I began training here about three months ago now and could not be happier. Very clean, safe and sanitary facility with marked off areas for training. Every bag and mat is wiped down and sanitized after class.I’ve learned something new each and every class. I’ve been away from martial arts for 25 years and am so glad to have returned. I recommend Trigon to anyone who is looking to return to training in a top notch facility. There is really no comparable work out. Classes typically combine HIIT, skills training, stretching and drills. You will not be disappointed.

I have been training at Trigon Academy for many years, and have reaped many personal benefits from my training there. The instruction in top-notch, and there is plenty of variety in the class schedule to suit any martial artist. My wife loves the fitness kickboxing classes, and my three kids have trained there for multiple years and absolutely love it! I have made life-long friends here and the group of students and instructors really support and encourage each other. Going on four years at Trigon. Both of my children have attended classes twice a week all year round and enjoy each and every class. The instructors do a great job keeping them engaged at all times. It is a great balance of discipline and fun. It has taught them great focus and has built their confidence. I highly recommend their program.

A friend of mine recommended Trigon Academy’s Fitness Kickboxing classes to me, and I’ve been hooked since the first class! The fitness kickboxing classes are a great way to learn kickboxing moves, technique, and is a great way to get in some cardio and strength training! I try to attend as many classes as possible since I always leave feeling refreshed and motivated to keep progressing! As someone who is used to weight training and has never taken any type of martial arts or kickboxing classes prior, I was relieved to find that these classes are so welcoming! Kathi and Erik are both amazing instructors and everyone that goes there / works there is super kind and helpful! I highly recommended!

This place is the best. The instructors love their job, and the kids, and it shows. My son has been going for a few months now and it has made a big difference. My girls, 4 and 6 have been coming for about 3 months so far. They enjoy every class and feel such pride in their accomplishments and the recognition they receive from the staff. While they work to continuously practice the same techniques, every class is different so it never gets boring. I see them practicing what they learn outside of class and they are super excited to show off their moves to anyone that will watch. This place is great. My son has been coming here for the past year as a 3yr old and the staff is amazing with young kids. The coaches are so patient with the “future dragons”, teaching them basic martial arts skills. And for my son who is very energetic and gets distracted a lot, ive seen it help with his focus and coordination.

Our adventure with Trigon started with enrolling my son, Liam in the summer 6 week session. He seemed to like it and we sent him for help with his focusing. His twin sister, Paige decided she wanted to do it too! For her, we figured it would help with self defense. This was almost a year ago. We’ve been through a number of belt tests, & watching our “babies” grow and learn all of these wonderful techniques that they’re applying to their everyday lives. About a year and a half a friend from work introduced me to Trigon and since dedicating my self to martial arts my life has changed for the better in many ways. I have become a happier more confident person. Prior to training i never would have thought i would have competed three times in grappling tournaments with only about one years experience. The atmosphere at Trigon is great from the patient caring instructors to the students who were very wiling to teach and accommodate for me when i was a new student. Trigons no ego approach to training makes every class better than the last. I am happy to call the other students as well as the instructors at Trigon my second family.

All three of my children started in the little dragons program when they were 5 years old. They are now 16,14, and 12 and still go! I believe that they have become better individuals because of the influence their instructors have had on them both in and out of the class. This dojo is more like family then a business. Ive been taking Fitness Kickboxing here. The instructors are great and I love that they offer morning and evening classes. The workout is also one of the best ones Ive ever had and since the class is different every time, I never get bored. So glad I found this gem!
