Wonderful people and an excellent radiologist. Explained in detail which set my expectation for the process putting me at ease. As we went from step to step my expectation and what really was happening pretty much was the same…fear, nervousness and anxiety gone. Sailed through, in and out in 29 minutes.

I’ve been to this location several times and I can say that this has been my worst experience ever. I’m all for educating and people learning so my issue is not with the tech who appeared to be in training. As a nurse, I believe that patients should be treated kindly and telling a person to lift their dress up and remove their underwear while you are in the room doesn’t do it for me. How about you step outside and let the patient get ready for their procedure? Secondly, do you put your pocket book or anything except garbage of course on top of a trash can? I don’t think so, so why would you tell a patient to put their belongings on the trash? It seems to me, that maybe you, the TRAINER is that one who needs training. Healthcare can do without persons like you!!!!

I finally found a provider that answers the phone within a reasonable amount of time. I got an appointment for the next day and we were in and out the building in an half an hour. Great service!

I only went here as referred by One Call through Comp. I sat and waited 45 minutes, though the staff did apologize that the technician was running behind. The staff then informed me that the CT was approved but not the Xray and asked if I still wanted to do it? I , of course, said No, because all was supposed to be approved prior to my appointment?? I come to find out from Zwanger, that you dont need an approval for an Xray ??!! REALLY ? The staff should have known this ! I tried to call them to question this, and sat on hold for 35 minutes before giving up. They have waisted enough of my time.....NEVER again !

They are always quick to take you & the techs very friendly & professional. They put you at ease when you’re having tests done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called today to schedule a Virtual CT colonoscopy, however, I had a few questions I wanted answered before I made the appointment. The operator put me through to the Patchogue office where some lady (wish I had gotten her name) picked up the phone and said before I could say anything, I dont have time to answer all of your questions. I asked two questions. What kind of prep is used and how many Virtual CT colonoscopies are performed at that facility since they are not routinely common. She nastily replied after the second question again, I dont have time to answer all your questions. I then said to her that if she couldnt (or was unwilling) to answer my concerns they I dont want testing to be done there. She was abrupt and rude.

Friendly and professional. The building is home to a number of practices that offer a variety of services to include, but not limited to, Medical Imaging (Xray, CT, MRI, Sono, Mammo, PET, Bone Density), an ENT, and an orthodontist are just a few examples here. The location is easy to spot when driving on route 101 (Sills road) when traveling in either direction.The parking lot is fairly large and finding a spot even during peak hours is never usually a problem. There are multiple entrances depending upon where you park that are wheelchair accessible.

Walk in the office and was asked if I have an appointment? Their answering service says NO APPOINTMENTS... Just walk in. Was told that next time I have to register somehow and then I get a text to my phone while Im waiting in my car that they are ready for me to enter their office. I told her that there is no sign on the door stating that. She said the sign is right outside the office. I told her that the sign should be downstairs, in the lobby when you walk in. She wants me to come into the building , take an elevator downstairs, read the sign, go back to my car, wait for a text then come back in and do the same thing over again. Simple sign explaining their check in procedures on the front door in the lobby would be sufficient.

Having to go for testing 2x a year it is always a great experience. Everyone is always so helpful and sweet.

Very clean office friendly professional staff . The radiologist explained exactly what he was doing. There was not a long wait time I was in and out in less than an hour and had my results immediately.

Smooth prep and excellent care and patience from tech Brian. I am generally too anxious for these tests and he put me at ease, informing me the process step by step, and it occurred precisely in that manner. Easy peesy.

Fast, clean and super friendly staff!!!

I walked in without an appointment on 2/25/2021 and was going to be able to get a chest Xray, however the equipment broke down and at first it was thought it was only going to be about 1/2 hour, but turned out that it was not fixed until some time today, 2/26. I went back today and it was as smooth as silk, everyone was very accomodating and helpful.

If I could give 0 I would! Made an appointment but then canceled.... since then non stop calls and texts and voicemails to reschedule some are back to back! It was only one day after I canceled when the calls began. I made 2 requests to remove my number yet it continues.

Unfortunately when I was called in from my car to come down for my appointment I could not immediately. I was informed by a couple walking away from the elevator that it was not working. I called the office and was told to use the stairs on the outside of the building. As I am handicapped this was distressing. After finally arriving in the office and having my paperwork processed I had to wait over an hour before I was finally called, and received no explanations. After this everything went smoothly as the technicians were very efficient and caring.

The staff was friendly and mindful. My X-ray and ultrasound were both comfortable and quick. The only issue was with actually scheduling through the Lenox Hill number. It took five transfers to find someone who could schedule both procedures, and after a half hour, I disconnected the call without and appointment. In total, I spent 1.5 hours trying to schedule an appointment over the course of my day. One person told me xrays could not be done at this location! Finally, I managed to speak with someone and schedule. Easy going from there in terms of the actual appointment.

It was such a pleasant experience from the second we walked in to the second we left! The staff was super friendly and kind to my 4 year old daughter and made her feel safe and comfortable. She had to get an ultrasound and xrays and they talked her through the whole thing and let her know what the plan was. The male technician even asked permission from my daughter if it was ok to pick her up on the table! They rewarded her with stickers and funny voices and we both left the place laughing. We will be going there again definitely!

Could not get an appointment by phone or on line . no on picks up. the automated loop plays over and over with a ridiculous amount of adds. tried for an hour. had to get my drs office to call and make my appointment.

I whole staff were professional and very helpful. The MRI technician Laura helped me with my claustrophobic. She spoke me through it. Without her I wouldnt of finished the procedure.

Made an appointment for an MRI for 3:30, arrived at 3:30, after waiting about 15 minutes was told that I should’ve been there half an hour early, maybe consider telling you patients that in advance next time. When I left, I called to schedule a new appointment, I was on hold for 11 minutes before someone picked up (I believe he said his name was Mark), he told me his name, I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said he had to hang up, I’m pretty confused about what just happened, all I know is this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed

Went for a CT scan an X-ray. After an hour of waiting I ask how much longer. They have no idea who I am. Finally find me in the system and get the 2 tests done after 2 and a half hours. It gets better. Go to urologist for results, first page says there is a kidney stone. Then there is an addendum that says ignore first page wrong patient. Won’t be back

The receptionist was horrible and rude for absolutely no reason, even others waiting were shocked at her rudeness. . I will never use them again and I will not let any family use them.again. consider zwanger persiri at least the staff is considerate.

I just moved to the area and my doctor sent me to get an X-ray, I wasn’t expecting much as most X-ray technician and offices I’ve been to were pretty rude. This office was so nice! It was very clean and relaxing. Sam who did my actual X-Ray was awesome, she was amazing. If I ever needed further more X-rays done I’d definitely go back here! Thanks for being awesome!

One of my worst experiences...refused my procedure if I didnt pay a co payment not owed..very rude woman to treat patients like that. Get your act together.

Office staff were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. A very nice blonde haired woman and a brunette at front desk were exceptional. I believe the brunettes name was Lisa.name

X-ray was filmed in a timely fashion. Technician was efficient and pleasant.When I brought the x-ray films to the Peconic Bay Medical Center, people there were astonished that I had the big films. That is all that I can say since I know no more.

The whole process was quick. Minimal paperwork to fill out. The staff was professional and thorough.

The receptionist was very friendly. I work for a local Hospital and we refer an abundance of patients to your facility. The Tech Austin had no personality whatsoever, he introduced himself and proceeded to give me instructions about my attire. Upon entering the room he asked to lay on the table, not once did he ask if I was ok. Upon completion of my test he enters, without telling me the rest is over and removes the stripes on my injured foot which has an open wound, he lower the table, didn’t offer any assistance in getting off the table, as he saw/ knew I am a newly amputee my foot. Once off the table he didn’t say a word to me, not even to direct me which way to exit. The only reason I went there is because my surgeon referred me, I would never go back to any Medical Arts, as I will let my facility not to refer any patients there.

The professionalism of the staff couldnt be any better. The x-ray tech. was very good. She made you feel that this was no big deal. The whole experience from when i walked in till i finished my x-rays was fabulous.
