This outfit has had a less than 2 star rating for ever. All the past negative reviews have been deleted. I found mine from a year ago in my google history but it doesnt appear here. They have been pushing a big were the best ad campaign lately but theyre not. You can get better more reliable internet and better channels from comcast for far less. The way they are manipulating their their reputation is dishonest.

Internet speed is awful. We switched from Comcast and purchased the fast internet speed. We had faster internet in 1995. Have had them back out several times. Problem still exists, TV is scrambled at times. Disappointed.

Very pleased with there service so far. Like them better than the other guys by far. Worth looking into.

Great service, excellent prices!! From the initial phone call to set up service, to the guys installing and the ease of use. For the people complaining I believe is reviews copied and pasted from the Monopoly competition. I am saving $97 a month by switching to itv3!!!

Been without business email for going on 3 days. The first day I called in to see what was going on and they told me that there was no problem, that it was my computer ( I have 5 computers all doing the same things) The second day they told me that they were aware that there was a problem but that no one but me called in the day before. When I asked to speak to a manager Ryan told me that there was no one to talk to but him and that he was a supervisor. Still we are waiting to talk to a manager and keep getting a run around. Looking for a better and more professional service

I3 Broadband is hands down the best Internet/TV Service provider Ive ever used. I moved from Comcrap to I3 the minute the fiber was installed and ready to use in our neighborhood. In ALL the years Ive been using them I think my service has only been out three or four times, and usually for less than an hour. In addition, when Ive called for service issues Ive always spoken with a Tech, and for me thats huge since I spent 30 plus years in Telecommunications. I HIGHLY recommend I3 Broadband.

The representative for my area was friendly and helpful when going over plan options, pricing, etc. Was available to work with on a weekend. Knowledgeable technicians did a great job on the installation. When I called to switch up my plan, I was able to speak with someone local who was able to make the changes right away. Supporters of net neutrality offering true unlimited data with no caps or throttling. This is the definition of a 5 star company.

I just had i3 broadband installed this morning and I am very pleased with their service so far. Tim and Patrick did a fantastic job with the installation. They gave me a heads up call to let me know they were on their way to my home as I had requested. Once they arrived at my home they were very friendly and professional. They made sure they installed the hardware exactly where I wanted it installed and made sure to cleanup everything afterward. My internet speed seems to be at least twice as fast as my previously used cable internet. Thank you for your wonderful service Tim and Patrick.

I have been with I3 for four-plus years and have absolutely no complaints and would not trade it for any other server. I dont know much about electronic equipment so I screw things up sometimes, and I3 gets me straightened out and back on line quickly. Always friendly, helpful people.

I can not stress enough how great their customer service is. Internet is blazing fast. To be honest, the TV service isnt very good but if you are streaming or just using for internet they are amazing. Support small!

Great service! They installed the fiber cable without any problems and cleaned up any messes they made. The guy that goes inside the house to drill the hole wears shoe covers on his shoes. They just recently came out to bury the cord and they did a very GOOD job. There were no holes in the yard after they left. They care about their customers and provide the best internet in the area.

Truly the best service and they have not raised their rates year after year. Rarely a connection problem. Only once I felt inconvienced but it wasnt down long. First time in three years I had connection problem in prime time tv viewing. I will be staying with this company for a long time.

4 months in, Still dont have consistent internet service, cuts out all the time. Spend more time on the phone with them then I do using their service. They have been out to our house to fix it and did absolutely nothing, coming back out again tonight. And after months of paying on time, for service that hardly ever works they had the audacity to send me an email that they are RAISING their prices???? They will tell you they have 80 plus channels to choose from but in actuality your are getting the same 20 channels duplicated over and over again. Do yourself a favor DO NOT SWITCH TO THEM. I will literally be surprised if they are still operating in a year or two.

Their work crews absolutely butchered the yards in my neighborhood. It is not good sales craft to start a relationship with a potential customer by having them standing out in the yard wondering how long it will take before the scars in the yard heal. It also doesnt help you if you cut the cables of your competitors in the process of installing the wiring. Not even considering the company now! I only gave a star at all because your software will not allow a post without at least one star. I would prefer to give zero stars.

Just called to see if I could get a new package or something to lower my bill every month. They offfered me to take my phone service away for 13 a month. Offered me to take auto fee away for 5 a month. But that’s all they could do after we have been with them for a long time. Itv3 never raised our fees. Ever since i3 broadband took over they have done nothing but raise my bill. They haven’t offered any more service or channels for those increases but sure built a beautiful big building in east Peoria. Well enjoy your building but not with my money. We are going elsewhere.

Technicians answered all my questions on-site before installation in a very efficient and courteous manner. Internet service is excellent and cost-effective.

Said first 2 months would be 1/2 price and free DVR service. Charged extra fees for DVR and raised prices before the two months had went by . They also installed unknown software one the system.

Great service. Better quality. As soon as technician turned on TV I noticed superior picture quality vs.comcast.

Seems like this company has gone out of business. Its like they absquatulated to use a fun word. No functioning website. No customer service lines today. No communication with customers about the outage.

The remote controls do not work reliably. For reasons that are absolutely inexplicable, a television will get stuck on a channel, or will go off entirely. With this company, you cannot simply walk into a room, mindlessly turn on your television, and expect it to work. When you call the company, they are polite, friendly and willing to talk you through the problem. Several minutes later, after a lengthy process, the television service that you paid for and expected will be restored. I am incredibly disappointed that I ever did business with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Their prices are slightly cheaper than others, but their reliability is far worse.

Switched from Comcast a month ago and no regrets about it

We use ITV3 strictly for our internet service ( have used other servers in the past and not been happy) . ITV3 have seemed to be the best.

Best internet/tv provider hands down. They treat their customers incredibly well and there are never any hidden fees or random charges. Internet is incredibly fast. If their service is available, I definitely recommend them.

Had terribly slow internet speeds. I called in, they sent out a tech, all free of charge.Replaced my cables in my home and was courteous and quick.I reccomend this company for anyone who wants fist and reliable internet.

The internet has been down for more than 24 hours. They don’t respond to calls and have responded to emails with terrible excuses - like that my modem was disconnected from my router. I’m not a fan of Comcast but I’m going to have to go back to that.

Both cable boxes hard drives failed within a year... Was unable to watch anything on DVR. The DVR would not play recordings, would freeze, and unoperable. We only use cable for DVR. We have to go get two new boxes and we lose all DVR recordings that we have for kids and shows we can never watch easily. We did have issues with remote inputs very slow.

This company does not finish set ups or follow up set up problems. Go with anyone but this company!

Definitely the fastest internet I have ever had !!! Combined with the Netgear Nighthawk EC360 Router... nothing buffers any more! The TV quality is clearer than any satellite or cable provider has ever had! I wish I would have known about ITV3 years ago!! I recommend their service to anyone who can get it!

Great service when it works. Up early to workfrom home only to find my internetis down. Call the number and got a recordingtelling me to leave a message , they open at 7. Two hours from now! A supposed internet that does not have 24/7 service is worthless!!!

I’ve had centurylink, Comcast, AT&T, directv, and pretty much any other company you can think of, and this company blows them all out of the water by far - in price, speed, reliability, and most importantly - customer service.

Place started great and for 5 years no issues at all but I believe they have outgrown their britches everything has went to hell remotes don’t work service is shotty takes a week for a service call and the bill keeps going up without notice I have enough of them I done ✅

So we switched providers from Direct tv to Itv3 and tv was working perfectly fine before install! Installer comes out and hooks everything up says your good to go and leaves!! Turn tv on and lines running through my 55 in smart tv!! They come back out and day its our fault its broken! Please explain this to me? How does one come to install tv and not show the customer everything is in working order? Then tell me I have to wait a week before a field tech can come look!! Worse decision ever to switch!! Beyond pissed right now!!

Bury the wire yourself as their customer service is garbage. I have waited over 2.5 months now and the wire still lays on the ground in front of my house. Every time I call they extend the window and say I am on an expedited ticket.
