly knew his store. I wish that I had gotten his name but I hope you can use this to commend him on his unsurpassed customer service. People like him are so appreciated. I visited on 1/2 @ about 4:30p

Went to this store to follow up from Camp Creek location to see if I could get a top as the manager there said I could do. As I thought. They said to return the tote and buy one from them, πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ I should have. I have a tote without the top. Cool I got a discount πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ. But cant store my stuff with a lid... Discounts are kot always worth the end headache. Plus I was going back and forth to deal with this. The manager could have did more for me as a customer.

Why does no one working here care about the customer AT ALL? Everyone seems so unhappy and over it that they could care less if you walk out and take your money elsewhere due to the total lack of of customer service. I asked for the manager and was told β€œthey are in a meeting and won’t help you”.WOW.

Couldnt find what I was looking for, found an associate up front to help me out and she went and found what I was looking for brought it back to the counter and checked me out right there without sending me to the regular checkout section. Great experience. The website listed the location on the wrong isle and wrong bay but that wasnt something anyone there could fix.
