We have used Labcorp in Patchogue many times. Today, I asked if the person who was going to take my blood had the vaccine. She said, NO, and we dont have to tell you that! I called the Medford office and asked. They were much nicer and the woman who took my blood was vaccinated. It never occurred to me that I have to ask healthcare workers if they were vaccinated. They should all be vaccinated. I am immunosuppressed; I could easily get COVID from one of Labcorps workers.

The lab process is extremely efficient, the lab is spotlessly clean, the front desk helpful, and Katherine the technician is friendly and professional. Great experience!

Clean, friendly, fast. I got a large workup (lupus) and had 20+ vials drawn. The phlebotomist was gentle; didnt feel a thing. Will definitely use this location again, this is the best labcorp experience thus far

I stopped at the Lapcorp office on sills road this morning to schedule an appointment for my daughters blood test and I was shocked to see more than 15 people in there at a time when we are talking about a covid 19 virus in the country no social distancing whatsoever in there. Many doctors offices now have patients sit in their cars and they call them on their cell phone one by one to come in or take in customers on appointment only. I understand that some people who think they have covid 19 also come in there to get tested. Please kindly look into this ASAP because this should not be happening and notify your management office about this. Right now I don’t feel comfortable bringing my daughter into your office for a blood test considering the situation of things.

Outstanding ! I showed up early and they took me right in. I was taken care of by Ruth the Phlebotomist. Great service, had me in and out and on my way in under 15 minutes. Will definitley be coming here from now on.

Easy experience since I’m always afraid of blood work. Got the gestational diabetes test as part of my pregnancy blood work and Jamilla (if I’m spelling it right) was so kind and 123 with the blood work. Clean place too! I’ll go back

Evey fast blood work. Only thing Google GPS took me to wrong building. I ended up at dermatology. LabCorp is building 11. Something driver has to pay attention to.

My sick mother went to this joke of a facility. The women who was working there crossed my mothers name off the list THEN LEFT THE BUILDING TO GET MCDONALDS LEAVING MY MOTHER UNATTENDED. Then had the audacity to bring the McDonalds into the building and ask my mother how long she had been sitting there and if she was sitting there when she left. My mother seen her cross her name off the list and just figured she needed to run to her car. I am completely outraged at the lack of professionalism and completely disgusted that my poor mother had to sit there while one of your staff members stuffed her face. We will NEVER be using lab corp again and we will definitely be letting our friends and family know about this experience. Hope this never happens to anyone else.

It was ridiculously slow and took almost two hours to be seen but the phlebotomist was awesome
