About two years ago, they fired me as a Client because I complained that they werent fixing my machines... the technician the were sending was just cleaning the rollers over and over again. I was really happy after all was said and done. Now I go directly to Pitney Bowes for service on my mailing machines and paid far less for maintenance in 2020 and mailed 3x more mail than the prior 2 years.Corrected, he did replace parts, and clean rollers. We had many repeated maintenance calls that did not resolve problems. I understand that that technician no longer works there.I am most upset because the Company made a decision to stop doing business with me when I chose to hold them accountable for their service work. My machines were down and I called for service and was told that they were not going to service me any longer as of the end of the prior year. I was totally caught off guard and had to search and set up a new account with Pitney Bowes directly. I felt this was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My company wasnt able to mail for some time because we were without repair service until Pitney Bowes set us up.Brett Ella, from Walz called me today and asked me to remove this review or they would retaliate and post things about me on google and tell everyone who I am and what I do for a living.
